✓ Can’t play the gameI really want to play this game. However, every time I try to open the app on my iPad (which to be fair is pretty old) it crashes moments after the title screen appears. I’ve tried restarting my iPad, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, etc. But nothing seems to work. As much as I want to play this game, I just can’t. :( From what I’ve seen online, I’m the only one with this issue..Version: 1.0.2

✓ Too easy compared to Japanese version.While some of the charts such as とても痛い痛がりたいremain unchanged in the English version, many songs have been made far easier and are charted in a more confusing manner. There are some songs that I could only pass on a hard level 16 in the Japanese version that I can easily pass as a level 25 extreme in the English version. Some of the charts also commit the rhythm game send of way too many whole notes, when the theme chart in the Japanese version doesn’t do that. It’s unfortunate that it is so incredibly difficult across all platforms to play the Japanese version of the game, because it’s much preferable to the English version. I also still don’t like the fact that the English version has songs that are exclusive to it despite also being behind on really schedule from the Japanese version. Y’all should have it catch up to the Japanese version before you start adding special things that aren’t in the Japanese version. The method of approach for charting and song release on this version just doesn’t make sense compared to the Japanese version..Version: 1.2.5

✓ Fun but sometime brokenWould have given it a higher star rating but the random crashes or lag completely destroys the game for me sometimes! Most recent lag and crash was during a live show, seconds before the end of it the whole thing lagged so hard it threw me out of the game and I received NO rewards for the time I spent in the show!!! I also received no rewards when I was kicked out of playing despite having finished the song (which I’ve had happen during co-op also!) Sometimes due to the smaller screen on a phone my taps don’t register either which is frustrating when going for a full combo Despite these complaints I do enjoy this game extremely, getting to play songs I regularly listen to is amazing and I have so much fun, it feels like an achievement getting a full combo on a hard song!.Version: 1.1.1
✓ Fun game, however…I’ve been playing this game for a long time now and each event gets exciting than the last! I understand that we had to skip an event due to racism, and I’m glad they added Showtime Ruler however they other thing they should of added was the Rui stamp/sticker. ✓ The game itself is good, but...The gameplay, story, characters, animation, UI, and additional features (gacha, events, etc) COULD NOT BE ANY MORE AMAZING, and it even includes some lgbt representation (mizuki akiyama) but the one, MAJOR issue that brings this down two stars is that even with a nasa computer, you wont be able to last 45 minutes without at least 1 crash. im not even sure how the game manages to crash every device that uses it, but it can also crash at almost any time. Crashes most often occur after viewing a conversation in the world, pulling from a gacha banner, purchasing something with in game currency, or clearing a song successfully. what can make this 10x more infuriating is that if your game crashes multiple times during co-op mode, the game will ban you from co-op for a certain amount of time because it thinks you are trying to annoy other players, and the amount of time increases every time you get banned, albeit it increases very slowly, and not getting banned for multiple days sometimes resets the timer. the story, characters, and game itself make it worth it, but its still very annoying..Version: 1.2.0
✓ Good game but had been deterioratingThe game is good and enjoyable to play. I love vocaloid and the producers that make the songs. HOWEVER, since English release, the gameplay has been deteriorating in terms of player input when playing songs; especially with the Flick taps. At first it wasn’t as bad, but now I find myself having to reset my game (and device) everytime when I want to play a decent game. I would literally be watching the notes turn to ‘miss’, when my finger would be literatly on the taps. It even more annoying on the HOLD taps cus I be watching the sliders blink because it’s struggling to register my input. Another issue during gameplay is the delay during fever co-op mode. Gameplay would be fine until FEVER comes ruins whatever combo you had. Would honestly would like to have a choice for this feature disabled like it does with solo; but no, you have the lags and the touch input problems combined - it’s a terrible feeling when you failed a co-op play when you know it’s not entirely your fault. You could say; why not just play solo mode? - the game designed for gacha character upgrade stuff is easier to get through co-op matches; therefore co-op play is a MUST play if you want to level up your ingame characters. Overall, it’s a very good and enjoyable game but the devs gotta look into fixing the issues that makes their game enjoyable..Version: 1.0.2
