✓ Love but glitchesAs someone who works in social media, I manage many pages and paid for the extras so I can manage many grids. It was working a bit slow when I was adding pictures and placing them to my liking but I could live with it. All of a sudden, I lost all my work, all the grids I managed and planned. That took a big hit on me. I reached out to support and am waiting to hear back to see if I can gain everything back cause starting from scratch is really unfortunate..Version: 1.0.11
✓ App shuts downI really loved this app at first. I really likes the presets (although for the price there should be way more options) After just a short time of using it, it constantly shuts down as I’m editing- not saving anything. It was suggested to update my software etc which it was all up to the newest version. It continues to shut down as I’m using it despite trying everything - I’ve now had to purchase another app to edit and would like my money back!.Version: 1.0.19
✓ Yesss! But also kinda limitedI love *love highlighted* the filters and all the amazing features of this app, I also love how trendy and cute and modern everything is. The fonts and the grid… all of it. My only complaint is (and the reason I gave it three stars) is because, for someone who doesn’t really want to pay for Setty pro, as amazing as it might be, there aren’t really many options to choose from. Because right now it makes things super limited and it really isn’t your “photo editing BFF” unless you have Setty pro. But to make this your “photo editing BFF” it might help if there’s maybe another date option, some more fonts, at most 4 more filters, let me use one of the dust filters or one of the burn filters. If those things are done, I really do think this app could be a total hit..Version: 1.0.3

✓ Love it, just needs 2 fixes - Brilliance setting & stop crashingOne of the best photo and video editing apps I’ve ever used! I wish it had a brilliance setting (similar to the saturation setting) like other apps. It also started crashing on me after I got the latest update. It used to only crash when I used it for a long period of time, but now it crashes only after editing 2-3 photos which is annoying..Version: 2.0.6
✓ Video editing doesn’t workI mean, I can edit my videos but when I go to save it, the download bar gets stuck and doesn’t save. Thought it was a bug at first but it’s been over a year now and it still doesn’t work. ✓ Great except crashes all the timeThe filters and ease of use of the app are so perfect, but the app constantly crashes when you are trying to edit photos. It makes it super frustrating when you want to edit multiple photos; I found I have to delete all my photos in the app to make room to edit new ones to reduce the amount of times it crashes. A lot of work to edit photos. I wish I could just buy the presets as a package to upload to a more sustainable app like Lightroom..Version: 2.1.0

✓ FrustratingI would really love to give this app 5 stars because I love their filters, but when attempting to save my photos the app automatically closes out. Frustrating trying go save all photos, been trying for hours. I wish they could have an official website to download saved edits or at least make it easier. I’m using an iPhone 13 with the latest update. I even deleted and re-downloaded the app and restarted phone- nothing works. If the issue gets fixed I would def come back and give it a higher rating..Version: 2.1.2

✓ App always glitchingI constantly have to cancel out of the app to accomplish what I want to do. The first go around never loads my feed fully and I have to close out the app and reopen - every time I want to use it. The grid page always glitches as well, causing me to have to reboot it again. Don’t really know why I’m paying so much monthly for a malfunctioning app. Suggested feature - double click photo to open it to edit. Not as user friendly without this feature. Tezza app is direct competitor and way better than how Setty is right now. No glitches there!.Version: 1.0.7
✓ Just not much thereI usually like everything Color Story puts out and I do like what is in the app but all it is are about 20 preset filters, effects like dust and burn and a few fonts. The effects and filters are good, especially if you want the dusty, beachy Polaroid feel but 20 filters and 12 fonts are not worth a monthly or yearly subscription. This could all have been an expansion pack in A Color Story. I do like that you can put a filter on videos but there are only so many dust effect reels I’m going to make. I like the vibe but not enough for $5 a month..Version: 2.0.2
✓ EhLove the vibes and aesthetics but I feel like the app itself is not very strong. It’s always glitchy and I can’t ever edit without it crashing. Also, whenever I go and save an edit, it doesn’t save the edit? It just saves the original photo like what…? Why does it take so long to apply the edit? Ugh! I’ve had this app from the beginning and it’s the same issue the app has had the whole time, so would realllllly have expected it to be resolved by now. The crashes are frustrating because you’ll be in the middle of editing and it’ll freeze then close the app and you lose your edits. ✓ VERY LIMITEDIt’s very limited, okay for fonts for free there is one font, sans basic font, okay. Now that’s not the only reason this is limited but I’m trying not to be a hater so I’m not gonna list all of them. We all (including apps) need room for improvement here, I need help adjusting to different editing apps other then CapCut, you guys, this app is amazing it’s truly yours you made it to match you (and you did great) but, please leave room for people that are used to other things too so, what I’m saying is, try to make it better for free, because some people haven’t ever used the app before and we don’t know what to do because it’s kinda limited.
