✓ Might as well call the game pay to win tower defenseThe game mechanics as a whole are great. The game progression is very slow paced. It is advertised as a not pay to win but it definitely should be advertised as pay to win. That in itself doesn’t bother me. What is frustrating as all get out is about a quarter of the ads are screwed up. They freeze or disable the close box. Most such ads work on other games, but not this one. Klondike, some of the Royal Match ads are a few examples. Sometimes you get the reward, sometimes not ;but if actually playing a level it closes it out. It will allow you to resume 10 times but they have to be 10 levels apart. So, you can have spent 4+ hours on a level and be eliminated if 2 bad commercials come up in a row. Obviously this is EXTREMELY frustrating. Even though I know I’ve reported it a couple times, the programmers are either unable to fix it, or have no desire to fix it. If this happened in other games, I would suspect that it is an issue with my phone playing such. The quality of the game is the ONLY reason it gets 3stars, otherwise I would probably give it 5 stars. Perhaps it is intentional to get people to buy without ads. If this is the case, I would suggest that advertisers not support this game. It hinders the image of your product when the ad hinders another game. It reflects as poor workmanship on the ad production and therefore makes a person wonder if the game is put together as poorly as the ads..Version: v0.22.16

✓ So much potential, just not quite thereThis game has legit soooooo much potential to be a fun, well rounded, entertaining game. It handles ads very well, it doesn’t feel pay to win, and the gameplay is almost there. For its genre it would be five stars if it weren’t for the biggest and most obvious flaw I’ve seen in a game. THE PROGRESSION IS HORRENDOUSLY SLOW! Genuinely it has no reason to be as slow as it is. It actually pisses me off how slow it is because it feels like a waste of potential for an almost really really good game. If you haven’t played the game before I genuinely would not download it until the devs make the progression actually enjoyable. If you already have the game, you know the frustration and you prob agree with me already. ✓ Your issues coinflict with your policies…I just got a notification that I was unable to resume my run because I had left 10 times. It was my best run yet. I also didn’t get to watch and add for the 1.5x multiplier. The only reason I restarted 10 times is it has frozen 10 different times during the bonus gen ads. This is your issue, not mine. I should not be punished. I cannot in good conscience recommend a game with these issues to anyone. Fix the game or change the rule. I also had it end a run once because it had happened twice within 10 rounds because I watched the daily 15 ad and then clicked a 5 gem ad and both froze. Fix your stuff..Version: v0.22.6
✓ Progress too slow, purchases too expensiveThe game is a great concept and would go a lot further if you developed abilities faster, more cheaply and was less about a grind. Games like this do best with lots of novelty. Make the upgrades easier to get so that we can last longer more quickly and discover new kinds of enemies, new abilities, etc. If you come up with lots of different enemies, power ups and mechanics and help us come across them a little more frequently, then the game will do a lot better. ✓ Lazy developingI have been playing the game for about a week now, and before I spent 1.5 million coins on a new feature that had no in game explanation, I decided to look it up online and see what other players thought. The comments were 2 years old, and other players were commenting about all the things I noticed already - health regen and absolute defense are practically useless, it’s health that is the very important attribute, yet the developer has done nothing in 2 years to change the balance, as if it’s too difficult for them to figure out, or as if they’re just too lazy. I was thinking about spending money to get rid of all the ads, but I refuse to spend money on a game where the developers allow serious mistakes that happened in developing to fester for years. This is a good game to play for free, but it’s monotonous and there’s no active management, I would not spend any money on it..Version: v0.21.23

✓ Troubleshooting regarding to the screen automatically turning off during the gameI wish the screen of the game stays on. It was only on for 1 minute and 40 seconds and then the screen is automatically turning off during the game, it stayed on as long as more than 8 hours in the past but because of the game and the iOS update the screen turns off after 1:40 duration. ✓ Decent game but earning coins/gems takes forever later in the gameRecently I’ve been having an issue on lower waves (and probably higher waves but it’s impossible to tell) where I’m not getting the coins I should be from kills. After a certain point, it takes a very long time to progress. At this point in my game, labs take DAYS or hundreds of gems to finish, so I often have to open the game just to start labs so I can make a tiny bit of progress the next week. It also takes forever to earn gems, so using them to quick finish labs isn’t the best idea because it takes so many to gems to unlock new lab and card spots. I like the game, but the further you get into it the more time is spent just to progress maybe a couple extra waves the next game you play..Version: v0.22.12

