✓ HackedDidn’t even think this would happen in a simple game like this one, it was a fun game but got slow after a while - next thing you know you’re buying things. And then of course, a game with a server like any other - it had to be this one. Someone got into my account, things started glitching and even got a email from our wifi provider saying we were compromised. Be careful on this, don’t know why people would use a game to do this stuff. But they do it here. All passwords are changed. Phone reset. And uninstalled. ✌️.Version: 1.0.15
✓ Lost my account for no reasonI’ve been having fun with this game for the past few days, and have been enjoying the aesthetics and designs of the characters, as well as the features that i haven’t seen in other idle games. but today when i was trying to log into my account i was sent through the sequence you do to make a new account. i tried using the support service but that was unhelpful and i eventually gave up and made another account, only then to find out that my account had not been deleted and i was just locked out of it for no reason. i wish there was a way to get back in, but due to me not binding my account with facebook/apple ID, i don’t think recovery is possible now. unless i can get back in, it’s safe to say that i’ll not be returning to this game. i’m honestly glad that i hadn’t spent any money on this game and was only a f2p. if there was better customer support i’d maybe less upset but this have really bothered me..Version: 1.0.16
✓ Can’t Star Up HeroesThis game was great for about 10 days. There was plenty to do without spending money and I really enjoyed the theme and graphics. I was having fun collecting heroes and leveling up. Then when I tried to star up (level up) characters, the starred up hero disappeared along with all the heroes I used to star them up. After the second time this happened, I reported the bug. I thought it was only affecting my dark heroes, so I tried to star up a light hero and everything disappeared again. When support finally got back to me, they were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. They brushed me off and closed my ticket. Without leveling up my characters, I couldn’t progress much farther, so I deleted the game. If you experience this bug, no one will help you. I understand this is a new game. Bugs happen. All I wanted was assurances that the bug was being addressed. Now I will be spending my time and money elsewhere..Version: 1.0.32

✓ BadGame concept and art are awesome. So I played a couple days and spent about 10.00. To reach a milestone. The in game tracker stopped counting and my text went upside down. I tried reinstalling game. Lost account with guild leadership. Upon trying to resolve this issue there is no support through the App Store. ✓ A cool gameThis game seems really fun so far, but there are definitely some things it could improve on. The tutorial seems to go on forever and the game doesn’t just let you figure things out on your own for a while and there is a news line that scrolls atop the screen that gets in the way. ✓ Horribly balancedPVE can range from way too easy to almost impossibly hard. The only way to get through the main story is to afk, so progression depends entirely on how early you downloaded the game. Fights are incredibly long even at 4x speed, and there’s no easy way to skip them so it forces you to stay logged in for ages while nothing happens. Healing is way too strong, and when you finally whittle health down enough the round’s over and lose anyways. There are much better afk games out there who don’t have to literally force players to log in..Version: 1.0.16

