✓ Usually I pass on the opportunity to rate and our review any apps.However I felt I absolutely needed to speak up and offer both thanks and appreciation to the developers. All I can say is thank you. It's ease of use and information is top notch. It serves its needed purpose which is to inform the general public in real time and sometimes even includes pictures. ✓ The app knew before I didI was using the app to watch a fire that was about 10 miles away when I got a notification that a fire was spotted in my immediate area. I went outside and the hills behind my neighborhood were ablaze. I feel this app can be life saving as it gave me extra time to prep for possible evacuation (which thankfully didn’t happen). Not to mention the real-time info about equipment on the scene, thermal maps, photos of the fire, evacuation orders, etc. HIGHLY recommend!!!.K-in-caliVersion: 2023.7.7

✗ Great app but…I loved this app. It does a great job for the most part at what it says. But after getting the same emergency notification for an area I did not follow nor live in (nor would the fire have had any physical impact on me or anyone within 40+ miles) about 12 times over a 24 hour period, even after turning notifications AND sound off, at all hours of the day. I removed the app cuz it was going off at 2am. I still received the same alerts twice the next day. The event it was notifying me about had been put out for 24 hours at this point but I was still getting the notification. I sent a support message to the app. The reply told me I didn’t know how to remove an app from my phone and that was it. The fact that I deleted the app and it was still able to take over my phone is concerning. Sorry I can’t recommend the app. No support for an actual problem and an email saying I’m dumb. Cool thanks.
