✓ String brokeI was about to play my guitar and realized it needed to be tuned I opened SimplyTuner. The string was E the big string. Once I try Ed the tuning peg it said too high so I fiddle with it and it came undone s#%tiest I have ever used.Version: 3.2.26

✓ READ THISI really want to learn guitar so I got my brothers guitar and was trying to learn so I got the app because the ads were so cringing so annoying and wouldn’t shut up the app and it wouldn’t even let me play anything because it said I had to pay and plus I don’t wanna play no $11 a month just to learn an instrument plus the tuner even work because it said one of my strings was “tOo HiGh” when it was perfectly in tune and the app wanted me to tune it so low that my guitar string broke (ngl) so don’t buy the app.Version: 3.2.13

✓ Very upsettingI haven’t picked up my guitar in months sounded way out of tune. So I went on line to try and use this app. I downloaded it and the first note a tried to tune was the D string and it said it was way to low made me tighten it so much that it broke my string and still moments before it was broke said it was -100 away from being right. This app has now cost me a new guitar string plus repair, very upsetting better to buy a tuner then risk this. Very very annoyed..Version: 3.4

✓ Tuner problemI thought I would try this app out because my built in tuner had ran out of battery and I didn’t have any spare. It is fair to say that it’s a good app, however when I was tuning the ‘e’ string it kept saying it was too low and although I was tuning higher it kept saying too low, got to the point of my e string actually snapping…This is a new guitar and sadly I will have to get it fixed after only a few days of having it. I’m not blaming the app but I do think there’s some form of malfunction or update it needs to the tuner feature on this app as clearly something isn’t right. ✓ First time using a guitar, broke the stringI decided i was finaly gonna use my guitar i owned but then i realised it was out of tune. So i got this app, it has generally good reviews but it kept telling my my e string was too high so i kept tightening it and it kept saying it was too high. The my string snapped. ✓ PremiumThis app is good for learning guitar except for when I was 80% through guitar basics. When I tried to play the song, it would only let me play it if I bought premium, and when I tried to change course it said I could only change course by buying premium. ✓ Reminds me of those days in 4th grade…Where I, along with my 30 other classmates, were all given plastic recorders and early readers musical instruction booklets made from recycled paper. There may be more to it, but I know how to use a guitar tuner, I even made that known to the app (Yes). The automatic switch to the next string is TERRIBLE. A guitar tuner set to make you out of tune. Note sounded in E but not when tuning the guitar to Eb. I don’t know, maybe there’s some settings that will correct these issues and if so I will revise my review. ✓ Cannot TuneI found this app as my tuner finally died and wanted a better option than going out to buy a new stock of batteries. Spent 15 minutes trying to tune 1 string. Always too high or too low until it finally registered. Moved on to the second string same issue. So I’m done with that. I wouldn’t recommend if your trying to quickly tune your guitar to play. And I looked through the reviews to maybe find a fix, since there are so many positive reviews. Strikes me odd that there is a response to literally every review. And no I will not be going to whatever email you send. You’ve promised fixes for literally every person and I won’t fall into that. For the people that it works for it works. Just not for me.
