I contacted support and they gave me this: “Unfortunately, we don’t have access to our users’ personal accounts and can’t manage their subscriptions and refunds. You can cancel the subscription from your iPhone’s Apple ID. Please, let us know if you have managed to unsubscribe and that everything is ok now. They take your money, but that’s all!
