✓ Ads And Charging Too Much When Told It’s FreeI definitely loved the game and actually got to an extremely high level. I’ve paid for a few things along the way. But when you just decide to update out of nowhere, and try and get me to buy skip it’s, and can’t get three free moves anymore, that’s where I draw the line! Every time I get close to winning a level, and actually only maybe need one of the three free moves, the buy skip it packages pop up when it says “no advertisements available” and even thought you keep exiting out of the buy packages, yiy can’t get the three free moves. I get that you have to make money, but when you tell people it’s an in ad free game, then it should be a free game! I paid $9.99 for no ads and I still watch them just to play your game!!!! I believe that’s enough! It got to be so bad with the “buy the skip it’s packages in order to proceed I decided to delete, and remove the game app. It’s a shame because I truly did love playing this game..Version: 2.17.2

Since the introduction of “baking bread” etc it is impossible to complete any level without using bombs, rockets and coins. Once my “boosters” are all used up, I’ll be uninstalling it. Why do game designers ALWAYS spoil good games? You play and enjoy them for ages and they then make them impossible. UPDATE: Now they won’t allow access to the game without giving them permission to access your personal data, IP address etc. They say you can opt out via their privacy notice but the link to it doesn’t work! Fine there probably a lot of people playing. However if I play it I climb to 56 then if I turn it off and come back tomorrow I’ve slid from 56 to 89. So in 3 minutes of a game 90 people overtake me. As a pensioner I can not afford to purchase coins etc. I didn’t mind watching ads to earn a few coins so I could progress, but now the goal posts seem to have been shifted!! Used to be able to get 3 free extra turns after watching an ad and rockets used to cost 100 coins each. Now to get extra turns you are expecting coin spend and rockets have gone up to 200 coins each. ✓ Love Game, Last update not so muchI really do enjoy this game, my favorite part is actually doing the decor in the rooms. I had to wait a few days for a new room to become available to furnish- I was very excited when it did (The Bedroom)- However there is something wrong with it- I click on the +(item) button and there was only one item choice to be adding… So I added it, the I tan does not show up in the room- in fact it did this for every furniture/ decor item… The only time I actually see the room “I created” is on the Room Collection page, when I click the “view” button, again an empty room opens with a dot in place of the furniture - I wish I could submit a photo so you can see what I am trying to explain… Anyone else having this issue??.Version: 2.6.3

You should have left the game as it was and created an actual new game rather than ruining the one you had. Change for change’s sake is rarely a good idea. ✓ Not worth itI actually loved this game before it started glitching. It will not let you pass 54 on the leader board. Once you start getting really high on the leader board it starts to glitch and it takes your score down from what it was previously on. For example, I was number 32 on the leader board, when I passed the next level, it started me on the leader board at 115 and me going up the leader board from there, instead of taking me from the level I was currently at (32) and raising me higher. It went from 115 to 54 and will not let me move from there. It continuously takes me back down and restart from a lower score point. ✓ I enjoy it but my phone gets way too hotI love this game, I don’t care about the adverts (I play in airplane mode so don’t get adverts), but my phone overheats SO much when playing it. To the point where I’m unable to hold it because it’s so hot and I think it’s damaging my battery. This is after about 5 minutes of using and I close all my other apps down in the background, plus airplane mode and brightness low. ✓ FIX LEVEL 3346 It can’t be completed - no orange balls!I have played thousands of levels and it’s a great game which I play daily, BUT most recently they have added green squares that multiply and spread making it much more difficult and I ended up exhausting my stockpile of boosts in order to win enough levels to complete the weekly quests. These green squares almost always require the use of multiple rockets to compete the level. There have been many new changes but some filled with bugs where you can’t complete the level due to necessary pieces not appearing on the board. Unless they fix these problems people are going to be unable to play and I wonder if the game creators will notice a decline in player activity. I want my money back if you aren’t going to fix the game so I can actually PLAY it. There are 5-6 dots on the screen. ✓ Deleting GameEnjoyed the game for awhile win or lose. Got to level ~189 and the game goals became unachievable. They then allowed to continue were you left off but had to pay gold pieces you have collected over the whole play period. It is now obvious to me that they intend to distinguish all of your gold (required to buy more lives as you lose a life when a game is lost) and get you to purchase more gold to continue to play. Like stated earlier, I lost some rounds but mostly won. This software company is banking on you don’t want to lose out on your accomplishments, so they make the game unachievable so you will be forced to by more gold pieces to continue on. ✓ Needs more fixes !I came here to see if there were folks like me having struggles with the game, to find that a version came out last week to “fix” things. It may have fixed one as the game has not crashed mid game at least. However, the watch a video for a free spin on the rewards wheel does not work and honestly, you need that stuff to play. I won’t pay money on this game so if that is their tactic, 👋 the game is just not that good. Stats do not update for other players so you are basically playing yourself. The race button does not work any more for me either so I can no longer do that. Not sure what they “fixed” but they broke a few things on the way. Another issue is as with many of these games, no tech support to communicate with. ✓ The Leaderboard Is BogusI’m actively playing the game. I get to Position #2. Position #1 is only 4 points above me. I play 1 level & I drop down to being behind by about 40 points. Uh, how did 6-7 people score 40 points in the time it took me to play 1 level? I found the “Pay Level”. It’s 753. You need to get 12 chickens & 14 sponges in 24 moves. The best that I’ve gotten after 24 moves is still needing 12 chickens & 14 sponges. It drops the balls in such a way that you can’t ever get a 4-square which is what you need to get rid of the sponges & there are 4 eggs that you can’t explode because they don’t have any balls next to them. If you don’t get rid of those 4 eggs, no other eggs will drop. I’ve been on that level since the beginning of the month (so basically so far like 3.5 weeks). I’ve even bought the extra moves & it didn’t help. They are basically sticking it to you to buy a bunch of the arrow shooters to clear the level..Version: 2.17.2

