The refund process took over a week because I had to wait for the charge from Apple to go from “pending” to them actually charging me before I could request a refund. I am not sure why Apple allows this app to even be in the app store given all the negative reviews letting them know the app does not work. These reviews go back several years. Something needs to be done. There needs to be a class action lawsuit filed.
