✗ DisappointedI started using this app in April when I did a consultation for ozempic which I thought was pretty easy. I just finished my 2nd month and have been waiting for my prescription which I was supposed to start 3 days ago never submitted even though my response was done 12 days ago. I kept receiving messages that it was submitted (it wasn’t), then I had someone send me a message and call me by another name with none of the correct info, so I’m assuming she was confused. I have been writing to them for 10 days to see what is going on and I keep getting a response from different people, with no accurate information, but my card was easily charged with no problem.