✓ Was good but lost everythingSo I’ve had this app for about a week and really enjoyed it at first. Everything was going well as I tried to grind higher damage and absolute defense, which I did enjoy how this isn’t just an instant idle game. However I now lost all of my progress and my no ad purchase once I lost signal. I’m in the Navy and will lose phone and internet signal for a day or so when I’m on duty. Most phone games do not have an issue with this and let me continue to use it without internet. This game is different though, at least after the first day because I played the game offline for the first day and nothing was wrong, but once I tried to use it in the morning all my progress was gone and I was back on the tutorial. The weird part is that my tournament coins are still there, but all my normal coins are gone and my game is stuck on the tutorial with the ads no longer being blocked by the $9.99 purchase. I tried using restore purchases but it didn’t work. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app but again it doesn’t work. I’d rather not just restart playing and I’m extremely annoyed that $10 was basically stolen from me. ✓ Has great potential, but NOT an “Idle” GameI love idle games. I love tower defense games. This game has a lot of potential and brings a lot of interesting design decisions to the table. However, there is a major flaw both in the gameplay and advertising of this game: it is simply mislabeled. I’m not sure if I haven’t progressed far enough to “unlock it as a feature” but to me, when a mobile game asks me for permission to provide notifications, I expect some sort of functionality in the background. My progress has been completely locked to WHEN I have the app open and am paying attention to it. Why would I need to be notified, to continue playing the game and making progress? Idle games, at their core, allow for players to continue making progress when the game is closed, (albeit this is typically at a slower rate, however it’s more than nothing) but this game requires you to be actively attentive and make sure the app stays open. I can’t even lock my device without it stopping all progress. I would love to see more true Idle game features in this game. I love the aesthetic and ease of access all around, and I will continue to play, but I know it will be a very slow way to the top without some true Idle innovation..Version: v0.22.5
✓ Boring and repetitiveHere’s the gameplay loop. You wait for your money to go up. You buy an upgrade. Eventually you die and you buy a permanent boost. Rinse repeat. There’s precious little strategy involved. If you just leave it running like an idle game, you quickly die due to the lack of upgrades. But there isn’t enough to do while actively playing to engage you. The speed up option is way too limited too. 1.5x still feels glacial. Should be able to go to 5x at least..Version: v0.16.4
✓ Good game but bugs ruined the experience, and made game unplayableThe game is good and addictive, doesn’t force ads down your throat unless you wanna get a few bonuses with coins or gems, and I was very tempted to spent money on removing the ads and getting the starter pack provided… however ever since the new update on my phone (IPhone 8plus) the game will not start up, I mean just blank screen, not even a start up then crash situation, though I’d give it some time and hope it will get fixed, and behold they updated the game.. unfortunately the same issues keep happening, tried uninstalling and reinstalling and all you get is the tutorial, after the tutorial is complete and you close the game it will not start, just blank screen and then crash, I’m glad I didn’t spend any money as the game in its current state is unplayable, which is a shame as it does have a lot of potential, I may revisit this game in the future if it gets fixed but as for now I’m just very disappointed..Version: v0.9.4
