✓ GarbageI opened a linktree to share some links and it randomly got shut down. I made an appeal and got a very generic message that I had breached their community guidelines. I read through the whole thing and did no such thing. Their customer service is awful and I cannot it of good conscious recommend the use of this app..Version: 1.26.1
✓ Consistently banned not indicated whyI consistently have my account banned, with absolutely no reasoning behind it. I literally do the exact same thing many other businesses in my field have done, their account is always fine but mine is constantly removed. Why? ✓ Unable to see, add, or edit linksI have been having this ongoing issue for several months now and nothing has been fixed. I’ve done all troubleshooting and nothing works. This is such a disappointment because I pay every month and linktree is benefiting me . They keep saying they updated the app However that’s not true. It takes days for customer service support to respond and they still can’t fix the problem. Please hire a professional web developer, you all get millions off of us consumers and put very little effort to fix this ongoing problem.Version: 1.22.4

✓ Account removed due to inappropriate usage of this service.I am really enjoying Linktree and was definitely considering becoming a subscriber. I’m only giving one star because I have no idea what inappropriate usage. Everywhere I tried to set it as bio it would be rejected, so I had to use a website builder to put in my bio that lead to my Linktree. (Milkshake App) Maybe that’s what this is… My Linktree couldn’t even be sent to a friend via private message or text. Anyways, I will be contacting support if I can find out how to do so, find and correct the issue if one stands, and hopefully becoming a monthly subscriber. ✓ No customer support - locked out of accountThe email from which I set up my account is also the account linktree spams me with emails every other day begging me to pay for Linktree Pro. However when I try to log in it says that email doesn’t have an account, when I try to create a new one it says that email already exists. ✓ Completely UnusableCustomizing was super glitchy and once I was able to get things somewhat how I wanted them I couldn’t even preview or use it. It just keeps telling me to verify my email. I think I have had them resend a verification link about ten times now. The verification link in the emails just take me back to a page saying I need to verify my email and I can’t move past that point. ✓ Awful New Login SytsemWhatever changed, it wasn’t for the better. Now when I press log in the authentication window pops up and requires me to log in through there rather than directly through the app. When I log in and put in the right log in information it accepts it and automatically closes the window but returns me to the apps login page which remains the same. I submitted my email asking what codes I violated and it’s been 5+ days with no response, when I got an email back immediately asking why I couldn’t login with my account. They would tell me that I got banned, but not why. Use another service, they pick and choose who they want to succeed on the platform. ✓ Careful with your subscriptionThe app works well, however, they send you no message/email to tell you you're subscription will be renewed/was renewed. In my opinion, this is a lack of transparency from the company. You also can't get a refund so if you forgot to cancel your subscription, kiss that money goodbye. I thought my subscription has been cancelled ever since July but I found out in October that they were still charging me EVEN THOUGH THEY CONFIRMED THAT MY SUBSCRIPTION WAS CANCELLED. The interface is user-friendly and setting up links is a breeze. However, the growth on platforms like TikTok hasn't been as significant as I had hoped. On the bright side, it's definitely useful for sharing multiple links in one place, and I've found value in that aspect. ✓ Was working great until nowI’ve been using Linktree for a long while and it works great with analytics showing views flawlessly . Now that I signed up to a very popular new affiliate marketing site, used this new link and it keeps saying unsafe URL. I got banned for a minute, contacted support and they said I was fine and was reactivated again. I was able to use this link with a domain name without it saying unsafe but then I realize NONE of my links are showing views now which really is a bummer.
