✗ HorribleI bought a date and it charged my account the full amount, but then the date never showed up in this app or the regular mutual app. I tried contacting their support staff, but the link to the webpage came up with a 404 error, they only let you do ONE live chat even though the worker chatting with me ended our conversation at 5pm even though my problem was not resolved, and they took over a week to respond to my email. When they finally did respond, they asked me a question and then they took another week to respond even though I answered within ten minutes. So incredibly frustrating.