✓ Fun but has co-op problems(iPad player) I love playing the game, the songs are amazing and it gives me a challenge. But once when I was playing in co-op I was warned for misconduct when the app crashes or when I accidentally left, then when I went afk I was warned once again, now I don’t wanna to do co-op because if I am warned again even when I haven’t done anything my account will be suspended. ✓ Cute but has problemsMy biggest issue with this app, is that I want to have it installed on both my phone and iPad, the iPad allows for better dexterity in gameplay, but having it on my phone allows me to play it on the go. It says I may link my accounts and it works just fine, but when using one and then the other, the data gets corrupted and I have to uninstall and reinstall and wait 20 minutes for the data download. Its happened three times now and It’s very annoying and hopefully it gets resolved but for now I’d have to stick to using one device. Another thing is that there’s too many details to this game to keep up with, 5 story modes, plus event stories, plus small chat interactions that reload and appear every 2 minutes between two world maps, plus the gacha element and card upgrades that dictates how high your scores will be, the four different game modes, there’s just too much!!! I would say that because of this I won’t get bored with the game, but after trying everything out once, it kinda just gets repetitive and hectic, I have to play 4 songs to feel any progress, and idk, for a mobile game that’s supposed to be a quick break, it’s a lot to handle and a big distraction, keep that in mind when installing..Version: 1.1.4

✓ Story is interesting but some problemsMy internet connection is not the greatest so playing this game on co-op makes it extremely difficult 😞 because I can only play it once or twice before it would take probably a VERY LONG TIME TO LOAD. And when I’m forced to leave in that situation I hate how it blocks me out for “unsporting conduct” when I can’t control it. So now I am locked out for an hour for something I can’t control because I either wait for it to load and hold everyone else up, or I exit and get blocked from playing for a long time. So I wish there was a way to surpass this but if there isn’t then I will probably undownload the game. As much as I relate to the rhythm game like project diva, this game I feel does not always follow the rhythm exactly, which can make it difficult when the music is different from the game. So if I can’t surpass any of these problems then I will undownload the game and stick to project diva. I hope this helps others and the SEGA Team finds a way to help..Version: 1.2.0
✓ Please fix this developers! 😠As soon as I saw this game I got overly exited because I love anything to do with Miku! I absolutely loved the intro and everything in the game looked adorable ☺️ I even got to choose my own band! I really loved the graphics and everything about the game… until it asked me to download Data the download is so large! I tried desperately to delete all my apps on the iPad so I could download the data but it still wasn’t enough 😔 so I decided to settle with deleting the app. But there is another HUGE problem after I deleted it I wasn’t able to download any more apps from the App Store they weren’t even big files! ✓ SEGA team, please read thisFirst off I would like to say that I love this game so much, and I hate to have to leave this review but it’s one of the only ways to talk about this so here goes: The cancellation of Revival my Dream was completely unnecessary. I do not know why it was removed but I feel like it was a massive overreaction. Removing this event means that the Wonderlands x Showtime story will be incomplete. The removal of the cards is also strange, as the cards looked like they were based off Mononoke. The story had some questionable parts but it could easily have been fixed. I understand that maybe it’s too late to roll back the decision to remove Revival my Dream, but please do not removed any more future events. It’s not just me who has this view either- there are tons of people disagreeing with this decision. Please do something about this. ✓ Paid crystals.The game overall is good, but just recently I have bought two game packs which i was told was going to give me in total 3000+ crystals in paid+free. so i had bought the packs hoping that I’d be able to wish on a certain banner with my paid crystals to get a Tsukasa Tenma four star card. When I got the pack rewards, I found that I indeed had gotten 3000+ free crystals. But I had only around 800 paid crystals. I was definitely disappointed and felt a bit misled, but I thought it was better than nothing. So I decided to go use my free crystals on a gacha to try and get a Tsukasa Tenma four star card. When I did the pull I saw that it also showed me how many paid crystals I had. So I used my free crystals to wish, I used only my