✓ Horrible matchmakingGame is pointless if you’re only against bots, and when you get humans it’s laggy since the servers are in Asia. ****Awful matchmaking, mostly playing against/with bots, the few humans you get are teams of 3 against you, while you get 2 bots on you’re team. ****The AI for the bots is also bad, they only play death match no matter what game mode you’re in. Like payload race where you need to stand next to the payload, the bots just run to the other side of the map and get killed by the real players over and over while you try your best to stand by payload so it can keep moving. Auto lose basically. ****So not solo player friendly at higher levels. UPDATE: re downloaded the game, nothing has changed, I pay for the best internet and don’t lag in any games, but still high ping here cause of the Asia servers. Also, now all maps are random, which isn’t good cuz certain characters like victor shouldn’t be played on all maps. Certain maps I play snipers, certain maps I play close range. Now you can’t decide. LAST NOTE all the game modes are always available aside from the only game mode I used to play, payload race. Why is payload race only at a certain time? For me im in NY so I can’t play that mode until 8pm, but by than im working so I never can play the ONLY mode I enjoy. Guess it’s back to deleting unfortunately. So much potential in this game. Update: still getting matched with asian servers, and I’m at 19k trophies..Version: 1.28.1137976
✓ Game overallThe graphics are amazing. For this to be a mobile game this has to be one of the best. The characters all have different personality and the maps range from cool to beautiful, but the problem is the number of heroes and modes to choose from. I’ve been playing for a while and playing the same modes over and over is boring. then some new ones come but they are gone super fast. I’m bored playing now I’ve upgraded my favorite character ruby to lvl 9 and it says I can unlock her passive ability in a rumble box but I’ve been thru 7 and I can’t find her at all😭😭 ik it’s probably not your fault but why? Even the lucky draw it has nothing to do with luck your first spin is Guaranteed to get coins. Wow some lucky draw that is if I’m getting coins every time. I don’t want to give up on the game but I think I should and jus come back for like season 10 hopefully thr is a lot more to do. Oh and i don’t know maybe if you add more characters you can make a BR mode🤷🏾. Like the game but like everything in this world it has some problems that need fixing..Version: 1.27.1117818

✓ Has potentialThe game is alright but need a lot of balancing The crossairs are very inaccurate Shotguns for example dont hit opponents when they are in the crossair and they only do damage when you are litterately pushing against them half a meter away and your damage is around 400 Sindri is too OP because her turret is doesnt miss has a lot of damage and has a lot of health This makes her turret a fourth teammate which makes it unfair for the opponents Iris heals are also OP because it heals too much with her skill alone which makes you lose against her alone when she heals herself Matchmaking is a pain because its estimated time is very inaccurate. I have to wait 2 minutes when it says that its estimated 20 seconds (i have very good wifi btw) I also get matched with players that have characters with far higher lvls which makes them oneshot me The gameplay overall is nice I would like to see more diverse maps and characters to keep things interesting since there arent that many I would also like more quick chat options because there are no chats like enemy spotted retreat heal etc.Version: 1.25.928320
✓ SOUNDS NEEDS WORKThis is great game overall. Although the sound levels need some serious work. While in game sometimes the sounds glitch and keep repeating constantly! It’s extremely annoying as they are loud and obnoxious. Another thing is that you can shoot through walls. This is also a major problem as people are scoring free kills all the time! If your going to add a ranked mode these are two major problems that need fixing ASAP. I also recommend turning off friendly footsteps. It’s completely pointless and you don’t know wether it’s your team mate or the enemy. Point blank pointless. Another problem for me is that when I try to play the game while listening to music the game constantly lowers the volume of my headphones. Once again back to the sound topic. It’s the worst thing in the game right now hands down. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix it, I would greatly appreciate it. As always Thank-you for all that you guys do! ✓ Great game but needs rankedI think this game could easily become very competitive with the simplicity for new players but skill ceiling for pros to get a handle of. ✓ Runs great but isn’t greatThe frames feel very smokth on 60 graphics are great can be improved for higher end devices tho i love that gyro is avaliable off the rip that is one thing many forget, however aside from the game looks and feels the gunplay and meta is poorly executed there is characters that are overpowred and some that are absolutely garbage nd un playable, the ping is insanely bad because of limited servers limitations of login methods for those that don’t have taptap accounts, leveling takes way too long nd the p2w curency being able to buy characters nd max their level is basically p2w nd is why i’m not going to play anymore. It feels wxactly the same like shadowgun war legends which is now discontinued because of the sme reasons the same as that new starwars game aswell, it is quite original jowever movement is clunky it lacks speed and momentum and each round is the same. ✓ Nerf charactersI played this game for a while and raised (trophies) some character’s however from playing them and fighting against different heroes it dawned on me how unfair some of the