Im glad I startedI am basically kind of creature who doesn't like the gym. AT ALL… I know is bad. Just didn't see the reason to pay to get tired, preferably getting paid after getting tired😬So… I am 45yo and I see what my laziness and lack of any kind of exercise did to my body. Lazy fitness got my attention. I am not super overwight but 140 pounds with 5’3 doesnt make me feel good. 120 was my weight when I felt and looked my best. I took 3 months for now to see if I would like it and to see if it would really give me 120 by May, as what app said🤷🏼‍♀️It was 4 minutes for today. I did it and was out of breath… had no clue how bad my shape and condition is. 4 min!!! killed me. I would definitely keep going. I think I like it!!!.Version: 1.7.4

❤️Really good app , I’ve been on Justfit for a week only and my mum and siblings can already see the change ! 🤪😅. I’ve always been insecure about my body weight and appearance but I have hope that Justfit can help. Payment 🫤Overall I love this app! It’s really good and the exercises fit me perfectly, however you may only do this for free for the first 3 days. The fourth day you have to pay for it, but apart from that it’s a really good app! Would recommend but you can still see the workout plan for the fourth day, and if you spend the money it is so so worth it! But it is sad a bit. No I’m not a robot 😂😂.Version: 2.0.6

Great motivationThis app is a great motivator for someone like me, who’s quite fit but find it very easy to make excuses not to exercise. The 10-20 minute workouts are quite well balanced. My only gripe is the heart rate monitor, which is completely inaccurate and almost made up. It always indicates my heart rate as faster before I do the workout,than after completion. My Apple Watch shows a huge variation from the app also..Version: 1.6.8

Great AppPeople want everything for free nowadays. After the initial 7 day trial, I subscribed for the whole year for £20 which is next to nothing. I know I will be exercising at least for a couple of months so I will be getting my money’s worth. The app works flawlessly, I haven’t encountered any bugs or crashes. As someone who has no clue about exercises, I love that routines are just given to me. As others mentioned, there is no explanation regarding the exercises which can be a huge turn off and probably would have been for me as well if I didn’t have the help from my husband. Overall I’ve been using it for a month and a half now and I will continue to do so at least for the next couple of months..Version: 1.9.7

WonderfulI am loving to exercise in bed. It is so comfy! I think the exercises are light but makes the muscles work out just the right amount. Am seeing a little bit more definition on my muscles. So happy for this!!To be honest my first impression of this app was “it seems pretty lazy I don’t think it will do anything much” until I started using it. All I was looking for was a simple workout routine that will help me loose weight because I noticed I gained 7 pounds! Harder than it looked in the adsWell first of all, it is a good workout app and manage to use it everyday. I was able to get a deal to get over half off of the annual subscription, but even the regular price is cheaper than a gym membership. However, this being advertised as lazy workouts is misleading since they are harder than you think, and even though I set the times for 15-20 minutes, my workouts last up to 35 minutes. Although you can skip the ones you don’t want to do, and I modify some to be able to do them. You get a quiz in the beginning and they start you off easy, and when you finish your block, you get another quiz and can change what you want to work on next..Version: 1.7.3

