✓ AWESOME ABOUT TIME!It’s about time some of the old school RPG’s got some love dammit. Lol now I was anticipating this arrival so I’m very happy that it actually came out. Although there are some things that I feel could be better, such as : The targeting The Unit AI And the Stagger (It seems as though the enemy can stagger you but not so much the other way around.) My only gripe is, and it’s not really a huge problem but I would love to see the old school sprites that they used in the Mana series,Not saying that the models that they have for the characters currently don’t look nice. I would just like for nostalgia purposes to go back to the way to sprouts look during the SNES and early PlayStation. Am I alone on this?.Version: 1.1.0
✓ Decent game, but gameplay has bugsStory is good, it connects to all the mana games and we get to select a multitude of characters to use as partners in the party. There is online Co-op so we fight with other users which I do surely enjoy. The problem though are the buggy controls when you fight. Sometimes you use skills twice when only touch the button once or keep on attacking when you want to move. Add a one screen joystick or something. There is also the chapter 4 boss fight where the enemy’s skill gets buggy and makes his sprite untouchable because it is either off screen or on the wrong placement..Version: 1.0.0
✓ Honestly a good time killer for last summerWas bored and wanted to try something new. Stumbled upon this and I don’t regret much other than when I quit the game for a while. Still a fun game..Version: 1.6.1
✓ Combat is surprisingly in depthWith a variety if interesting features and mechanics combat is far more in depth than it first appears, however the game does still have a slightly weak AI and a fairly predatory gacha system (pity system is not player friendly). I have a fondness for the mana series that probably biases me, but this is well worth playing imo.Version: 1.8.0

✓ Good to start but a few limitationsNo ability to switch between your devices if you want. Most games allow this. Not sure why this game is so restrictive to only having one account per iOS device especially if you own multiple! I transferred to my iPhone to play it there and realized that if you do that you can no longer play that same account on your iPad. It’s one or the other no iCloud save info for any devices. Other than that the lack of 3rd party controller support is another limitation. Other than that the game is well built and follows the Mana lore. Oh one more thing the main characters clothes along with the other characters can’t change colour or anything like in trials of mana which is also disappointing. Hopefully they allow class upgrades or something more later on. For these reasons I gave this 4 out of 5. Not yet perfect..Version: 1.0.0
✓ Excellent Game Stays True to SeriesEverything about the game is superb so far. Graphics, gameplay, and music staying in the style of the original series. Plenty of characters, a plethora of options to upgrade your team, co-op works well. Best thing about the game is you can play through the whole thing, end-game content as well, without having to spend a penny. It takes time and commitment but you definitely get rewarded. Which is great considering the in-app purchases are way overpriced..Version: 1.1.0
✓ It’s heating up my iPhone 13 a bit.Alright, so before you get any thoughts… this game is great. Like, really really good. The graphics 10/10, the gameplay 10/10, the NRG system… let’s just say ‘could do WAY better’. But back to the title, all of this greatness is heating up my iPhone 13 gradually. It’s definitely concerning since I ONLY play on the move. If the devs could somehow fix that issue, I’d definitely play this game for longer before leaving my phone to cool off. (Oh yeah, and also the NRG system) TLDR: 10/10 game so far. Would like to play more if my phone didn’t heat up every 2 hours..Version: 1.0.0

✓ Unplayable at StartI loved this game, I used to play everyday and I enjoyed the story and the characters. I haven’t been able to play it as of late. Everytime I tap the screen to start the game, it never loads. It just goes straight into the opening sequence and starts all over again, I hope this can get fixed soon.Version: 1.5.1