But lately you have been constantly modifying the game with changes that ruin it. Thank goodness each time after a few days you would put it back to what it originally was. Now you have made another update and the game is completely inaccessible. I just tried to load the game and can’t even get into it. It’s simply going to a black screen with a white spinning wheel of death and promptly kicks you out. I tried to contact you through your website but there is nothing where you can report an issue and unfortunately that only left the option of leaving a bad review, believe it or not my very first one for any game. ✓ Wont let me restore my purchaseI was in the level 8000’s my app froze and no matter what I did I could not get it to complete or open so I had to delete the app and reinstall it when I did and signed in my Apple ID everything I had was gone it sent me back to zero all of my extras all of my coins which I had over 200 K coins I have rockets and bombs in the hundreds. I don’t even mind starting over but I shouldn’t lose what I paid for. I paid 999 for no ads and they get three of each of the helpers and 1500 coins. In the past couple of days, a feature called “leagues” showed up out of the blue. You had to stay at a certain rank in order to retain your status. I played as much as I could during that time, but a person has to sleep sometime! At the end of the segment, I was “demoted” back down to an extremely low level of the previous league. Changing the rules mid-game and negating effort and money spent by a player is a really cheap shot on the part of the game-makers. It’ll just “pop” you back up to 100andsomething so you keep having to fight to get back there but you’ll never move up. And it doesn’t matter how many tricks you have or how fast you can pass a level- it just doesn’t happen. Disappointing that it is a scheme at this point. But they got me. I rated 2 stars because it is a good game but the fact that it’s a scam really ruined this one for me..Version: 1.4.0
✓ STOP the covid vaccine adsPlease stop having ads that we have to wait 30+ seconds before playing. And for the love of god, STOP with the stupid vaccine ads. ✓ Gets too glitchyI love the mechanics of games like this and this is no exception, but it needs some serious work. Around Level 100 it starts lagging and has to be restarted after each level, and it if you run out of moves and try to watch an ad for more it freezes and won’t let you watch or exit… you have to restart it and lose that life. Regardless of how much I like the game it’s not worth the effort as is and I won’t even consider paying to remove ads. If there isn’t an update to fix these issues very soon I’ll be deleting it and moving on to one that works as it should. One very big problem aside from performance… the piggy bank. Players shouldn’t have to buy coins they have already earned. Even letting half of them go to the player and requiring payment for the other half would be better, but not getting them at all without paying is just money-grubbing on the part of the developer. That along with the glitches makes it extremely user-unfriendly with zero regard for customer satisfaction..Version: 2.2.0
✓ Don’t botherGame is constantly interrupted by multiple ads that freeze the game and delay play. Black and blue screens with no content freeze the game causing you to have to reload it. Persevered for a while but takes too long to load the next game. A shame as the game itself is enjoyable..Version: 1.5.0

✓ Frustrating not to be able to pass a certain levelYou get to the level of pearl collection and it just becomes impossible to pass as you can not collect three or more in a row. Without paying Good game up to that point.Version: 2.8.2
✓ Boring. Every round the same!!..Once you have passed a few rounds that is it. It never changes, it’s completely repetitive and no challenge whatsoever. Where is the test of skill?, it requires as little brain power as is humanly possible. Waste of time..Version: 1.6.1
