✓ DOESN’T WORKI tried using this dozens of times for 2-factor authentication for my Norton Account. NEVER worked even though the email and account numbers were correct. I’m no Luddite, it simply doesn’t generate codes that Norton accepts - anyone’s guess as to why. I eventually tried the Google authentication app which worked on the first try..Version: 1.1.4

✓ DO NOT USE CASUALLY!!’This app caused me to loose my Roblox account. It doesn’t tell you that you must back up your codes, and when you go to use the app after your iPhone automatically deletes it to save space, your accounts are gone. I lost the screenshot I took of the backup codes, so I lost my Roblox account and all of the money I put into it. I hate this app. Do not use unless you are experienced in authenticator apps and know how to back up, use, and plan to constantly log in and out of your accounts..Version: 1.5.5

✓ It stops workingI have been locked out three times in three months. I will be using it with Face ID and then a few minutes later it asks for my password, which I have, but after entering it I get an error message that says “authentication canceled” and I can’t get in. I email the contact and even though I hav paid for a premium membership I never get a message back but in a day or two it comes back. Unfortunately try as I might, every time I scanned a QR code, the HMRC login would not accept the 6 digit generated codes. All of the features of this app can be found other more reputable apps but because this is the first one that shows up when you search for "Authenticator" you assume that you need to pay for these features, and you absolutely do not have to pay for the features that this app is offering.
