✓ Used to be such a great appI’m a huge TM fan, have recommended this app to so many people, but recently it has failed me. No longer am I able to “finish” my round on my Apple Watch and have it save to the TM app. It just sits there and spins forever and then times out. Then when I go to start a new round next time I play, it asks if I want to “resume round” or “cancel round” and the only thing that I can do is cancel and then I lose all the cool stats from the previous round. I’m a numbers nerd. I crave the data that this app used to accurately give me and allow me to compile. But at this point I’ll be actively looking for a replacement app that can accurately and reliably do this for me. Not really sure what I’m paying $13 a month for if this feature isn’t going to work. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling. I’ve updated software on my iPhone and Apple Watch (both are the brand new 2023 versions of the phone and watch). Just so frustrating for a guy like myself that plays golf 2-3 times per week and wants to see that data.FatpigfatbearVersion: 2.5.3

✓ Buggy with potentialI signed up and used this app for a month and there are a lot of things that I liked but I canceled my membership for the time being. A few months later, I am trying to upgrade my membership again and it won’t let me for some reason. There’s also a huge lack of customer support for the app since everything funnels through Taylormade. ✓ Simply, nothing worksI had so much hope from this app. I wanted to like it but nothing works. I’ve sent 4 videos to a swing coach and each given feedback saying the swing was cut off. After the first one going down the line i figured i would simple just back up. So i submitted the second further away and it was the same thing. I know for a fact you could see the full swing. Still trusting in Taylormade i sent a face on video and got the same response. Got the same feedback. So i backed up again and used the same angle. Same feedback. That’s just the swing coach. ✓ Doesn’t workI would love to use this app and some of its features but the problem is I can’t even log in to my Taylor made account. I have an active subscription and the app is stating I need to upgrade for Anything in the premium tier, I cannot use anything I subscribed for. ✓ No Longer Serves a PurposeThis used to be the best golf app on the market. The ease of using their advance round tracking was unmatched by any other app (trust me I tried them all). For some reason they’ve completely removed all useful features and this app is now no better than any other on the market. BRING BACK CLUB TRACKING. Literally worked perfectly before, don’t see why they decided to remove it. “Classic” mode is fine but doesn’t provide the extreme detail that made this app so useful to me over the last 7 years or so. ✓ Try and Buy is a ripoff. Try once, and it never lets you try again.I got the app because I liked the idea of the “Try and Buy” feature. It lets you try a driver for two weeks and you can return it. It also says you can try as many as you want as long as you return the driver. I’ve returned the driver weeks ago and it’s constantly saying that the feature is now “under maintenance” and I cannot try it anymore. ✓ Loading issuesSo I really am enjoying the app. I chose TaylorMade and done away with golfpad BUT looks like I made have to go back to golfpad. TaylorMade please fix the bugs and stay on top of the app. I got to log front nine and then went to start my log on the back nine and he would not connect , kept saying error and connection error. ✓ Useless without advancedTaylormade have turned this app into pure garbage without the gps watch integration and the manual round updating feature, which you had to pay for, its no better than any other free gold app. Its basically a advertisement app at this point. ✓ Try then buy programThere has been so many issues with using this app while paying for a monthly subscription for the added benefits. I currently have a driver that I ordered to try out and it is too spinny for me. I am trying to return the club but cannot print out a return label. ✓ Great in theory....pretty disappointedThe app seems to have a lot of bugs. Tried to use it to track 18 holes today and it was constantly glitching and kicking me out of the app. Then when we finished the course and went to review, our entire day of tracking was deleted. 6.5 hours of tracking throughout the day was just gone. ✓ So much potential, BUT…The app looks great and appears to provide a wealth of resources. The unfortunate part is that the app is extremely buggy. Constant errors popping up while trying to do the initial setup. After 30 mins of closing and reopening, I as finally able to get in. Once I got in, and tried to setup my club bag, more errors occurred, as the app had trouble with pulling up brand names. ✓ TaylorMade has removed all usefulness from appI’ve been using the MyTaylorMade app for several years. In my opinion, it was the best simple watch/phone golf app on the market. It allowed easy shot tracking through the Apple Watch and it enabled the user to edit a round afterward to clear up mistakes and ensure the validity of the valuable statistics. TaylorMade has removed all these things in this latest update. I can no longer edit my round. I can no longer see my average statistics to track my improvements. It is no longer possible to see the distances of each shot I hit during my round. Why did TaylorMade downgrade the app so significantly? Now, it appears that unless I earn some sort of “rewards”, I can no longer use the functionality of the app. Hopefully this is just a bug and they’ll restore the functions that we’ve come to enjoy over the last several years. ✓ Now uselessI am getting back into golf, and have been using this app since 2023. Today I went out to my home course (which I played 3 days ago) and cannot even get online. When searching for specific courses, nothing registers. Reading the most recent review of the app is also a 2, but for different reasons. The moderator indicates that the app is essentially to use it for 5 rounds, pick a drill and buy new clubs. ✓ I need to pay for a membership in order to purchase certain products??I was frustrated to discover that in order to purchase the new “pizza box” inspired putter head cover I would be required to pay a monthly fee for the upgraded Taylormade + account. The only reason I subscribed in the first place was to purchase the head cover for my new Spider GT putter, so this was disappointing to say the least. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I still enjoy Taylormade’s products and brand in general, and I’m sure this app has a bunch of useful features. However, requiring a customer to pay for a monthly membership in order to simply be eligible to purchase a product seems unreasonable. I already spend hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars on Taylormade products every year, so buying this membership did not seem reasonable to me. ✓ Great potentialThis app appears to have great potential but is a little buggy for the time being. Sometimes it won’t load past the launch screen. ✓ Poor documentation, vanishing round, unknown supportI can’t find documentation on how to do obvious things, like when golf tracking and you hit one into the water…which buttons to press to accurately record things and how to go back and edit a hole (forgot to record strokes at correct locations…which will mess up stats like club distances if not corrected). When editing a round it wasn’t clear how to exit out and get back to main part of app so I closed the app. Now that round no longer exists (deleted), don’t know how to get it back (and can’t just add round manually, assuming that’s a thing, because I don’t know the score because it was deleted). ✓ Latest update changed everythingThis app has always been a love/hate relationship for me. It was the best app out there for functionality. The watch shot tracking and round editing were the best available but the app was buggy and slow. At times I’d be 3 holes in before I could get it started. With this most recent app, it’s reverse. The app seems to work very well but now they’ve removed shot tracking, the best part of the app. Now I have the option to compare club distances over all tracked shots, which is amazing, but now I can’t track shots for the option to work? I hope this is a temporary change. If it comes back, this app will be my go-to for tracking and ball purchases (it seems you can earn discounts now), but if not, it’ll just be deleted..Christopher B DVersion: 3.0.1

✓ In app swing coach won’t workI signed up a little over a two weeks ago and the in app swing coach feature won’t work. Everytime I try and input my handicap it gives me an error message. I called TM support and he was unable to solve it. He told me to send an email in and so I did that. Still haven’t heard back.
