Been playing for a while now but I’ve noticed one bug and just encountered another. 1) game will randomly crash 2) it’s not progressing anything so I’m basically at a standstill while it is taking my items whenever I switch to try something else. ✓ Strong foundationsHas a lot of room to grow but is very well done. This is the only mobile game that I haven’t deleted 24 hours after downloading. The traveling by land feature in its current state is very aggravating (trips back to a low lvl area would always get interrupted leaving me “stranded” in a higher level area that I went to prematurely) that’s my only gripe though..Version: 1.0

✓ Sleek with Serious PromiseThis game has a great UI which is important for an RPG of its kind—clean, good design and layout, and fast. I can recommend it for fans of text-based RPGs, Melvor Idle, and Runescape. It is in early access but the foundations are great already, and I see much has been planned from the roadmap. This will provide much needed depth beyond the skilling and trading currently in the game, such as combat, quests, guilds, etc..Version: 1.0
✓ Unique, but room for improvementI’ve found that when starting it can be confusing and a bit slow. However, after playing for a bit I’ve realised it’s a great game to play in the background. Logging on once a day to complete a new task and levelling up is very satisfying. I have really enjoyed Craftbound in the few weeks I have played it. However, there are definitely some things which the game would benefit from. Firstly the marketplace I find to be useless. Everyone selling anything you need do so at extremely high prices. This therefore makes the in-game currency pretty useless, which takes out half the point of the game. The marketplace is such a unique aspect of the game and I think it’s a shame that it doesn’t function as well as it could do. (Perhaps add in a max price for each item) My last small critique is that you can’t see your overall XP count, so you have no idea how close you are to making the leaderboard..Version: 1.2.0

✓ Finally a mobile game worth playingI struggle to find games that I enjoy on mobile, especially with ad integration that isnt annoying. This game defies that. U get 6hrs of double xp for watching a 30s ad; so only 4 ads in a 24hr period, perfectly reasonable imo. Gameplay is fairly barebones rn and shares some similarities with FFXIV’s crafting and gathering systems, but many features and systems are planned in their roadmap. Servers can sometimes get crowded and cause advanced rotations to slow down but the devs have been extremely active in the discord and work on server issues promptly. Finally something that I can enjoy while doing something else on the side. I realize there are other games that do the same thing but the simple ui and aesthetic do it for me. ✓ One of a kind. Great game.You can’t find unique games on the app store all too easily these days. This game has no premium currency. No mandatory ads. The ads you do watch is quite literally 2 minutes of ads for 24 hours of double experience. The things you can purchase are pretty cheap considering you will only have to do it once. I haven’t played the game very much but it’s been all good so far. I give this a 5 stars because of the direction it’s going. This has huge potential..Version: 1.0
✓ Best idle game I’ve ever playedI’ve been playing idle games since Cookie Clicker back on the web browser, up to the modern mobile giants like Idle Heroes etc. What makes this unique and imo the best is the dev team and the community. I participated in the alpha and beta on Test Flight before this release and saw how much the devs and the community cared for game and how they collaborated to create this amazing game. I’ve tested to combat in early releases and it’s awesome. There’s not many games and combine crafting, combat and community so well. ✓ Solid, Entertaining, Intricate, ALMOST there..(PREFACE: I know nothing about game dev.) Honestly pretty entertaining and really solid for a free game. The emphasis is on crafting and buying/selling on the player based market. It is NOT pay to win, it IS pay for quality of life. (e.g. pay for double xp, or, watch this 30 second ad for 4 hours of double xp.) If I could give 4.5 star I would. The ONLY reason it’s 4 is because I KNOW the market could be better. I like: Crafting. It can be more complex than just ‘tap this and wait for character to craft it’, there can actually be some strategy and thinking involved. I wish: The market. 2 things would make this better imo. 1. Make the market search feature better. Only way to search market is by the exact name of the item, you cannot filter by rarity/item characteristics/or by in game $ amount. 2. If I want to sell 100 gloves. I can sell all 100 at once, but that means ONE PLAYER must buy ALL 100 gloves. You cannot buy just a few of a players sell offer. No one needs 100 gloves… so, you have to take 5 minutes to create 20 orders of 5 gloves each instead. Is this to partially to keep players playing longer? MAYBE? I don’t know.. it would be nice to have the option to buy some of an order, not just the whole thing. - this also sort of unintentionally spams the market, because you might come across a whole page or two of one player having 50 sell offers for 1 item. All that said, it’s still good. I just think it could be A LOT better with basically only UI changes. There’s a really nice feeling I get when I have lots for sale and I wake up the next day and I see that actual players needed/liked what I was selling so they bought it and can find use in it. ✓ Great Potential with Regular UpdatesPros: Regular updates and a development roadmap Lots of fun interferences with crafting Cons: Regularly has something go wrong with the manual crafting process almost every time I switch from one task to another one. This makes it so that you lose materials, and when you’re working with higher rarity materials that is not cool. The only safe workaround is to force close the app when I switch from one craft to another so that hopefully it doesn’t error out. looking forward to that getting fixed. iPhone 11, software up to date.Version: 1.3.1