free crystals as I did not have enough to use my paid crystals for anything. When I did my ten pull I saw it had taken away almost half of my paid crystals. I have no idea why this had occurred. Im wishing on a banner where I need only free crystals, and I had enough for said ten pull. There was no reason it should have taken my paid crystals from me. I was confused so I did another pull, this time a single pull and it took around 200 more paid crystals away. Now I am left with 130 paid crystals, no Tsukasa Tenma four star card, and my money wasted. Moral of the story. Please fix this, or atleast enlighten me as to why this has happened. ✓ Most glitchy game I have played in my whole life.Hello. I am writing this very angry and upset at losing my progress again. I have had this issue happen to me TWICE NOW. My progress has been lost to a FATAL ERROR that happened with this game. I updated using the App Store because it is required to play on. I then suffer because I go to the title screen, and then I tap to start, the loading screen plays AND THEN THE ERROR OCCURS. A message saying “An error occurred. Returning to title screen…” pops up, I click OK, then suddenly it all starts again. I hope that you will fix this problem soon. ✓ Not reacting to my flicks or holdsI was practicing, but when I was FINALLY good enough to play on hard mode, I was just flicking and it DIDN'T RESPOND. I was infuriated considering that it responded when I was playing on easy/normal. And when I play on Expert mode, I get Master mode songs, so I played more and then, it just randomly makes me miss, good, or bad even though I clicked it. It just drained my health and every time I try again, it just gets worse. When It first started to happen, I thought I was bad, so I practiced, and nowadays, it still happens. ✓ I LOVE but…I absolutely love this game, the characters, the beatmaps, the songs and overall feel is wonderfully put together But the most heartbreaking thing is the FEVER mode in multiplayer keeps causing lagspikes leading to me (and others within the session) to immediately break their combo on the FIRST note of the fever mode. ✓ I lost my accountIm very sad on how i lost my main account i did my transfer id and it was invalid i took the screenshot of the id and did it two times. So basically before all of this happened here is how it started. I deleted the game so i could take a break from it and it was taking some storage so i deleted it, i thought it would be fine because i had the transfer id. Later on after the new update on July 27 i think? I got the app back and do my transfer id and stuff and looked at the photo that i took of my password andit didn’t work i was confused and worried so i tried it again. It didnt work and i was sad. ✓ If you asked me before I would’ve done 5 stars.When I first downloaded this game it was amazing except for the extreme lag I got some times that made me miss notes and the thing glitching (the lag happened pretty often too). Because the game kept asking to download stuff and I was running put of room, I deleted it, well now I am trying to reinstall it but it wants me to start over I even pressed the connect to game center button and it said account not found. The only reason why I went through with deleting it before was because I thought it was going to save because of game center, but it didn’t and I don’t want to start all over again. I did the chat thing which told me to send an email request and while I was doing it I realized I didn’t know a lot of the information it wanted (amount of crystals, amount of 4 stars, last purchase music, day downloaded, last time played, etc) and apparently you have to set up the account transfer thing yourself which was never communicated. ✓ There’s a couple of problems..The game keeps crashing once I get to a certain part in the game. (I was rank 25 when it started glitching out and kicking me off) It said I was getting connection issues when I’d join a virtual show, it would kick me off the game after I’d close the news screen, and when I’m halfway through playing a game or if I replay a song. I had to delete it and redownload it, my way of getting back into my account is first transferring my account to my Chromebook, deleting the game and redownloading it on my phone and transferring the Chromebook account back to my phone. But not everyone can do that and I think we should have options to log in like with a gmail, appleID, etc..Version: 1.1.1