✓ Lost thousands of dollars for reporting duplicate chargeBro I got banned for reporting a duplicate charge!!! I spent thousands of dollars on this game as well as being the top account on my server! Played daily actually enjoyed playing but this outcome is ridiculous!! I play dozens of games and spend boatloads of money of each but to be banned for a duplicate charge only proves to the individuals who play the game what matters most to them! ✓ I really want to love this gameAnd I do love the game itself because the art is beautiful and the story is good (I love fairytales, especially the grimm brothers versions).. but the connectivity issues have stopped me from being able to really enjoy it. I won’t give up on it though in hopes they’ll fix it soon, and I’m sure they will.. it honestly is a good game and I recommend it if you can deal with very bad connection, often not even connecting at all, until it is fixed. EDIT: now I can’t even get the game to open. Idk. It’s a cute game and I would have fallen in love with it had they fixed the connection issues, but they still haven’t. In fact, they’ve gotten worse. ✓ MaybeI love the art and character design. That itself would make the game 5 stars. However… yesterday the game wouldn’t load and then logged me out. Today, I could get on the game but since there isn’t a log in screen it stuck me back at the beginning. Do I really want to go through the lengthy tutorial again? A tutorial you can’t opt out of? I am thinking no, at this point. Because even though the game looks really good, it has some issues that would drive me crazy. Like battles are not timed, instead there are 20 rounds of fighting with no way to exit out if you know you won’t win and want to try a different hero line up. So you either have to sit there for a few minutes until you lose, or completely close out the game. Also, there is a LOT to do in this game. Which is great if you have the time to invest, but not so great if you have a full time job. After playing over a week I still hadn’t found time to sit down and go through all the activities and events. And now that I am stuck back at level 1 again, just thinking of doing all that all over again is really off putting..Version: 1.0.13
✓ Decent Game Except…The game itself was pretty fun and I loved the fairytale concept. Basically just fairytale AFK Arena. However, the game started to first say the server was down every time I would try to sign in, but would then let me in when I would restart it. Now the game logs you out entirely and the only way to sign back in is to go through what feels like a half hour long tutorial that you can only partially skip. After doing this yesterday and having this happen again today, I just can’t bring myself to bother anymore. Gameplay was fine, app itself needs to work out whatever bugs it has. ✓ Too much “clicking” & Unable to connect2 problems. 1) There’s too much clicking for rewards going on. I understand that’s how these type of games are, but given that this is a new one and the art is pretty nice, I expect it to be better. 2) I can’t login with wifi. I can only play with cellular data which is quite weird, for I have no trouble playing other games that require internet with my wifi. ✓ Loading Issues and Game CrashingI played this game several moths ago and I randomly began having constant loading, freezing, and crashed. I love the art style, the characters, and the amount of free in-game resources. I recently downloaded it again and now the issue is somehow even worse after months. I cannot click anything without the game having to load multiple times. The game still crashes randomly too. There is nothing wrong with my connection and I have even tried my wifi, my data, and wifi in other places. Clearly I have tried uninstalling it as well, so now there is nothing left to try except writing this. I can also see many reviews from people with this same issue! ✓ Needs a F2P VIP pathThe game itself has a nice presentation and lots to do (at least at first), but what I can tell will instantly make me stop playing eventually is that there is zero way to get VIP points without spending real money. I’ve played many other games with VIP systems, and they reward consistent play with VIP levels, while spending money acts as a bonus for players who choose to. ✓ Erased AccountI had been playing for several months. I spent over 200 dollars in add on’s and powerups. I ENJOYED the game. Then I logged in and my account was gone. When I asked the help desk how to recover my account they asked me for information that I had no way of knowing without having access to the account that was now mysteriously gone. They said “start a new one”… NO fix the one that magically deleted. I’ve had this happen with several other games and they were able to find my account within minutes and fix it, I guess this one is different. You’ve lost a loyal supporter and player. I hope no one else has to deal with this either. None of my friends will, because I told them all to stop playing it..Version: 1.0.18

✓ WAS funLove the concept and love the play, HOWEVER, lost my level 77 account after a couple of weeks.I went through the process and created a new account and filled the form and waited for over a week to recover my account. They said it was complete and when I logged in, it was reset AGAIN. This is infuriating. I don’t even want to play anymore because of how ridiculous this is. What a waste of time. Also, I would suggest to stop forcing people to go through the tutorial… this should be optional. Especially when people lost their accounts and are required to make a new account. You should also somehow put the “bound account” requirement in the tutorial somehow so people know they’ll lose their stuff if they don’t bound it to an email. Please also consider how to log in up front rather than after the game has fully loaded. UPDATE: after several failed attempts at recovering my lost account through the horrible “contact us” UI, decided to start over and bounded my account. ✓ Can’t log inThis game will let me play for about a day and then I keep getting messages like can’t log in because of a network issue but the issue is definitely not on my end. I have to delete the game, download it again, play through the tutorial, then switch my account as I bound it to Facebook. I’ve made quite a bit of progress on my game so I didn’t want to lose it. ✓ A little bit disappointedSo I started off this game very hot and I loved it and my goal was to collect all characters in it and level them up and get limited skins and such. I love the characters designs and the stories of them and there’s so much to this game, you’re almost never not doing something. However that’s also a down fall there is SO MUCH in this game and it can be very difficult to keep up and continue to play. But when I decided to come back and continue playing- I found my entire account had been erased and the game forced me to start over, so upset enough I said screw that it was a lot of time put into a game just for it to be erased. ✓ Nice game but..The game is good only thing is some of the real people in game can be toxic, yes you can block them but as of today found out some will end up making new accounts. That wouldn’t be bad on it’s self true but some will try to gang up on you in some of the chats over anything you say. Just cause you vented about x y and z in chat and they think no way so much can happen to one person they will always hold it to your name and use it on you anytime they can even if you are not venting anymore. ✓ New update editThis game is great, one of the best mobile games I’ve played. There’s so much to it and it’s not pay to win by any means. Of course you have the option to buy whatever you need to advance faster, but overall this game is generous with their currencies and rewards which is nice and refreshing. However, a couple weeks ago there was an update and ever since then this game has been more annoying and frustrating than enjoyable. Before the update I had no issues with connectivity or anything like that at all. After the update it’s constantly disconnecting from the server and reconnecting. My home wifi, which had no issues with this game before the update, now has problems staying connected with this game. Everyday it’s struggle to get through something without it trying to reconnect to the server, and sometimes it takes forever. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it, tried redownloading the assets and game files from the login screen. Sometimes it even says the server is under maintenance and to try again later, which I know is not the case. Please please fix this issue developers! It’s driving me insane! Edit: I’m leaving a 3 star rating. The gameplay is great it’s fun, but this new update is just ruining my gaming experience. I’m not going to play this game anymore because I don’t want to spend most of my time on the game waiting while it is “submitting request”. ✓ I honestly do love the gameI honestly love the game and only have a few problems. First off you can’t permanently get rid of the little so and so summoned a such and such hero and sometimes it even covers the text, like if I X it out I don’t want to see it 30 seconds later. Secondly you should be able to get rid of repeat hero’s as I have 5 bear girl things 4 lumiares, 3 toad bosses and two timid lions and I’ve been playing for less than a day, the tutorial was waay to long and boring I almost considered deleting the game plus I still had to figure out a lot of the things myself as the fairy didn’t explain it in a way that made sense to me. The chat will announce someone’s dream rank rose 3 times before it stops. Other than all of that an overall lovely game, the art is nice and the designs are appealing and an original take on corrupted fairytale characters and lovely references to more little known fairytales like the snow queen with the mirror and how shards can get loged in someone’s heart. Clearly a lot of effort was put into the art and research for the fairytales and how to work them as characters. My personal favorite was Brittney/little red riding hood..Version: 1.0.18