✓ Better but…So this game has really engaged me. The only real issue I have, is once unlocking a new recipe, many times it says I don’t have enough progression to make it idle. How do I get Progression to be able to make it?!?! There is no info telling me how to get there! Once I unlock the recipe, I should be able to idle that item if I have the required resources. Because I have all the gear I can make, yet can’t progress due to this mechanic. Also, sometimes when I go in and start crafting an item, after the first craft, it pops up saying I don’t have enough progression, but continues to make the item, and succeed. But when I stop crafting, and try to restart it, it doesn’t allow me to make the item like I just had been..Version: 1.0

✓ Definite potential, but still a bit rough.The overall concept and design of the game isn’t a rehash of another with a different theme. I like how when you go to the next tier, it’s not just harvesting and crafting, but you have to add more ingredients. It makes it more complex and fun, imo. As to the overall speed of the game, I went and purchased the starting pack, so I got faster times, and 3X inventory. Still, leveling is a MAJOR grind, and I usually just put it to harvest something, and pick it up the next morning. Making sure your crafting is leveled up to create gear, as well as making sure the ability is leveled up enough to wear it, is hard to manage. One of the biggest difficulties is the market. You have to go through a long process of setting up how many of an item you want to sell is, but it asks you the individual price. Why don’t they let you put up a stack of 100 leather boots, and people can purchase however many they want, and be charged accordingly? Perhaps in a future update? ✓ Best afk game!I’m so excited for what’s to come for this game! this afk game is really enjoyable and with added features to the game, expanding the map and adding items, as well as improving player to player interaction like adding a chat, etc, this game will definitely become a number one favorite. if more and more items were to be added i would suggest a way to expand the the max inventory, maybe through gold or materials. i understand in-app purchases are essential, however, if the map is to expand with more unique materials i think it would become extremely difficult with the 25 material max. for a stylistic suggestion, i thought it would be cool if instead of a plain black background there was a dark non distracting background that went along with the locations on the map. when i click on the world map i see there’s a small icon of the area, and if that was toned down much darker i think it would become a great background, subtle but interesting. thanks so much for creating this fun game, if there was more to do with the characters originally customized in the introduction of the game i think it would be so cute. love this!.Version: 1.2.0

But the developers seemed competent, and willing to work on it. And here we are, with things pretty much running 99.9% good. They've proven they can fix things, and care enough to make sure we have a good experience. That shows promise that this game is only going to get better and better over time. ✓ Awesome game, awesome concept, working out bugsThis game is the perfect mix between idle and interactive! The only thing I feel iffy about is the fact that you have to have a different set of tools and accessories for every process, which when you’re starting out seems like the video game equivalent of a filler episode. It’s just tedious and time consuming but once you get it figured out it’s not bad. If you’re on the fence about it, just get the game and try it out! Any ads are optional which is RARE nowadays and really shows me the devs care about the game. ✓ An idler with great potentialIf you like idle games you should give this a try. It’s an idle mmo and even though not complete, the skills and features here already are solid. You can gather, make items, sell things to other players, and skills even have abilities you can use to increase rarity, yield of items, etc. It still has a lot of great features planned too. Another thing I liked about this game is it doesn’t bombard you with ads or pop ups. In fact viewing ads is a nice experience because you can stack double XP buffs for up to 24 hours and it doesn’t take that long to fill up. As far as in-app purchases, you can buy quality of life upgrades and they’re not terribly overpowered or expensive. Bigger inventory, longer offline idling, etc. You can also buy ad free boosts which are the same as the ones free players get. Overall I think this game has huge potential and I can’t wait to see where it goes!.Version: 1.0

✓ Fantastic but only the start (hopefully)I’ve only touched the player listings twice: once to buy a tool I thought I couldn’t make, another time to experiment selling excess tools. The game needs stuff to buy, make money worth something. Once combat and questing is added, it’ll be golden. I hope the game has unique items added and potentially redo or fix up the character sprite because no matter what you do you can only really look masculine, there’s no feminine player characters on the charts or anything. I’d love it if there were cosmetics that would show on your character, they don’t need to do anything per se, I would just love to have that way to express myself and customise. Overall great but only the beginning (hopefully), it needs a reason to build up, not just building to nowhere. A house you have furnish, a character you can outfit, a workshop you can customise. ✓ Developer feedback updateI couldn’t find a way in game to leave feedback. The recent update added a number of new craftables. Which is awesome. However, some items need to be adjusted. I crafted an iron wrench which has a level of 25. And I can’t equip it even though I’m level 28. Otherwise the game is good. Looking forward to more updates. The recent changes should make it more engaging. Providing there are no equipping issues. And… never mind. Items go in the offhand.Version: 1.3.1

