Your portfolio adds up quickly and gives you a very diverse account. We’ve been going through the lessons together (although I wish I could access them from the parent app) and they’re easy to understand while still being useful. I’ve learned some interesting things from the video lessons with CEOs! Investing features are simple but cover every core feature. The app bans day trading and has good parental controls, so I feel very safe with letting my teen invest. I initially approved each order, but now I just have some risk ratings setup. Im currently on the $15/mo plan but will switch to the 6 month up front plan next time, since we plan to use Bloom until my daughter turns 18. Also, great support experience! Once I downloaded this app and started the lessons things finally started making sense and the details started falling into place. ✓ Pretty good but slowThe app costs $60 to start investing, which i would say is fair considering the learning modules; however, it can be steep for some. You earn oinks to redeem for small amounts or "fragments" of stock; i've put in $10 of my own money and gotten an extra couple dollars of stocks from completing lessons and redeeming oinks and seen some small profits. My main complaint is that the oink tap farming has a limit of 500/day, but it takes about 45 minutes of tapping on your phone screen to reach 500. Learning these lessons and completing them give you a currency called “oinks” in the app, which can be converted into getting free stocks, playing stock games, and much more. ✓ Before BloomBefore Bloom I did not understand investing. I was on TikTok and came across a random question from AskReddit. The question was simple, “People who work for multi-millionaires, what crazy things have you seen?” One of the comments that were selected talked about a dad who encouraged his son to do self learning such as Khan Academy, Duolingo, and Coursera. Well the son wanted to get into investing and the dad recommended this app to him. Within 2 months the son profited $270 from the lessons the app had provided with just the free stocks he had obtained from using the oink coins. I think it’s crazy that you can make money and learn at the same time. I was very concerned in the beginning but I have become sold on this for I even have had great luck and time learning from the lessons. I can’t say more good enough things about it. There is a subscription fee but I think it’s worth it. Pay the $60 for the annual plan and just start grinding the knowledge the app has to offer. Yes can you obtain this knowledge for free else where? Of course but what this app exceeds at is the nice little package it puts everything in at your fingertips so you can just learn and grow. ✓ Can you transfer what’s in bloom to a new brokerageI really like using bloom but in a few years I’ll be 18 so from then on I don’t think I’ll be using bloom anymore, esp if the app is made for teens. So if you move to another brokerage/trading platform I was curious to know if you could convert/transfer/move what you have in bloom to the new platform. Say it’s bloom to something like acorns or bloom to something like a fidelity account. Would it be possible for either? While it’s an app designed for teenagers, I think the module and tech-forward approach to learning is incredibly accessible to young adults or anyone trying to learn investing for the first time. ✓ Great helpThis has been an amazing app and very educational but i had one problem. When i bought scratch a stock on the app it took away my coins (Oinks). Obviously no app is perfect so I messaged bloom customer support using the app and they got right back to me and within 2 hours the problem was fixed and i had my coins (Oinks) back. ✓ Going to be great with a little more workI use Bloom everyday and made good money. I could make a review about everything good they do but this is focused on bad things to potentially fix. For one, prices obviously change on here very fast, which makes it very hard to buy 1 full share rather than 1.01 or 0.98. You cant put only cents into buying a share so you have to go up to the full dollar if it happens. 2, the charts are inconsistent at times and show u were at a price 30 minutes ago you were never at. 3, the chart should be a little smaller than the phone screen to see the very front and end. Last, The spin the wheel and other games seem rigged once u won too much. Ive scratched dozens of free cards and never got anything higher than $1. Great app tho.Version: 2.2.0

✓ Great app that only needs a few fixesI think that Bloom is a great app but there’s minor things that need adjusting, such as the daily quiz not being available when the notification is sent out and how on the learn tab, you cannot sort between new/in progress lesson plans and the lesson plans that you have already completed, meaning you have to scroll through all of the lesson plans to find the one you’re looking for.
