✓ It’s a startNot entirely sure why they needed to put out a new app for all this, but the integration of having pilot in Loves is a start the fact that you can only view your points and find locations Kind of makes it useles. It would be nice if they can get the new apps to function like the apps would on our phones like Daniel to pay for fuel from the Garman reserve a shower and see how many showers are available.RayvonpVersion: 2.00.07

✓ You've ruined the Dezl app.You've changed this app for the worse, instead of navigating to a set of supplied coordinates it seems to move the selected location to a nearby company in Apple Maps. So, instead of saving me time and money it costs me time and money..SparkyDaManVersion: 2.03.12

✓ Cannot calculate The routeYesterday was one update, from that update some thing changed, every time on I try to add one postcode or address it says “cannot calculate the route”.HdydjjrkfkVersion: 2.03.11

✓ NotificationsI cannot get the app to send notifications to my navigation. I’ve tried everything to no avail. I’ll click the notifications button on the main screen but it keeps saying “connect to the dezl app to receive notifications”. But it is connected. ✓ JUNK APP and DEVICEUseless junk just like the device I wasted money on DEZL OTR700. GPS is going nuts, compass is way out of calibration(showing it off the road while driving on highway). Device turning On and Off by itself, freezing every ten minutes even after resetting. Device is connecting to the phone but doesn’t shows up in the app and keeps loading all day . Totally regretting spending CAD $600+ on this junk Garmin product. Could literally spend $100 a year for a trucking GPS app for 6 years 🤦‍♂️.2627388:817:637Version: 4.04.10

✓ Needs a lot of work regarding traffic updatesHi I had used dzel 580 before with smart link app and it was great it always give you accurate traffic updates ahead like upcoming 60 to 100 miles. It pops up automatically. But with Dezl app it’s really not the case traffic info is not accurate. While driving in heavy traffic it says no traffic. And it’s also not popping up on the screen automatically you have to tap the traffic logo on the screen then it shows you. Need to be fixed and overall this app needs a lot of work. It’s not up to gramin standard..H1811hrVersion: 4.04.10

✓ Volume and Loves makes Connecting UselesaDue to “safety” features that manufacturers keep forcing on us, connecting for traffic information renders the device useless. Connecting the phone or ipad makes the volume on the unit so low I cannot hear it over the truck. Add to that they give us a Love’s feature we cannot sign into. All I get on my dezl app is a login button, but there are no fields to put login information into. Useless there as well. I guess paying so much for the OTR1000 grants you a basic GPS with a larger screen. Since we pretty much cannot use any smartphone features with it, that makes all of my expectations go way down for Garmin. Guess my next upgrade will be the new Rand TND1050. One star for this app, since connecting it makes volume useless and no true Love’s integration. Garmin never reads these, but potential customers do, so I hope this helps you in consideration of your next GPS purchase..FaelandaeaVersion: 2.02.04

✓ Fix your stupid navigationI paid $400 for truck navigation to makes me do some stupid stuff on the road. Can you at least update or do some thing this is the worst experience I ever had. I was on the road. I had 35 minutes to drive save the time pops up. I click go and now I have to drive 120 minutes. Construction in new roads are not updated. It’s keeps sending me down the wrong roads are time calculation never works. It only shows your traffic on the road. ✓ Why does it have to be so Seclusive!?The app works great with th few things it will actually let you do with it. Don’t know why it has to be so seclusive and not let you add other devices that you use along side the GPS every day like a dashcam. It’s sad that all you can use the app directly for is sending an address to the device (no ability to build or edit an entire route). Just seems like it has soooo much more potential to be this thin of an app..CooperswVersion: 2.02.04