✓ Account deleted, no recoveryI've been playing this game for a few days straight now (free to play) and got to level 45. my account was bound to facebook to save my progress just in case. i woke up today and game wouldn't load despite me trying several times throughout the day to open the app. it kept giving me network errors and "submitting request" messages. when it did load, started me from the beginning with the tutorial (which is extremely long and there is no way im going through that a second time). there is no way to recover lost or deleted accounts - clicking on "lost account" in customer service makes you enter a "purchase number" and "email used to bind account". i was free to play, i have NO purchase number because i DID NOT buy anything. it was fun to play while it lasted, but i would NOT recommend because accounts can get deleted without warning and there is no way to get it back..Version: 1.0.14

✓ Has PotentialReally like the layout and design. Like the mechanics as well. Leveling is where I was really put off. You can only play the main quest up to a certain point based on your profile level. And the only way to get level up experience is by playing the main quest, or paying for it. You can also sit and wait for you idle to collect exp but I have now been waiting for 24 hours to collect enough idle exp so I can level up to play two-three more rounds if the main quest to then have to wait day/days for idle exp to build. I get you want to make money off of this, but at least let the main quest be played based on character levels (only level 60 champs so you can only get so far until you grind out for higher champs) instead of based on profile level. I would play all day but now just having to sit and wait like this has turned me off on this one.Version: 1.0.14

✓ Problems with purchasesI’m enjoying the game but after I made a few purchases, I now encounter bugs with the process. It either says success and I don’t get my items or it doesn’t even bring up the option to buy. I have purchased a few 99 cent packages since to see if my issues have been fixed and it still does the same thing. I haven’t received any communication from the receipts and screenshots I have submitted initially. The account help system is lackluster at best. You have very few options to pick from and I understand patience but its been a bit and I don’t even know what a communication from the staff even looks like. Everything is slow since I’m always being spammed with notifications from everything such as the chat which has a new guild promotion every three seconds. The game also always tells me there’s a network error when my wifi works perfectly fine. I really loved the concept of changing the grima brothers tales and making a game around it similar to something like afk arena but the game game truly doesn’t work. ✓ Worked fine for one day, now can’t log back inI’m on the second day of starting up this game. It now keeps stating network connection failed, apple server busy, and submitting request. When starting the game I binded my account to apple and Facebook. I uninstalled the application and reinstalled it after checking that there were no new updates. It loaded and when trying to log into my account with apple after the tutorial it gave an error. I then tried logging into my account with Facebook and it wanted me to start over, saying my name had already been taken. When pressing contact through the App Store it leads to a 404 error page. I’m hoping I can get this issue resolved soon..Version: 1.0.13
