✓ Why all the changes?This game use to be really fun But you have changed so much about it down to the most ridiculous and small features. I normally could play for at least a couple hours straight if I wanted to. I had lots of daily collections that helped make it fun. But that’s pretty much impossible to achieve now and if you do get a bonus the games never pay out anymore. I just don’t see a point in continuing to play on this app anymore. The variety of slots are nice and many of them are super fun with little games inside the slots. Would give a 4.5 rating over all. Only a few things I would say that I wish were different. Then again, I’m picky, lol. I see other players win huge jackpots all the time as the game displays when others hit big jackpots and it seems to be often. That however, hasn’t happened to me and I play often. So idk, maybe I’m unlucky. You now have to play an increase in coins to be included in the feature games when you were previously included with any amount. Took a little longer to accomplish but that was okay. Some of the quest games are harder to pass and require a lot of coins as is. The feature games were something to look forward to in obtaining additional coins. The mega mission are harder to accomplish when the task requires you to spin on max bet 75 times, when max bet is 600B. That requires more purchases and the coins are not cheap. I understand it’s a business, but put the fun back in the game. By the way, the newer quest you had out there was great. This is by far the best slots game I have played on the App Store. It has great graphics and sound effects, there are several different game choices, many bonus opportunities and all of the games have bonuses built in for extra coins and free spins. Some of the slots games I have played have made it nearly impossible to progress because the win/loss ratio per spin was heavily favored towards the computer. This game is much different. ✓ Love the games but service is terrible!!I have been playing these games for a few months now and I really like it! It’s become my favorite gaming app to play BUT I have had a few problems getting the free CASH SPINS. You are supposed to get a cash spin with each purchase. I have made 2 separate purchases and I supplied the receipts to prove it, which was asked when I asked my question. But no one ever got back to me. I have also had a few other questions and none of those have been addressed either. Not having good customer service will make me change gaming apps. I don’t feel like I’m asking a lot. Just reply to my questions after I have sent proof of my purchase that they requested.