✓ Inundated with ads that break the game and no savesAds ads ads. Everything you do there’s an ad to watch, every few minutes another Popup for ads, it is simply too much. Not even gachas have ads this frequently and this invasive. Worse is that the implementation is broken. Ads frequently break and you’re left with no recourse. They either freeze the app forcing you to force-close or just straight crash it altogether. And no save feature either. Ads break your game, you lose your progress. Something so simple as a save and resume, a novel concept invented decades ago that you can find in any other idle game, does not exist here. The dev does not respect your time, nobody should be forced to leave their phone on and running or risk losing their progress because of your failed priorities. There’s also some serious irony with the ads that play, telling you to delete your game if it makes you watch ads because they’re scamming you. Oh and how could I forget the white Knight community on their discord that just tells you to pay them money so you can turn off the buggy ad system. Such scum my practices..Version: v0.12.0
✓ Very slow progressI’ll be able to paint the Mona Lisa before I can even make my tower look like the one in the ads. Seriously, you barely get any rewards from finishing a run early game, and the gameplay is so slow, even with speedup. Also, the lab upgrades actually need you to wait it out for even one minor upgrade. Speaking of upgrades, every general upgrade only adds a little bit for such an expensive price, and you only get 1-5 coins for killing an enemy in the first 10 rounds. The game does go smoother in the following rounds, but in the end, you only get so little. The ability cards help a lot, but they are also expensive, requiring gems to purchase, and these gems are rarely obtained, but more commonly through add offers, because why not? But if you want them quickly, you can always pay with cash, because your salary probably already came in by the time one single run is finished on this game. ✓ Fun, but obviously pay to winThe bonuses you unlock to really advance in the game are Grind Fests. For me, it’s not an issue, I work a lot of long shifts without much going on, so I have plenty of time to waste. Some mechanics are poorly explained. I can have 50 absolute defense, which should negate up to 50 points of damage from enemies. In theory, this means that as long as my defense is higher than the amount of damage an enemy can do in an attack, I negate all damage, except it doesn’t work like that. It would seem that at roughly the 10 second mark of enemies touching you, your HP begins to tick down. In a game where upgrade increments are increased in 0.02% - 0.50% effectiveness per upgrade, and I can spend 20 minutes to get a single one of these, and then spend another 20+ minutes for it to research, you need to fix/change that. All you’ve done with such a failsafe is discourage use of one of your upgrades, and a viable strategy to boost your income..Version: v0.11.1

✓ Everything disappears in a blink of an eyeThis is an amazing game, a slow grinding game unlike any idle game. It has very, very little ads while you play, and you can easily spend an hour grinding and getting stronger overtime. Heck, I myself have spent probably 10 hours in the game enjoying it so so much. The music is pretty nice as well, the fact that it’s so calming helps a lot. However despite how good it is, as you play at one point you’ll lose everything. I do not understand what causes this, as not even a full 12 hours ago I was playing the game. I don’t quite understand why all my hours of progress are gone, but I know I won’t be playing this game again. This game is amazing, and despite it being simple it is really fun and a good time waster. You’ll barely notice a single run takes like 10 minutes. None of that matters, however, as everything you do can be gone in the blink of an eye. ✓ Mixed feelings. Time consuming game.This game has a decent premise and options available. It provides enough to work towards without feeling too grindy. Unfortunately, there is no afk-mode allowing you to work through waves when offline, and the game speed does not allow itself to be increased to a point where you can perform a run (the time it takes to go from wave 1 to however far you want to go or can get to before destruction) within any reasonable amount of time. There are a few options that can allow you to go through the waves a bit faster but you’ll still spend literal hours grinding through to earn your coins. Switching to other tasks on your device pauses the game. This means that you’re device is essentially a slave to this game if you want to meaningfully advance. Even casual play suffers from this. I don’t find that particularly fun. That said, the game has free options to progress at a decent pace and the prices listed for the in-app purchases aren’t greedy. The core gameplay loop is fine, though it might benefit from *something* extra, though what that may be is for another discussion. If the game didn’t literally require an entire day to play and it’s own electronic device, I could rate it higher. But as it stands, this is another program demanding an inordinate amount of your attention than the millions of other programs that are begging for your attention too. ✓ Amazing game - terrible reliabilityUPDATE Feb 27 2022- the developers should be ashamed!!! I have reached out to the company personally in search of help on the crashing