✓ App frozen not workingWilling to pay for paid version, but when I do, the locked areas do not “unlock” and when I try to unlock, I just get a swirling loading symbol, unfortunately! Will try again maybe after there are some bug fixes..Version: 1.8.8
✓ Good app but terrible techJenna Zoe and Taylor are great and helpful and all the good things. But this app is sooo annoying. I pay for it and the app seems to forget that every single time I sign on. It’s so frustrating. Just give me the info I’m paying for!.Version: 1.3.7
✓ An app with huge potential but too buggyUnfortunately I’ve had to cancel my subscription and move my charts to another app because this one just doesn’t work most of the time. It’s beautifully designed but everytime I try to access my charts I get a http error message and/or it refuses to show me the full version of the app even though I (was) subscribed. ✓ Not what it used to beI’ve never written a review for an app before but I just had to. If you would’ve asked me a year ago, I would’ve recommended this app to anyone. It was amazing and personalized and gave daily tips that related specifically to you, which was my favorite part. Now it show there are still tips but there are none, the app is way more confusing, less specific to people, the daily tips are replaced with general question that have nothing to do with you and instead of being able to read it quickly, you now have to listen to someone slowly talk for several minutes to hear something that doesn’t apply to you at all. Was obsessed with this app and quit paying for the subscription and decided to again, my mistake. It’s disappointing to see but I hope one day it goes back to what it was..Version: 1.3.7
✓ Glitchy and underwhelmingI rarely pay for apps and even less pay for a subscription. I thought there we're supposed to be daily tips but the last one was from Nov 8, 2 weeks ago, even with the most recent update released today. I also don't like how the app and the website don't sync with each other. I like that I get more info upfront with her chart but I miss getting more detailed charts like from other sites that are standard. Also, the visual design of the app is nice but I don't think it passes accessibility standards because the text font is thin and hard to read, the buttons are small, and there's not a lot of contrast ratio. Also while I do like that she reads the tips out loud for you, I wish she would read a bit slower lol. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews but I'm doing it because I really want this app to be better and I haven't seen any other way to give feedback more privately. I would be happy to update this review and star rating when these issues have been addressed. And I look forward to that day :).Version: 1.0.6
✓ Unsubscribing unavailableI purchased the app out of curiosity, I don’t find the information explicit, I wanted to cancel the subscription but there’s no option to cancel, only to delete the account which doesn’t allow any access to your information after deleting the account. Since I paid for the whole month I should be allowed to see it until the day I paid or refund me my money back! 😡.Version: 1.2.5

✓ HDI’ve yet to subscribe, but I have loved ‘dipping’ my toes in the free information. It has spurred me on to learn more. ✓ Needs a lot of improvementStarted off good, info is good, however I have been paying for the premium subscription and for the last month or so, have not received any of the premium benefits whatsoever. The more frustrating thing about it as well is the fact that there’s no customer service for the app. Nothing. I had to find them on instagram and messaging them there, but that didn’t work. This has happened before last year, and I had cancelled my subscription then. So it clearly happens regularly and needs looking into. As I said, the info is good so I’ll be keeping the free version, but unfortunately I won’t be paying premium anymore and I doubt I’ll ever do it again..Version: 1.8.7

✓ A great resource, but needs major improvementsI first got my chart on the website. Jenna and team have created a wonderful resource to learn about your design. I’ve learned so much! I really appreciate the daily tips that are given to your very specific design! And I love that they give more details about eating and environment that many other resources do not. However I only gave 3 stars cause the app is clearly still in development and not consistent. I’ve tried both the free and premium versions and have had the same experience. The tips used to refresh everyday and you were once able to refer to the last three days of tips, but now I’m getting the same tip shown everyday for the last two weeks. Kind of makes the app pointless to me, especially the premium version, so I don’t use it anymore. Once this goes through more iterations and newer developments I’ll be sure to download again!.Version: 1.8.4
✓ Great idea but some issuesLove the idea of this but 2 things aren’t great: This is minor: daily tips are duplicated (each tip is shown twice) so scrolling through them is confusing. This is a bigger issue: My free chart on the myHD website shows more info than the paid-for app! Environments and other elements are missing from the app charts. It would be great if these things could be fixed - then I’d feel better about continuing the subscription. Thanks!.Version: 1.4.0

✓ Not enough informationLove this. It actually made me cry a few times as it’s so perfectly spot on. But to then pay for the app to get the rest of the info. And then have no where else to go bar a handful more things to read and that’s it... it’s then almost obsolete and not of value to continue paying monthly for what - daily notifications that don’t even come through?? I’d like to know more about the details of what all those numbers mean etc? So. Many. Questions. And other sites have an astro link or what currently in transit etc? Why pay for it to basically stop and go nowhere? Bummer. Cos I was really into this....Version: 1.0.7

✓ It’s okay, but very buggy and support is non existentInitially I loved this app, especially the daily tips and getting the full picture of my profile. But after many months of being a paid user, the daily tips have stopped showing up (I am still not sure if it’s a bug or if they just decided to stop adding them, and never told us?) and I’ve tried contacting support via email and Instagram with zero replies or answers. It’s not worth paying for it in my opinion. If they could fix the bugs, actually provide support, and have more consistent content for paid users it could be great..Version: 1.4.0

✓ Great info but constant tech issuesI have the paid version & I love it, but the love is wearing thin when every time I open it, it freezes, won’t let me access the parts I’ve paid for etc until I delete it & then upload it again or wait half an hour for it to work. For the monthly price & the tech issues, you’d be better off following a free Instagram acct for tips & keeping this for your own chart. I’ve really enjoyed it but the continual tech issues have me asking myself regularly why am I paying for this..Version: 1.8.5
✓ Loved the tipsI‘ve been using the app since it was launched and I loved the daily tips. However, now I ran out of tips and only receive voice notes (which are also super useful). But I’m someone who prefers reading over listening so I find myself using the app less and less now. But the overall concept of the app is wonderful and it’s filled with information.