characters techniques are. It was so bad to the point I choose not to play those characters because it felt like the game was too easy. Characters like hua ling and johnny jet need to be heavily nerfed, I don't know what makes it okay for hua ling to be able to dominate a crowd with little to no effort and her damage is way tooo much. Johnny jet’s skill needs a higher cool down. All in all the game needs to balance a-lot of characters. Yes, some characters can overpower others in different categories but some of the characters cross way over the limit. I know there are ways to play against them with their weakness and all but it should still be addressed. If I choose to write down what is wrong with each characters this writing would be too long. Considering I played this game with equally as good people who know how to read the map and play well I've been in different scenarios while playing and I truly know how it feels to just have a overpowered character stand in a place with auto aim and keep killing you like a rag doll its infuriating. So yea…I quit not fair. Also the matchmaking system is so bad( how does a 900 trophy hero get grouped with players with 100 trophies and sometimes under???????).Version: 1.27.1060731

✓ So badWhere do i even start, first of all ive played this game since its release, i win the majority of my games especially since i use a controller (i also have 5000+ trophies). The game is unbalanced with some characters which can easily be seen and the developers really could crack down on that issue. Also i bought the battle pass and some value bundles where you get over 8-17 mega rumble boxes, not a single one dropped a passive ability for one of my characters which can be a huge game changer for your character, ive opened about 50+ and not one passive ability or something very valuable! Not to include i spent gems on the lucky draw for a mythic skin and not once have i won, its rigged to make you pay money. Lastly the most annoying issue is that i could be taking cover around a wall and still get hit even though in clear cover! Before people think it’s because of a special ability they use, its not, its the basic weapon you each character has that hits me through the wall!.Version: 1.25.928320

I love the sound effects and characters, but as you progress through the game it starts to get boring Developers, please look in to loading random maps as you play ( example: shouldn’t play the same map over and over until it changes. ) second please make more maps to play. Would also like to see guilds or teams to join. I would also like to be able to click on other players to see their progress or load out selections. Just a few to add and one last thing. Doesn’t seem fair that I lose my ability if I activate it and die at the same time and it never activates. But when I respawn it goes back to the load stage which is aggravating. ✓ Great game, zero supportI started playing this game on the day of launch. I got my power up to 2200, and had fun. There is nothing original, just tweaks of other games, but the game runs well… UNTIL… one day the app closed on me… when I went back in my account was gone and I had a new blank account. I had lost everything. I reached out to the helpdesk. I followed their advice and managed to obtain my original account ID. But the Helpdesk repeatedly ignored my questions and made me go through a set of instructions over and over. They ignored my questions, would close my ticket and repeatedly had to start a new ticket again and go through the same questions and ineffective instructions. Over two months of trying, still no resolution and they keep giving me the same instructions in the same ticket, which I have done and proved doesn’t work over and over again. Due to the helpdesks closing my unresolved tickets and refusal to actually read through the history to see I had already done what they are suggesting, I am quitting the game. ✓ The action is good but…It’s a good game but falls short in the most important part of a team-oriented game… communication. There is virtually no communication in the app at all. They have a discord with many suggestions for game fixes which is good, but also highlights the fact that there are still so many things needed for this game to be on the level of Fortnite or COD. I’ll happily change my rating if they fix the communication issues and bugs. Lowering to one star because heroes are too imbalanced, support doesn't respond, and I frequently have the screen go white only to return killed, or be shot through walls. It's a decent option for Overwatch players that want a mobile option, but I think this game is probably dead when Overwatch 2 comes to IOS soon... ✓ After 1300 Hours of gaming.There is no balance in the game and you will get matched with stronger, cooler, or higher ranking characters. No matter how good you are, it is still difficult to get victory as it is almost like a pay-to-win game. The more you play the more you get frustrated and very toxic, then soon quitting the game because somehow you feel pretty unfair when your character have no match against your opponent. Transactions, You have to pay so much for gems, which aren’t easy to get, and if you’re like me (someone who likes to “gamble”) the lucky draws just makes you spend more and more money until you get the special skin. This game brought out a different part of me and i’m thinking of throwing all of my belongings off of a cliff.