matter where they have responded with a simple “we are working on it” response. This game is plagued with a crippling crash that looses ALL player data including purchases that can NOT be restored. Avoid any support of this developer at this time. The ethical and moral approach to this wide spread crash issue would be to remove the game from the app store till the issue was resolved, however the developers have chosen to keep the defective version live with full awareness that customers will loose their data and financial investment towards the game. I have filed a complaint with Apple directly and hope to see this app removed ASAP as google searches and Reddit posts confirm thousands of people are all experiencing this crash issue. Shame on these developers and their lack of respect to the customers investing in their platform. Mistakes happen, customers understand that… but when a developer is fully aware of their mistake but still chooses to market to and exploit the customer while fully knowing their product is defective is a perfect display of their true view of the customer. Dont become a victim of this company’s scheme. Wait till they acknowledge and fix the issue, or move on to another game that actually functions as advertised. ORIGINAL REVIEW - Have about 6-8 hours into the game. Very fun with constant call back appeal. Very disappointed after putting countless hours in where the app will not open on my iPhone 13 Pro. ✓ Idle Game? What a jokeCompared to every Idle Game that came out last decade this does not compare. Progress is too slow and lackluster to even be called progress, its more like wasting your time. There is no sense of accomplishment in this game. You spend time going through waves but the upgrades you earn while playing are lost when you die, they attempt to remedy this with “coins” but the scale at which the prices increase is unreasonable and just plain annoying. More than half of the upgrades do absolutely nothing in the early game, what is even the point of having them if it doesn’t impact gameplay, they are better off deleted. In fact a majority of this game lacks any substance whatsoever, they couldnt even bother designing graphics newer than the 80’s, how lazy. To sum up this review in one sentence, you should delete most of your features until you can come up with something that actually resembles a game. ✓ Addicting game, but…The gem function is wayyyyy too slow of progression for cards. I’ve spent $40 on the game cause I was bored and tired of ads. Still have barely any cards. Make them more accessible considering there’s an entire tab of buyable cards. Either more cards or more gems. Other than that the game kinda gets impossible after a certain point. I made it to wave 200 in tier 1 but the health ramping is far faster than the money ramping. And the attack damage ect only ramps with coin spendage. It barley moves. I could spend 6k cash on a damage upgrade and it go up 30 damage, but the round only give about that much cash, then the next wave hits and the health goes up by 500 or more. I was playing somewhat happily (a few things could be improved) for about a week, when the game crashed on me and then wouldn’t load. It would just get hung up on the loading screen and keep crashing. This happened within 24 hours of a new update being pushed. Eventually, I was able to get back in but all of my progress was erased. Rage. I probably put 35-40 hours of gameplay in (work has been slow), so naturally I was quite disappointed by this. I decided to give it another shot, deleting the game and reinstalling, starting over fresh. I was cruising along when the exact same thing happened again. I still can’t get into the game, just get a black screen now. Luckily, I had only put in another few hours, so it wasn’t nearly as tragic. The only silver lining to this is the first crash happened right as I was considering spending the $60 to get all of the packages, so at least I wasn’t out any money. ✓ This game is alrightI’ve been playing this game for a while now and one of the things that I don’t like about it so far is how long it takes you to power up your tower. If you’re looking to play a game that allows you to quickly power up, this is not the game for you. Another thing is one of the utility abilities called interest/wave, should give you cash based upon a percentage of what you have banked, and not have a maximum of only 50 cash. Also, some thing I will never understand as to why app games do this is they make limited, exclusive in game, items, abilities, characters, etc. doing this sort of thing makes me not want to invest my time in playing this game at all, if you’re basically forcing me to use real world money to collect everything then in my opinion, that’s unfair..Version: v0.21.25

