It’s a great overall health tracker as well since it can log your mood, water intake, steps, current weight, and daily activity. The main objective is to track your fasting days and times using benchmarks so you know when you’ve hit milestones and reached full ketosis. I enjoy the meal plan that lets you customize your diet program and gives you an abundance of recipes you can try. If you don’t like a particular recipe, you can swap it out for a different one. Really easy to understandI’ve been trying to get into intermittent fasting for a while and never thought to use an app to help me. I’ve found Lasta a game changer - it’s easy to use, tells you exactly when your eating periods are and alerts you when you’re able to eat again. The meals are unreasonableThe fasting and education is good, but the meal plans are awful. It makes a meal plan based on your current lifestyle and goals and comes up with breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks. However, the meals they recommend are extremely costly and not budget friendly AND they will recommend stuff that will NOT help you with your goals (they even tell you that because they rate each meal!) The meals/food section is ridiculous. If I’m paying $56 per 6 months for an app to help me get where I want to go, I don’t want to spend $50/ day getting the ingredients for its’ stupid meals..Version: 1.4.8

Great appThis is a great app. A nice way to help with your weightloss journey. The intermittent fasting countdown is east to use. I like the option to track my weight and my mood because it’s nice to be able to go back to a day and see what I was going through. It has mediation options to listen to while cooking and even for anxiety which is nice and helps with relaxing. Great articles available,I read about binge eating and I loved how it recommended that I should try yoga to help eat a more healthier and how it’s proven that yoga helps with poor eating habits. Brilliant appA real simple and easy way to begin intermittent fasting. After recently having a baby, I had been researching into fasting and heard the benefits were fantastic. Well this app has really given me the kick start I needed with adapting a lifestyle change! Only criticism would be to maybe offer a free trial period, although there was a very good offer to sign up. I feel in the current cost of living crisis, allowing a free sign up for a few days would allow those to see how genuinely brilliant the app is. Great for beginnersThis is a well thought out app with lots of features. I really liked being able to log my fasting hours and the feedback it gave based on the length. The meal plan was customizable so it’s individualized to your needs, and you can have it collect your steps from Apple Health which is a nice bonus. The stories provide some wonderful information based on categories you select which allows you to personalize the information you take in. The only thing I would like to change is being able to go back to previous days to update information. I’m a busy working mom and sometimes don’t get to log everything in a day, so being able to keep it as up to date as possible would so the best record of progress over time. A little over priced and missing some features.It’s a little over priced for basically a recipe book and timer for fasting. Upgrades that would make this a GREAT app: 1) greatly needs a option to manually edit your fasting times. I have forgotten to tap ‘end fasting’, 2-4 hours have gone by before I remember. And now my times are all messed up. Or I think I’m going to have another meal before my eating time is over, but the day gets away from me and end up not eating. Helpful app for tracking fastingI’ve only been using the app for about 4 days. I like the fasting tracker and the helpful daily tips and insights. I like that I can track my food, water and activity. One issue is that I don’t see a way to go back and see previous day’s entries and/or change them. I would just like to be able to at least see historically what my calories in and calories burned look like. I also feel a little confused because the videos I’ve been taken to are presenting different weight loss strategies that feel contradictory to the intermittent fasting. So either I’m not connecting the dots or it’s just pulling all the potential weight loss strategies into one app. Which leads me to feel that my plan isn’t as personalized as I was expecting..Version: 1.6.2

Great experience!This is the first time I am using that kind of an app, and it’s surprisingly easy to use. The app helps you to keep track of your weight, exercise, and food intake. The recipes are offered based on your personal diet which is fantastic. I found some recipes a little too complex in terms of the number of ingredients and time it takes to prepare, but it’s probably because I entered an hour to spend on cooking. I think I would see quicker and easier recipes if I entered less time I am ready to spend on cooking. The fact that you can customize the time you are ready to spend on preparing meals is in itself amazing! Also, there are a lot of inspiring articles on fasting, healthy diet and mental health that help you stay on track and keep improving. For some reason, I wasn’t able to read some of the sentences at the end of some pages of the article, but it might be something on my end. I really like the ease of the components of the app as far as other apps/ devices syncing with it to keep track of steps, exercise etc. I like the motivational and uplifting quotes. I would love for the water portion to be tracked in ounces, that would make it much easier. I loved the stories and different articles that could be read. I think there needs to be an option to where I can go back to previous days to change my food or water etc. I don’t always get a chance each day to login and log everything, I have been trying for my own accountability but it would be nice to have the option to go back and add whatever I missed. Excellent App for Intermittent fastingI have tried lots of different apps to use with my clients and this app is excellent for Intermittent Fasting as a dieting tool - there are lots of differing options for timings of these. There is an ability to log your weight, mood, activity and water intake. Lots of data that I ask my PT clients to track all available to store on this app, it has lots of recipes as suggestions available to allow for variety in food intake as well! I’m liking the Lasta appI’ve been investigating intermittent fasting for a few years and my practitioner has recommended it to me for several health reasons. When I came across your app I was curious. This has all the reminders I need as well as the visual info that show me what is happening within my body during the fasting time. I actually look forward to committing daily to start my fasting time and pressing the button. Probably the best feature that I really like are the little icons that tell me what is going on inside my body at 4 hours 8 hours and 12 hours. It has helped me take responsibility to not snack at night because I see that it will delay or actually cancel out the healing process that comes at the end of the fast. RIP OFF - I out $80!!!I downloaded the app, read the material, decided not move forward, canceled 2 hours later and they will not return my money!!! You cannot cancel the transaction with your bank card because because Apple will shut down my Apple ID. Therefore, I have no recourse. Beware, this company is a scam. The Apple Support rep said they have lots of problems with them. RIP OFF!!!! RIP OFF!!! RIP OFF!!! Loved it!I had a wonderful time using the app. It allowed me to track my weight, water, and exercise. I lost more than 5 pounds in 2 weeks. It gave me reminders for when to fast and for when to eat. I also love that I can adapt it to my pace. I chose the 12-12 plan to start and am working toward the 13-11 and 14-10. I would have preferred the calories not be in kcals, and for the weight to be in lbs and not in kg. Same for water measuring. I wish there was a way to adapt to the measuring system of the country it is being used in so that everyone can use it more easily. I also wish the affirmations were more about self love.
