✓ App Works Great!This app works great so far and is user friendly! Works with the DEETOK Ear Removal Kit. Just download app. Turn on otoscope. Open iPhone Wi-Fi and choose Suear when it shows up. Go to the app and hit Home. Choose right or left ear, horizontal or dynamic. The app shows you very clear images of your ear. Just make sure the pick is on tight. The first time I didn’t check it and it fell off into my ear! Luckily it didn’t go down far! The picture is very clear. It will take practice to use the picks. Please only rate the app, not your otoscope. Be fair to the app developers!.Version: 1.0.40

I get plugged ears from small canals and I couldn’t believe how much stuff I saw in there. Worked like a charm and the app is awesome. I had no problem connecting and it took both clear pictures and video! ✓ Works pretty goodYou have to connect to the device as if it was your WiFi router to get it to connect. The directions are a little confusing if you are approaching the directions thinking it would connected via Bluetooth. I have never connected anything to my phone any other way but Bluetooth, so it took me a bit to figure out (5-10 min). Overall, for cost, it’s a pretty useful app and device. My kid always gets wax build up because his earwax gets dry and crusty, and starts building layer on layer. It doesn’t ooze slowly out of his ears like most peoples wax does..Version: 1.0.52

They should put in big letters “Must have device turned on before attempting to connect to Wi-Fi” that alone would’ve saved me about a half hour of frustration. ✓ Every once in a while we stumble across a DandyThe tool was inexpensive, it came in a very nice tray with more attachments & tools that I would probably use. I think I paid $10 USD for the tool. This absolutely has many more uses that ears & nose…. Very clear video, I’m quite surprised and impressed at what you get for $10. Plus it’s rechargeable. Excellent job Suear!!! Thank you for having an app that is user friendly and best of all the app connects fast, very easy to use. ✓ App Works Well, Box Instructions Need TweakingI just tried the ear cleaner last night and, at least for my first try, it definitely does work. The camera quality is not bad and the app is useful and easy to work. Fun to gross my friends out with this. However, it’s very important to note that you must have the actual ear cleaning device turned on before you can connect to the Wi-Fi, instructions are not clear about that but it doesn’t take long to figure it out.
