✓ Contact us doesn’t workI downloaded the app to use but then found the actual controller. Didn't even get to connect the app to the television and i forgot to unsubscribe being busy with three kids. Cancelled it day of charge. Not able to contact company to see if it will cancel the payment..Version: 1.6.9
✓ Ridiculous!I own the Roku sound bar. When We moved my children lost the remote so only way to use volume is this app . So to use volume control I have to pay 3.99 a week absolutely disgusting. Will not be buy Roku products after this !!!!!!.Version: 1.6.7

Apparently there is a Roku app which you can get totally for free and you don’t have to get the 3 day free trial. I am currently trying to get out of the 3 day free trial but the only option they have for contacting is email. I have no idea when they will get back to me and I am really worried about having to pay for an app I only intended to use temporarily. When I pressed, “Cancel Subscription” it said I had none but I know I clicked on 3 day free trial..Version: 1.7.0