It works!In my younger years I loved doing cardio and core workouts. Then life happened and I just could never seem to find the motivation to stick with anything. Injuries and surgeries have created even more issues and I was at my breaking point. Then I saw the app. Working out from your bed? I thought, with my lower back and knee problems why not try it. First work out I decided to go ahead and subscribe. It truly does work, and you will notice little changes within days. Best part, there’s only encouragement. If you miss working out, you can pick up where you left off or start back at day one. A step-by-step plan that also includes many extras. At first glance you might think, what? How can this work? STORY TIME!!!! 😄😄Hi! I’m a 10 year old. I’m very independent and I’ve struggled about my body for years. Since I was 8. I would always get made fun off for my belly. I hated being fat. I tried loving it. But it wouldn’t work. I’ve tried workout and workouts but nothing worked. I saw this ad on YouTube. And I thought “let’s get it” I really wanted to loose weight the average for a 10 year old is like 80 pounds. I am 100. I still struggle with my belly but. This app is changing me. I’m way happier and just completing a workout makes me feel confident. For the people who say you have to pay money to do it. There is a gray X at the top of the submission on the top left. SCAM - no free trialWhen I opened the app after a free download, I was pulled in with promises of a free trial, and decided to try for the free trial before a 3-month subscription. I opened my iCloud mail to see that I’d been charged the full amount, immediately. What a disappointment. Subscription cancelled - DO NOT TRUST THIS APP. If I would only do it!I like how the app is set up, I can easily see how each exercise is done but …. If I get on the floor, I run a big chance of not being able to get back up! I need to build up strength (especially legs) before I tackle that. Also, I have a big issue just getting started. I’ve had the app for three months or more and I just did the first day. How do I change the program to one that has no floor exercises (until I’m ready) and focuses on a 70 year old out of shape and overweight body? Great appMy wife and I are in our 50’s and we were looking for a good exercise program. We were hesitant at first but then we really started to enjoy it as much as you can enjoy exercising! We have been at it for 3 months, and continue to like the program. The only downside to the daily program is that on some days the workout there are too many repeats of individual exercises, if we were in better shape it would be easier I think! It sure has helped us get into shape. We stopped using for awhile due to coming home from for too hot and exhausted. Deciding to get up againAbout a year ago, I stretched both of my ligaments out on my knee caps. Nice gentle learning curveI’m only on day two but this is the first app I’ve found which doesn’t start off too steeply or make unwarranted assumptions about your ability. I have fibromyalgia and exercise is something I need but struggle with. It’s nice to be fully supported on my bed, and hopefully I’ll feel able to progress to a yoga mat in a few weeks. Even though the first exercise was only a few minutes, I definitely felt a bit of burn by the end of it! I’ve signed up for a year and hopefully it will help me regain some weight loss, mobility and fitness as well as helping ameliorate the pain which is an unfortunate companion. Please use this app!!This app has got to be the best workout at home app! It’s free and doesn’t force you into buying subscriptions. They even have a in bed mode so if your lazy like me you can workout without having to get out of bed!! It also asks you questions about yourself so they can make the perfect plan for you so you won’t get a useless plan(if you wanted a tummy plan but then give you a arm plan iykyk) they make it so it’s only personalize to fit your plan, they even let you pick the time during the week how much you want to workout and when you don’t. Just what I was looking forDisclaimer : I used to hate working out. As I’m hitting my 40s, I’ve had to accept a healthy body is the best investment one can make. I gave in on my reluctance to sweating and looked for a fitness app that required as little mental input as possible. Pros: this app just do that. If you’re lazy like me and can’t bother with building your own program, the app does it for you, based on your body stats and your goals. So far the program I got seems to fit what I wanted (get energised and boost self-confidence). You can stick to the daily challenge or explore the other programs if you feel daring (you do you). Cons: this app might not be a good fit for hard-core fitness people or complete beginners. I’m lucky I have had a personal trainer in the past who taught me the basics. The exercises don’t come with explanation or advice. If you don’t know an exercice, you have to rely on the visual and your own existing knowledge. If you’re a complete beginner I’d definitely recommend a few 1:1s sessions with a PT to learn the basics first (breathing, listening to your body to understand if the stretching is done correctly…). If, just like me, you’re the bum with enough working out knowledge to know how to do the exercices but to lazy to drag yourself to the gym, this app is a good lightweight pocket PT who keeps input and features to a minimum..Version: 1.6.0

A great findJust Fit has been a God sent for me. I work full time and own my own business. I’m 50 & getting to the gym if the last thing I want to do. I get up and do my Just Fit workout in the aircon at the foot of my bed on the floor with nothing more than a yoga mat. I’ve been telling everyoneWhen I first started this app, I didn’t work out. Not even in the slightest. I figured this app would help me get into the groove of working out without me over pushing myself and quitting. I started off with watching one video every day to every other day. I am now doing two videos each day. Love it so far & have a question?I started this workout because I was really struggling at the gym to stay motivated. I completed the first 28 day challenge and it then customized a second 28 day challenge, which was what I was hoping for. I really love this app. It’s easy to use and keeps things challenging but not overwhelming as you get stronger. I wouId suggest a couple of improvements: - I have a foot injury which I put in my profile. My challenges still include plank jumps, which I really can’t do. I wish there was an option to say “I can’t do this exercise” so it could put something else in its place. I’ve replaced it with walking mountain climbers and hope that’s good enough. Also, my exercises include a ton of planking, including T planks. Over time my shoulder was starting to ache constantly and I had to switch out T planks altogether. I feel like that is an exercise that has a high likelihood of injury as you’re doing it every single day. This wouId be another example of something where I wouId have liked to choose something else. Good app but can’t change workout styleI like the concept of the app and really enjoyed the workouts for the first 3 28 days but now they’re getting really repetitive even if you change your workout style. I wish that you could go back to the original choices (floor, sitting and standing) workout choices but I can’t find any option to do this. Easy to CommitI have tried other workout regiments but always had trouble sticking with them. Part of it was that I’d be so sore after the first workout (because “last set best set”) from pushing myself so hard. The other part was the time commitment. Not just the time commitment for the workout itself, but to shower and get ready afterwards. With this app you’re able to establish a time to commit to, and the workouts leave me feeling just the right amount of sore. I have been WAY more successful with sticking to a regular workout schedule using JustFit! because the workouts fit more easily into my schedule and don’t leave me feeling so sore the next day that I can’t get in and out of my car..Version: 1.4.1

