✓ Ruined our world cup experience!When excitement start to being the service stoped working! And no clear explanation until now. We missed the world cup opening ceremony and the first game.. how are you planning to pay us back for the missing experience.. Bad app..Version: 1.27
✓ Full of glitches and issuesYou can never ever open a single match easily, you have to go through a process of errors, retry’s and restarts. If you are lucky to get it, the maximum time you’ll have an uninterrupted session is 5 mins if not less. Customer support is weakest and never available when it’s peak matches time (the only time you’d actually need them). Price is overhyped and with all this technology yet no 4K support. All the important matches have technical issues, I wonder why would we pay to get such a bad service yet no refund. Very poorly made app. Expected something much better from bein media after ghosting Apple TV for so long and in the end coming up with this 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼.Version: 1.30.6

✓ STAY AWAY FROM THIS APPI strongly advise anyone considering the TOD Football Streaming App to steer clear. This app is an absolute BUGSFUL. It's designed to take your money and give you the worst possible experience. First and foremost, the connection quality is abysmal. You'll be tortured with constant buffering, lag, and disconnections. Watching a football match becomes an exercise in frustration rather than enjoyment. The app's efficiency is equally terrible. It's riddled with bugs and glitches that make it incredibly hard to use. You'll find yourself struggling just to navigate through menus, let alone watch a match. What's even worse is that TOD provides absolutely no customer care. They don't offer a phone number, WhatsApp support, or any form of live chat. The only way to contact them is through email, and even then, don't expect a response. They conveniently ignore emails, leaving you stuck with a subpar service you've paid for. In summary, TOD Football Streaming App is a complete sham. Don't waste your time or money on this app. There are much better and more reputable alternatives out there. ✓ Live channels do not work!Sports channels work just fine in the app. This is unfortunately not the case for beIN Series and beIN Movies: whenever I try to watch them, all I get is a message on the screen telling me that the content is unavailable for my region (which is obviously not true since I live in the MENA region). This problem is app-specific as I can watch all the channels live when I use the browser instead of the app. As for the Apple TV app, it crashes when I try to access the live channels section, and this has been going on since the end of the World cup. I expected the developers of the app on both platforms (tvOS and iOS) to push an update to fix the problem but it seems they are not even aware of its existence. When you watch a show, you would think the app will just play the next episode but no it doesn’t (shocking!). What makes it worse, I use Chromecast to stream episodes on my TV so you would think when you switch between episodes or between sporting events, it would automatically switch when you press the Chromecast icon but you would be very wrong because you need to stop casting your previous show or sporting event before you can cast the new show. It would work well for a few days, then I would receive an error message that I have reached Maximum number of devices and from that point nothing was working on the App. The only point of contact with the support group is an email ( Not a Phone number or a Chat option!!!), to which I received a few late responses. On a few occasions, after I missed watching my favorite live football game, they replied with a short email message, correcting the problem but the same problem would happen again & again & again… Last few days, before I canceled my subscription, NOBODY from the support group would respond to my emails!!! I do NOT recommend this App to everyone, it’s totally unreliable and frustrating. I don’t understand why I got this message: You have reached the maximum number of registered devices. Please remove one of the registered devices in order to be able to view content on this device. The device from which I was trying to stream (Safari on desktop) was already registered. When I received this popup earlier today, I deleted one registered device on My Account. This solved the problem temporarily and got my browser registered back again. ✓ Just feedbackThe app is good , streaming is fine the few things should be sorted ! 1- deleting of the device the option should be open not only one device a month . 2- if I registered 5 devices I should be able to stream on them not simultaneously atleast 3- live channel use to be available all bein channel and now has been removed , the streaming was better in live channel as you watch games all day long without the streaming get you out off the event to go and press for the upcoming one . 4-customer service agent is a must for any technical issue or helping the customers to register a device or a customer feedback , I don’t know why you stopped your WhatsApp service ?! Or contact center as this is belong to bein media group you can Dirct the costumer to there contact center ! 5- catch up option must be available on both Language not only Arabic .
