✓ Updating earlier reviewThey finally processed the refund (6 weeks later, only after posting a 1-star review). The app’s interface is acceptable but they need to fix their tech and improve their customer service response times before anyone should take this platform seriously. Another update (July 2022) — Tried a second Sats withdrawal to my Lightning wallet, and yet again, it never arrived and instead went to their “libre bank” address. Have not heard back from support team yet. If they eventually return the sats, I don’t know how to feel confident making a withdrawal. NEVER SEND YOUR BITCOIN TO THIS WALLET, or you might not see it again..Version: 2.1.9

✓ Not a real bitcoin wallet, lost my moneyDespite the appearance of this app at being a bitcoin and lightning wallet, it does not run on the actual bitcoin blockchain, but another completely separate blockchain that holds your balance in custody as wrapped BTC. As I discovered, even though it says it is compatible with the Lightning Network, when I tried to withdraw my funds, they vanished into the void and never appeared in my native BTC Lightning wallet. Repeated attempts to reach to the developer have to date been unsuccessful. They are still holding my money. Avoid, avoid, avoid..Version: 2.1.3

✓ Red FlagI was super excited about this app. Everything was going great..one day I’m doing my daily spin and the next minute the app said I was flagged. Thinking it was an error..a day goes buy and I go to spin, only to find out for sure my acct is flagged. I emailed them and got a response that it was being looked into and it’s been crickets since. ✓ Bugs Bugs BugsFirst off, the daily spin is great, as long as you don’t spin it too often. If you set a timer, or spin too much, you are flagged as a bot. Wheel flashes, get haptic vibration, that’s it! “0 sats.” Same with referrals. If your referral is a stranger, great, but if you ever refer a friend/family member and visit the same house, school, WiFi signal, location, etc. boom! Flagged as a bot again! Let’s just say you do get a spin and win some sats.. You just may just lose those sats, as they may not appear in the wallet it was sent to. LN is in infancy, and the app has potential, especially for those learning about LN invoices and payment, but the bugs almost seem to be by design...Version: 2.0.8
✓ 4000 sats later … this app acts like garbage :This app works fine until you have 4000+ sats …. then all of a sudden the wheel stops working and or sometimes it awards zero sats.. also,sometimes there is a different error that shows your wheel “service unavailable” so you can’t spin at all … it’s also weird you can only withdraw sats when you get to 5000… at 4000 all these errors started. If I knew this I wouldn’t have installed this. App developer can’t seem to fix anything.. hard pass.Version: 3.0.7
✓ Service Unavailable! & Lost LN payments!Ability to send or receive sats on lightning network currently unavailable. That's a big problem for a wallet app who's main function is to do precisely that! In addition to continued send/receive outages, the wallet has twice lost sats when sending to another Lightning wallet. Seems the only reliable thing it can do is send to another Bitcoin Libre wallet - what use is a Lightning Wallet that cannot reliably interact on the Lightning Wallet? Please advise how you intend to address these serious issues. Free sats spin is a great marketing tool, but I’m not going to recommend a defective & untrustworthy app to anyone..Version: 2.1.9