$5 a monthWhen I subscribed to this app it said it was $5 a month, and it is, but you get charged for a year at a time. I have cancer, in treatment for over a year, have no income, and will be in treatment for another year. Also, probably no income yet then either. I understood that it was $5 a month when I subscribed to the app, I didn’t understand I would be charged a yearly fee. I see now that I’ve paid my yearly price that monthly is $20 a month. So since you took the whole year out, of which I didn’t budget for, I can’t pay my phone bill. I live off what I can sell, donations from church now and then. I can’t afford this yearly, nor $20 a month. I budgeted my bills on $5 a month for this app! This is a great app, I love it and I can do the personalized plan, but what a sacrifice I’ve made to get it! First week’s exercise.Very enjoyable, I did have a slight problem, when you check with your customers ask whether they have any physical damage or long-term injury. I ruptured my left Achilles tendon six months ago, and standing on my left leg on its own is still slightly problematic, I also have had a left hip replacement, and again, perhaps some exercises could be designed for those with slight mechanical failings.Version: 1.7.3

It work for me!Disclaimer - I’m 52 years old and have no real physical problems except for some creaky joints now and again. I got this app because I let myself get really out of shape and needed some help on reconfiguring my work out philosophy. I’m a former athlete so I was trying to push through my workouts and found that, in my current state of fitness, was not going to work. I needed some strength training and a lot of core training. These little workouts are really fitting the bill! Great little workouts to combine with some cardio make for an almost circuit training workout I can do by my desk (I work remotely). I have my little stair stepper that I get on before and after my daily work out and then I do the core workout in the afternoon. I like this because it’s manageable amd seems to be effective. I don’t see my new workout program getting derailed because I’m getting my muscle tone back in manageable bites during my day. But that’s just me.Version: 1.6.6

It works great now!! Updated to 5 starsI really enjoyed this for 30 days but after that it’s too frustrating getting it to work. Many people have same problem. Easiest way is to reset the cache in settings then you can start over. Otherwise you will have to restart every day. There’s one other way but too much work. Then if you stop and want to go back later it resets!!! I did like 50 exercises and took break and it wants me to do it again……but you will see results. Update: app seems to work great after 28 days without issue. I’m looking great after 2 months so far. Clothes fit so good and no more fat rolls!! You don’t need the gym w this app!!.Version: 1.8.5

Works like a charmI’ve always had issues with my body. I used to be quite a big girl, like not massive, but big enough to drive my self-esteem down, and enough to be bullied. When I found out about this app, I was very intrigued. It worked fantastically. I have a urge to do stretches and some exercise after I take my bath, and I’m really picky so I don’t like to sweat after my bath. Just why I needI hate working out and I struggle with keep a routine but this app is everything I need the only insecure bit is logging in they need a bit of info like how much do u weigh (that made me uncomfortable) and ur height other then that it’s what you need and I would 💯% recommend..Version: 1.7.3

Nearly 65 and works for me!Admittedly I’ve kept fit for most of my life and taught aerobics during the 80s. But also have hypermobility causing injuries later in life. This app is great- the exercises have rebalanced one sidedness, improved balance and boosted variety. I pay little attention to calorie count- you won’t lose much weight through exercise unless you eat less too. Use a fitness band if you want accuracy. Personally I’d never embark on any fitness programme without knowing my limits and injury risk. But nobody is forcing you to work through pain or past your limits. So just do what you can, and sit out the rest or do an easier exercise. Using the app will still make an improvement to overall fitness and its a bargain!.Version: 2.1.8

Makes life easierI’m not much of a workout person. I can always do the diet side but never the exercise part, this is something I can not stick to and don’t want to be shown up at the gym alone as I am really unfit. This app is great and really getting stuck in to working out love the daily challenges I can work out on my lunch when working from home. The workout don’t always have to be for long and still have a good affect making my feel better about myself. Even my mum has signed up! This app is amazingThis is an amazing app over all !!! Only thing that I have found wrong with it is that it starts really fast and does not explain what to do. Also I think that there is a few questions that they could add because there was some things I could not say(example: they could could have asked if there was anything that we knew we could not do ext.) but besides those small things I think this is an amazing app and no one should have a problem with it. Update: this update is 1 year of having this app and it has help me so much!!! I have been so much healthier and happier. Starting againDownloaded app a few months ago, finally got going. Used to play competitive sports but have been idle for a few years so have to start from scratch. Was trying high impact activities but was hard to maintain, found that as an older women now, I needed to start slower and easier until I can get consistency again. My first hit out with this app met my needs, my heart rate slightly elevated but actions weren’t hard and that means I’ll happily continue until I gain some fitness and be able to progress the intensity..Version: 2.0.9

Good workouts but timing is confusingAs a busy mom, short and effective workouts are important. I like these workouts, but they always take longer than they say they will. For example, the workout I did this morning was marked as 12 minutes. When I started it, the narrator said it would take about 10 minutes. Once I finished, it told me it took 18 minutes. Every workout I have done takes longer than it is marked. Sometimes only have 10-15 minutes, so when a workout takes nearly twice that long, it messes up my schedule for the morning. Please adjust the times to reflect how long they will actually take, so I can pick the one that matches how much time I have..Version: 2.2.2