✓ Simple idle funThe only thing that that actually stoops me some giving 5 starts would be the limit of 1 character to do tasks.. Although 2 has been mentioned to be added down the line in the future… I feel it could be an idea worth workshoping to have some kind of village or party system and each character excluding base has their own benefit or even exclusive roles like the items already have themselves just felt it would be worth to at least explore the idea. Even if it means limiting such characters a like I solo gameplay only mode, as I don't know the developers final concept for the game it could still be a workshoped idea to fit whatever fits their image. ✓ I refuse to pay money for gamesI, as I assume most of us will be in this category, refuse to do any micro transactions to help myself in these games and after 2-3 weeks I can say that it definitely is a slow grind but still satisfying. I haven’t gotten very far as I’m trying to clear all of my gathering and skills before moving on to the next area, but this is a good idle management game that you can check every few days as a busy working professional. The only thing I would say takes away the 5th star is that my “Watch AD to double xp” button is broken and so I can’t do any free ads to get perks. As someone who refuses to do micro transactions, I’ll sit there all day watching free ads to boost my character, so this is kind of lame..Version: 1.0

I know there have been a lot of growing pains lately but the concept overshadows the fixable draw-backs. The crafting system is simple but has plenty of room to grow a little more complex. The player driven market is exactly what I was looking for when I started playing. Personally I think others WAY overprice their goods but aye- I aim to change that in regards to leatherworking. ✓ A lot of potentialThis game has a-lot of potential, just look at the roadmap! I really hope to see this game fully fleshed out. But for now the game is pretty gold once you get into it, the game loop keeps my screen time down which is a bonus. ✓ Lots of potential, but super buggyIt’s in early access so I didn’t give it any less rating, but it’s so buggy as to be almost unplayable. Most of the bugs seem to have something to do with data refreshing, like stopping one activity and getting it to know that so I can start another, or getting it to realize I’ve leveled up or gained the materials enough to craft. For now I’ll set it to simply harvest or skin forever and I’ll check back after the next update, because crafting is presently impossible. I’m looking forward to it being playable..Version: 1.0
✓ Minor fixesGame has great potential, here’s some things that would help it improve gameplay. 1 the game has a habit of going all dark every minute or 2 and typolast a minute. Get a bit annoying. 2 when in the market there should be a choice of purchasing an amount of goods rather then the hole stack that’s there. ✓ Melvor Idle meets FF XIV craftingAfter beating Melvor Idle (RuneScape idle game) I’ve been looking for something to play that’s similar, and this game has very similar vibes, while also pulling the crafting/gathering skill system from Final Fantasy 14 that I think is the best crafting system in gaming. ✓ Fun but have encountered a bugHey, Dev team. Great game however I am having a bug where I left the game to chop wood for a few hours and then I went to go change the action to crafting but it won’t stop chopping wood. No matter how many times I have tried to restart the app and also press the stop button on the gathering, it doesn’t seem to work. Love the game but it’s kinda game breaking this bug as I am literally unable to do anything else in the game except cut the beech logs.Version: 1.0

✓ Great so far!This game is great so far. I love the art style, the crafting, the player economy, how you level up. Really it’s all great. The game is 90% stable in the sense that it’ll randomly crash or loose signal though that could be something on my end. I’m a gamer that looks for a simple yet complex crafting system in games, craft bound provides simple mechanics but complex resource management. It’s not addicting (yet) but it Will definitely keep you interested. Also having a player built economy makes your hard work feel more rewarding. Just like crafting in RuneScape to earn profit, you can do that here or you can keep everything for yourself and become a godlike crafter. Either way, you’re making GP. ✓ Fun and AddictiveGreat game with devs that seems to actually care about the game. Just a suggestion but it would be nice to see some idle gathering/ skilling animations in various locations. As well as more art for different locations to make the world more engaging (just something to look at while your grinding) it would be cool to see the lore if the world expanded upon and more art/animations in general. Also another suggestion would be to add a “slayer” skill were you’re killing mobs and monsters. A guild system/party system with world boss raids, party raids etc..Version: 1.3.1
✓ This is one of the greatest gamesI have never really been into incremental games, I really liked the mobile Progressknight game but that’s it that I have heard of incrementals, I absolutely love DND and after playing this for a week I can happily say I will continue playing it for the Foreseeable future, I like the DND-like element of imaging your character doing their tasks, I like the player-run stock market, and I love how stupidly rich you can get by doing nothing but gather for a few days, then craft it all into more expensive resources, and selling it to the merchant. 10/10 plan to recommend to a friend. Ps: If your a creator reading this I have a suggestion for an update: make a guild system where, hear me out, player made-and-ran guilds fight in wars against each other, players could use the resources they collected to make weapons for a.I fighters, and every guild member can donate some resources in a big attempt to make a giant siege machine..Version: 1.0