✓ Some personal issuesI love this game, but I find it is lacking in some areas. For example, there should be a friends option & a favourite songs section. Those are just things I'd prefer. However, one thing that REALLY bugs me is the yellow notes. And I am not the only one with this issue. It becomes almost impossible to tell apart yellow flick notes & yellow normal notes when in hard/expert/master mode. This is a major issue for me as I have to replay each song at least 3 times to remember where the flick notes are to full combo it. There really needs to be the option to make the yellow notes the original colours (but keep the score up). ✓ Okay game i guessI love this game and play it everyday and while it runs fine i have two issues. either my phone will suddenly decide to stop being touch screen and not register any of my flicks or while i alternate playing with my thumbs and my index fingers, flick notes will cause the app to close seeing as exiting the app only takes two swipes up. this is extremely infuriating and not only kicks me out of co op games, but disables my ability to even play co op??? as well as these issues, i’m baffled by how easy it is to get kicked out of a co op game. exiting the app is understandable to get kicked but opening the control centre and getting literal battery warnings kicks you out??? really? im disappointed.Version: 1.2.0
✓ It's wonderful... BUTI want to get the bad things out of the way first. This game crashes, SO MUCH! It doesn't matter what i'm doing, it will still crash. Summoning in gacha, playing songs, doing stories, or even just loading the game, it all causes me to crash. I've tried the recommend fixes like turning off battery saver if it's on or closing all other apps but, no luck. It's really annoying and the game would be 4-5 stars otherwise, but the crashes are just so frequent and inconvenient. Another slight issue I have is that America servers are updated behind the JPN ones, but it's understandable and unavoidable I guess. I also dislike how when you pull for a three star, you could get a characters card that I have already. Though, the game has tons of pluses! For example, the gacha is really nice even for F2P players. The card art and voiceover for the characters are really nice. Along with the Virtual Singers' costumes, everyone's design is so good! Challenge, Coop, and Solo shows are really smooth and the selection of songs you can play is pretty wide. The band and card stories are mostly interesting. I could literally go on for much longer about what I like about this game but it's genuinely so good that we'd be here for ages. TDLR: Colorful Pallet is a wonderful and entertaining game with amazing characters, gacha, and songs. However, it's plagued with crashes which make the game super unfun. ✓ InfuriatingIf I didn’t like vocaloid songs, I would’ve dropped this game already. I play on an iPad and this game has refused to read my hold and flick moves. It’s ruined my full combos so many times I’m finally writing a review. Not only that, but when Fever! hits, sometimes there’s enough lag to make me miss a note which is ridiculous. It also has this dumb notice that accuses you of doing something wrong if you just give up and refuse to play. It’s pretty ridiculous considering I’ve tried Master levels, got down to 0 life, and just couldn’t keep playing along...and I get accused of botting for it. Pretty awful. Before, it used to kick me out of a room if I pulled a notification down on my screen by accident or wanted to adjust my screen brightness by opening the menu— even when I wasn’t actively in the middle of a round, just selecting a song or even after finishing a song. ✓ Large bug 🥲My sister and I have been experiencing large bugs within the game. Recently she had turned her device off while in the app, the screen turned black when she turned it on, she could only access notifications when they popped up. I was playing and suddenly the touch stopped working so I attempted to restart my device. I couldn’t touch anything, it took me back to the home page and I couldn’t get into the iPad until the reset worked. ✓ Great game but needs many improvementsAs a rhythm game veteran and long time vocaloid fan this game is perfect for me. the beat maps are hard but not to the point where it’s not fun. they all showcase skills that you need to acquire from other rhythm games though. in my opinion, this game isn’t good if this is your first rhythm game. some hard/expert levels are much harder than you’d expect from them. a lot of skills are needed from other rhythm games as well. this game is perfect for someone who is bored and has rhythm game experience as it is easy to get the hang of playing again. gameplay wise, this game is amazing, however, the gacha is much to be desired. obviously you need to gacha to get better cards to better your scores for songs. sadly, the gacha system in this game will not get you much. for example, i did 80 pulls on the recent banner and got not one four star. you’d think i would get at least one right? no. i was extremely disappointed, not because i didn’t get the character card i wanted, but because i didn’t even get one four star in 80 pulls. it is extremely hard to better your scores for the songs if the gacha rates are terrible. i believe this is something that needs to be fixed as it will drive most players away from the game because of the gacha system. even though they may like the gameplay, the scores won’t improve because of the cards that they have. overall, this game is an amazing rhythm game but the gacha system desperately needs to be fixed..Version: 1.0.2
