✗ I’d rather keep hitting refresh on the retailer webpage and track it myselfBought the subscription so I could track baby formula stock. Having the app is worse than just keeping the webpages open and refreshing a few times a day. 1) SUPPORT IS SLOW / NONEXISTENT. From day one, I couldn’t add Amazon products. Took a week for the programmers to fix it. It was an app-wide bug. Also I’ve sent numerous support requests, but no one has gotten back to me after a week. 2) THUMBNAILS OF AMAZON PRODUCTS YOU’RE TRACKING ARE INCORRECT. On the product tracking list, there are thumbnails of the products you’re tracking. These images are pulled automatically from the webpage of the product, you can’t adjust them. The app is programmed so that thumbnails of Amazon products you’re tracking are never the product you are actually tracking. It’s visually very confusing and a hinderance. 3) PRODUCTS DISAPPEAR FROM TRACKING LIST ONE HOUR AFTER THE PRODUCT HAS GONE BACK IN STOCK. That’s fine, but they literally disappear from the app completely. No history of what you’ve tracked. There should really be a section, kind of like an archive, that shows what’s now in stock and/or removed from your list, so it can easily be added back to the tracker if need be. 4) IN-STOCK ALERTS DON’T LINK YOU TO THE PRODUCT FOR EASY PURCHASING. I have the app set to send me an in-stock alert via email, in addition to push notification. The link in the email to view your product is a dead link. So if you read point #3 above, you know this is a big problem — you can’t access it from the email and the app has removed it from your tracking list after an hour. So now you have to go back to the retailer’s site and search for the item instead. Waste of time, especially for products like formula that go out of stock so quickly these days. Also the push notification takes you to the homepage of the app but not to the product, because the product isn’t being tracked on the app anymore. So again, you have to go to the retailer and search. There should be a notifications history on your app profile at minimum..Stef EpsVersion: 1.3.2