The story and characters are amazing, and hell, even the music composed by Ryo Yamazaki (of Strangers of Paradise fame) and Tsuyoshi Sekito (of FF7 Advent Children and Kingdom Hearts fame) are absolute bangers to listen to. ✓ I would really like to see this fixed, it’s almost ruining the game for meTo start this off, I do really enjoy this game. I’ve played it a lot, have no real problems with the gacha system (even if the odds could be a bit higher and that we could get more crystals), have no real problems with the grinding, and the AI has been pretty good to me. What I do have a problem with, is the gameplay. This game does a weird thing that, even when I’m not on semi auto, for some attacks it will auto target enemies I’m not facing. For example: while using Riesz, I tried to use her wind special on a group of more powerful enemies in front of me, but instead, she turned the other direction and targeted a small enemy behind her, killing myself in the process. If this happened once, it would be fine. But every single day I play this game this scenario happens, and not just with Reisz too. Characters I’m controlling will randomly target enemies. This happens so much that it honestly feels like I’m fighting the game more than the actual enemies. This hurts my enjoyment of the game so much, and is my absolute biggest issue with it..Version: 1.1.0
✓ Fun TitleSo far so good, storyline is feasible and enjoyable, character building is just complex enough to keep it interesting but not too complicated, a lot of summons up to chapter 3 so far so that’s welcome albeit the in app purchases are a tad too expensive for my liking so I can’t support the devs til they release more affordable ones, but apple games do seem to be getting worse in the UK as I can’t afford much as a family man, so unsure how companies like these make any money with some of the packs being a weeks wage for me and unjustified compared to other things I can buy. That said I’m enjoying the experience and welcome a new challenge.Version: 1.0.0
✓ Decent side gameCombat and graphic are decent. Story is really bad and not able to hold the reader’s attention; not interesting and very generic. A dozen dialogs and char expressions/reaction and before you know it, you’re in battle. Mediocre game, with a Mana series franchise… will probably hang around till the first new banner and see if there is a good unit and if it’s worthwhile to continue. Can’t join a co-op party, loading screen gets stuck. EDIT: Up the star to 4, after experimenting and learning more of the game’s mechanics, it has several good features that I haven’t seen in other gacha or had improved upon. Don’t get me wrong, not all are great, but it shows they are willing to innovate. The game has potential, but story is currently NOT interesting! Fix the navigation between UI, there are too many links to the same page, and every time you have to go back — it’s the loading screen. Make the transition more smooth and options fewer (only where it is needed). Pro tip: You can re-try a dungeon without wasting your energy, by manually promoting the option before your whole party is wiped..Version: 1.0.0
✓ Great game, but…So far I am enjoying the game very much. The main detractors are that the AP and SP costs are far too high and the regeneration too slow. I don’t feel like a chapter 1 hard quest should consume 17 AP when I only have a max of 65. I would recommend a flat rate for normal, hard and very hard of 5, 10, and 15 respectively, with a recharge time of three minutes per AP/SP instead of five. Had to edit after discovering today that there is a cap on how many AP and SP fillers you can use per day. This leaves you with the only option of using spirit crystals, the premium currency, for filling AP/SP if you want to keep playing. Had to drop it down a star for that..Version: 1.0.0

✓ Fun rideSad that this is the last month of the game, but I did enjoy it. I kinda wish the stage progression wasn’t so aggressive with the power level recommendations, especially when the Gacha drops aren’t that cooperative. -__-;; Maybe that’s just me and my casual, poor-Gacha-luck self. Couldn’t figure out the mana spirit part of the unit ascension, unless I hadn’t reach that part, hmm. Besides that, I loved the game and this is technically the second Mana game I’ve ever played, the first being Legend of Mana. Seeing the LoM characters animated in this style and given voices made me really happy. I really wish I can save the voices so I can listen to them, especially Elazul’s. It’s lower than what I imagined years back, but over time, I came to love his voice here. Ah, anyway, here’s to hoping we see a new form of Echoes in the future. The thing is the dev team has been so responsive to player feedback and has made both minor and major updates in response in a timely manner with great communication regarding timelines and such. ✓ Good game but needs a but improvingThis game is fun and I love it. But needs some serious fixes.. Devs are continuing to improve and are listing which is a good sign 1- We need a section where we can see all the heroes and know what we have and what we don’t. 2- Skip feature.. this is debatable but I think if you have all stars on a mission we can skip the mission and farm it. 3- Loadouts .. the gear UI needs a whole change especially when switching gears it gets confusing especially when I accidentally chose another hero's gear , checking the power right away instead of leaving the gear UI..Version: 1.4.0

✓ Ignore all the bad reviews, this is such a good game!Great game! This game is my first gacha and I really like it! It’s really fun and there are a lot of characters and quests to get and complete. I just started a few days ago and I have so many characters! I imagine that after a while you have to pay to get a lot of crystals later on to pull in the harvest banners, but in the beginning, it gives you a lot of them. I have 18,000 and just started. And you can get them easily by playing. The co op I have to try too and the events are really cool, they bring new characters. Just get it its really fun and good.Version: 1.8.0

✓ Lovingly crafted but grindyThis game is amazing tribute to the mana series with fantastic art and music and characters from all the games. The gameplay is also faithful to the mana series- satisfying combat with brain-dead AI companions included. It’s completely viable f2p although you’ll be limited too how much content you can chew through in a day, it should be enough to keep you busy. The problem is that the story mode suddenly ends after chapter 5, and besides that there’s just a huge grind for materials. It’s only natural for a gacha, but it really made me ache for a REAL mana game with this level of production value, which we’ll probably never get..Version: 1.1.0

✓ Great game BUT…Awesome game especially anything with Square Enix. It’s fun and I like the story BUT please, we need more and better ways of getting ally upgrade material. The upgrade material is extremely scarce especially early game. I’m currently in Chapter 4-5 and have rarely seen any upgrade materials for the heroes. I’m a gamer who loves making my heroes as strong as I can to reach high rank grade on quests as I go and it’s tough doing that when I can only focus on putting my upgrades to one character. Although on another note, I’ve already reached S grade on almost all of my quests still so I can’t completely complain but when it’s comes to the tower my heroes are becoming under leveled and powered very quickly..Version: 1.0.0