✓ Game is fun, but to hard to progress.This is an awesome game! I really enjoy it but the progression in the game is extremely slow unless you purchase diamonds. In a typical game at 3.0x speed getting to wave 1000 could take 3-5 hours, and during that time you may get 30-50 diamonds, this is way to little when you factor in a new card is 20 diamonds, unlocking a card slot adds 100 diamonds per card slot, unlocking a research slot adds 100 diamonds per research slot (First slot 100 - Second slot 200 - third slot 300 and so on) The game just takes way to long to progress, and even purchasing the starter pack, and the ads removal wouldn’t help that much as there’s actually not that many ads that give you diamonds as it is. The 5 diamonds don’t show up enough, and the 2 diamonds rarely ever show up (by wave 750 I’ve gotten 3, 2 diamonds) this is crazy, those should show up all the time! For how long this takes, i don’t see how it’s possible to get to tier 2 or even tier 3 let alone tier 13 (Game Max) Balance the game add more ways of earning diamonds without having to pay for them. I purchased the ad removal and the started pack, and yet I still can’t get past tier 1 this is crazy..Version: v0.18.7
✓ Good game! but slow progressingI love the game, but I find myself not able to play it much because I know how much time I need to sink into it for any result. While I know a gem system is needed to monetize the game itself, the exponential growth in expenses for upgrading made it take a week just to get to level 100 in my spare time. It ruins the feeling of success, and makes each run seem like an effort to get the max amount of coins to afford a meagre upgrade to ability so I can last one more level on the next go around. ✓ Fun at first, but obviously the creator doesn’t play their gameAt first, this is a fun and challenging game. You cannot win it the first try. You need to strategize to win. However, as you progress through the game it slowly turns into a pay to play game. Additionally, there are lots of glitches and miscalculations. For example, some of the upgrades cost billions of coins. One round you can get a couple million of coins but that takes a couple hours. A billion coins would take days of constant play to achieve! And that upgrade barely does anything to improve your tower!!! Also, the math doesn’t add up. One power gives you a 30% of recovery. Which means out of the next 10 rounds approximately 3 of them will provide a recovery. However, it really ends up being much less than that. Lastly, THE SPEED UP BUTTON DOESNT WORK CORRECTLY. WHENEVER YOU UPGRADE THE SPEED UP FROM 1x to 2x, IT ACTUALLY JUST SLIGHTLY SPEEDS UP THE ROUND AND DRASTICALLY SLOWS DOWN THE 1x. WHEN YOU UPGRADE TO 4x the 1x moves like a snail. And the 4x moves fast but not 4 times the speed. I am sure the creator doesn’t play this game to improve it, but rather focused just on making money off of it..Version: v0.18.21

✓ Good, but slow and low reward systemI get the more you play, the better it gets. But its too repetitive. With upgrades that barely make much of a difference, then makes you rely on ad watching to increase the value of rewards, that still wont make much of a difference overall. ✓ CRASHING ISSUE NEEDS FIXINGThis is an excellent app, i genuinely love it, it makes all the little goblins in my brain do a happy dance bcs it’s so good. Sadly the app can’t be opened after the first time you open it, meaning making progress is impossible. I’ve only been able to reopen it twice after many, many attempts. ✓ Recent changes ruined a great game.I also went to play yesterday and found my entire account was reset back to nothing. I had bought several options(no ads, multiplier) and now they won’t even restore. And to top it off, now it won’t even load at all. Black screen for a bit then just closes. ✓ Not a fanAs you level your basic options up after each round. The game does not chsnge. Still have to start every round smashing upgrwde buttons. No feeling of advancement..Version: v0.20.4
✓ Fun but incredibly slow and long advancementThis game is fun but it definitely takes a certain person to put in the time and commitment to make it into the late game. I played for a couple months and would still be considered early game. You won’t make any real progress unless you buy the coin multipliers. Which I did but even then it is still a very long process. Taking literally years and lots of time and or money. There is a great community on discord and Reddit that will help you with directions to go as you advance. But reading on discord is what made me decide to uninstall. One of many necessary ultimate weapons takes over 80k “stones” and over two years to get one aspect of it maxed out. And there are lots of ultimate weapons. There are “pay to win” options, but it takes a lot of money. I.E. 500 “stones” cost $30US..Version: v0.22.16
✓ Ugh.This is the problem with games in this generation. Looks good but filled to the brim with microtransactions. Id rather go buy a full mobile game for $5 over spending $16 - $30 just for some in game stuff to make you progress. Pay to win is so garbage.Version: v0.13.4