😀 It boosted my now ex boyfriend’s ego and temper so much he won every game. And it was rigged. If you hate women just come out and say that. These ugly charterers make you think they are going to be hot, but no. As well as me leaving my boyfriend i also need to take his cats for personal reason because of this game. No i am not a zoophile, just with the anger he inherited from this game he can no longer take care of his cats. I will love them all but squeaker, who doubted me. ✓ Heart beat throbbing NauseaThe game play is decently fun enough imagine if overwatch and brawl stars had a baby it would be this,graphics are good and gameplays smooth BUT there’s this weird heartbeat throbbing sound effect that genuinely makes me feel sick after about 1match or 5minutes and can’t be turned off via the audio settings..it’s not mixed in to the music or sound effects options but the master audio opinion so to turn it off you legit have to play in silence…putting you at a big disadvantage. ✓ 3/5 StarsWhen entering a match we are matched with AI on both teams because of how fast we are loaded in, the guns are very balanced, the heroes are balanced, maps could have a better 3lane system and the animations when in the lobby look decent. Now my problems that I’ve noticed: When I first began there was a battlepass which is fine because a lot of games use this method now but the problem is you have to pay for it instead of getting progress through to achieve it and this game is also pay to win because of the coins and the packs which is a huge No-no in the future when playing resulting in people quitting..Version: 1.25.908935
✓ Emulators users are cheatersPlayers that use Emulators are sh:ty players they can win at anything without help or cheating this is the only way they can bring up their self-esteem to make me feel they are the best but they are still losers. You will never see them in tournaments, why because they don’t allow Emulators in competitions of any kind. ✓ Got my hopes upAt first this game was awesome, as others have mentioned it’s a fake overwatch on mobile. However since playing for a few days, I have noticed my lobby’s are full of very high trophy/level enemies. I just played a game and got demolished. The enemy had 2 people over 15k trophies and with Lvl 9 characters. Yet I’m sat here using a lvl 1 character and 500 trophies. Matchmaking seems scuffed on that aspect. Also p2w with the rumble boxes. Most boxes I’ve had to open was with opening my mail and it being a gift for 1 million members or an update or discord being popular. I’ve got a massive 10 gems on my account for f2p and I need atleast 30 for 1 big rumble box. How am I supposed to even catch up with others that spend £££ if I have no way of getting boxes any quicker… If matchmaking was better and fairer and I had a way of earning gems even if I got 1 big rumble box through daily quests a day that would be a big improvement to this game. ✓ What’s the catch?Congratulations to the developers for producing the terms and conditions and privacy policy in a font so small that it cannot be easily read. Factor in that these important documents are not only in a small font but the font ink colour is a pale grey against a white background. They are unreadable and trying to focus on them through a magnifying app is just a ridiculous position. Well I’m not signing up to anything which can not be read so without even playing it’s being deleted. What is the hidden factor developers. What don’t you want potential users to see? ✓ Almost thereI guess all the servers exist in china because I’m always on 200+ ping theres foreign language in some of the game mode loading screens which makes me think I downloaded the game from the wrong country which would explain my ping always being high or they rushed to release a game with one or no NA servers it’s simple and fun but matchmaking takes way to long if it’s to find real players if it’s short there’s up to two bots on your team which is a little bad but doesn’t take away from the game being fun the explanations for achievements could also be explained better because I’ve done one where you have to hit the enemy team with one spin and I did this on a crystal assault with all the enemies shooting at our crystal and multiple times and it’s still hasn’t unlocked or isn’t tracking properly there’s about three of these character specific achievements that are like this but doesn’t take away from the fun of the game. It has a lot of potential it just is gonna take some time so if your casual it’ll be around for you but if your competitive this game is not there yet..Version: 1.25.908935

✓ T3 ArenaIt’s a good game but it’s full of bugs, for instance when trying to get into a game I have to press the find match button multiple times as it doesn’t load and the same is for when I’m claiming prizes. Also, I’ve started to not get the game summary appear after a match and my tasks don’t update straight away which is annoying. ✓ Jipping their fanbaseI spent a fair amount of money trying to attain the new aleta skin thinking that it would just give me her character after all because we’ve pretty much agreed on the lucky draw being a cheat but ive wanted the hero for a long time now. I guess it was my fault for assuming they wouldnt be complete con artists and just give me the hero after all that. I was upset that i didnt get her but still tried, getting more big rumble boxes with the last gems i had. Did i achieve the hero after all those gems and money spent? no. Not even any new characters either. Mind you i have 17/21 characters..it should've been fairly easy to get her if we’re going off technicality. i've sent a DM to their instagram as they have no official way to directly contact their help staff which is also ridiculous. I just think if youre going to finesse your fanbase with these lucky draw boxes and what not you should at least have an official way where your customers can contact you & get reimbursed/solve the issue in someway..like idk maybe with a hero they spent so much gems to get their skin? But its obvious they dont want that. Very cheap/money hungry. & will not spend another dollar on this game. I advise others to do the same as its pretty much pay to win except they dont even give you the characters you spend money on to get. 🤷🏽♀️Do better..Version: 1.27.1117818
