✓ Love the Game, Hate the Ads!A couple of weeks ago a message popped up stating that you were starting ads and something about tracking. The are multiple ads that are repetitive and very lengthy. I loved the game until you did this, today I’ve decided to delete them from my iPad and iPhone. Two other people I recommended this game to are also going to delete it. Maybe you should consider an ad free version..Version: 1.03

✓ Addictive game … horrible adsIn the past week a message popped up with something about ads and tracking. No option to look at other details or a yes or no, just one. Since then the ads have doubled up and seem to be excessively longer. No way to access the message again that I can find. I’ve quit so many games like this because of the absurd addition of ads included. Give the option to buy a no ads version (for a respectable price) and I gladly would. ✓ Move the Start Game button!Please move the start (and the settings) button to the top of the page where it is less likely to accidentally cause a game to be lost. I have the iPhone version of this game and find my average score is 5k to 8k with my highest being 21,700. My highest on the iPad is about 1800 but some games end before I reach 100 and my average is less than 500. I have yet to have a single block or a diagonal of 2 blocks as an option to play to score on 9 in a row or a 9 block square on the grid. I’m ready to delete the iPad game completely. I agree with the other reviews that there are annoying bugs and without fixes, I cannot recommend this game..Version: 2.5

✓ Ok, just basicI’ve been playing this game for several weeks—as another reviewer said, it’s strangely addicting. There’s nothing special about it but it’s generally fun. And challenging. A few things that bug me: The “new game” button is too close to the pieces. I can’t tell you how many games I’ve lost because I tapped too close to that button. And there’s no “hey are you sure you want to quit?”, which would have preserved some of my sanity. It would be nice to have some achievable goals. The first was a 2000 point game. The next is a 5000 point game. I’ve gotten nowhere near that. Having a “cheat” or “undo” option would be nice, especially when the game hiccups and places your piece in the wrong squares. Just one per game would be sufficient. Overall not a bad game. Just a few tweaks would likely result in four stars instead of three..Version: 2.6
✓ Location of ads and buttonsIt would be helpful to move the “new game” and “settings” buttons and ads to the top of the screen. Most people hold their phones at the bottom. While holding the phone in this completely normal fashion, it’s very easy to trigger these buttons and ads. It’s bothersome to have a game interrupted by accidentally hitting the ad, which starts to play loudly. It’s irritating to have the game interrupted by accidentally hitting the settings button. But it’s EXTREMELY ANNOYING to have a good game going, and accidentally trigger the “new game” button, which resets your score to zero. This happens to me frequently, and I don’t imagine I’m the only one. I’m certain this is an easy fix..Version: 2.6

✓ Good game BUT…It is a fun game, sadly ruined by ads. I put up with them until the ones for cartoon games came along with children & babies being abandoned in freezing conditions, men telling their pregnant wives to go in favour of an another woman and worst of all a pregnant lady catching her husband out with another woman and her waters breaking!! ✓ The sound from ad’s, is ridiculous!I love the game. BUT, I can not stand the fact that the advertisement after each game has the sound loud! Even though the sounds in settings are turned off. How can that be? I have reported it many times and nothing has ever been done. I have a brain injury and sound effects me tremendously. ✓ Algorithm change?I’ve been playing this game for almost a year and have loved it — to the point I was basically addicted and playing too much. So I deleted it. A week later I missed playing and brought it back but something seems to have changed. Previously, I could routinely score in the 10s of thousands. My record was over 100,000. Now? I can barely clear 1,000 most times. Did you make the game significantly harder? And if so, why? It was fun to get on long runs but now it’s just a frustrating repetition of near immediate wipe-outs. My skill level couldn’t haven’t crashed that much. It seems the new shapes are a constant barrage of full corners and large Ts. Why?? This is no fun. Bring fun Blocks back! Update: I’m done. It’s just a succession of huge pieces one after another that makes it impossible to sustain a game. Combine that now with inappropriate political ads and the dumb tricks they’re incorporating to make it hard to click out of the ads, and it’s just not a fun experience anymore. Good job, treat, you couldn’t let a good thing be and instead have screwed up your own game. It’s been good but buh-bye..Version: 2.6

✓ Fun at first but bugs and ads made it terribleFun at first. I realize developers make $$ off ads but when they are minutes long and between every game it becomes unbearable. Last straw was the ad with no visible button to close it resulting in my launching sketchy websites with each tap. I finally deleted the app after having to force quit several times to quit ads. ✓ Painful PositionBefore I explain my 2 star rating, I have to say I do very much enjoy playing the game. The downside is the position of the new game and settings buttons. There is a tendency to hover your fingers and thumb’s over the bottom part of the screen and all too often they accidentally hit the either one. My guess is that their positioning is a ploy to make you go to one or both. Not happy with this approach..Version: 2.6
✓ Remove New Game ButtomThis game is great, but the only real drawback is the placement of the new game button on the lower left side of the playing screen. It is extremely annoying to be racking up points on a game, being close to beating your highest score to then inadvertently press that darn new game button for it to reset your efforts. ✓ Poor design! Fun gameI likely would have given more stars if it wasn’t for the poor design! There is a new game button dangerously close to the shapes you need to drag into position. If your finger even grazes it you lose all your progress without warning! Countless times I’ve been close to beating my high score and then accidentally barely touched that button. So frustrating! Why doesn’t it have a warning pop up or an “are you sure?” option? I have downloaded another version from the App Store to try as a result and hope to enjoy it as much without all the frustration.
