✓ No mobile check depositWhen I first opened an account with Citizens Access their FAQ said the website was designed to be mobile friendly and therefore there was no need for an app. Indeed, that was true. The website worked fine even on the tiny screen of iPhone SE. Now there’s an app. It’s okay, but doesn’t have the ability for mobile check deposit. I don’t see any benefit to the app over the website except perhaps Touch ID which could be added to the website. Anyway it’s a fine app but minus one star for no mobile check deposit. For now, the website is just as good. My guess is customers are asking for the app just because all the other banks have one even though it’s not really necessary.Version: 2.0.0
