✓ Really works even with touchscreen comtrols (and 8bitdo)Haven’t played this game previously and I’m seriously enjoying it. Works well with 8bitdo controller (without touching any options or setup - it just works) but this is like the only fps I have played where I’m really enjoying the touchscreen controls as well. I think the game is fun and the amount of options (tip: switch fov to 90!) show that the developers really put effort into the port. ✓ Good but needs more game modesIt’s fun to play and the different weapon types are good but playing the same levels over and over can get a little boring after a few hours. If you could make a story mode like borderlands and then have these trials mode and even add pvp would be a game changer on iOS. Also needs an offline mode for when I’m travelling..Version: 1.0.19

✓ Best Game EverI have always loved this game on pc, and now I can play it anywhere. This version is really well polished and very easy to get the hang of, even for being an fps on mobile. My only complaint is that it drains your battery but that’s to be expected since it’s almost an entire pc game ported to mobile. Really good job! ✓ RAZOR KENSHI supportSo I gave this a 3 star review hoping to fix the issue with my Kenshi , but there wasn’t one. Though it only says XBox and PlayStation based on it it’s XBox. Then you have to calibrate each button and control before you can use it. IT DOESNT AUTOMATICALLY CALIBRATE THE CONTROLLER. But also nobody knew that so the directional part was missing and if you mess up calibrating you gotta start over. Over all it’s a good game after the little set up..Version: 1.0.8

✓ Awesome, but improvements suggested…Game is awesome, it’s definitely the game that I spend the most on. However, this game would be so much more fun to play with mouse and keyboard. Also, on an iPad, the hand and gun models are clipped on the sides, so maybe adding an FOV option would be very good..Version: 1.0.17

✓ Fantastic Game! Confusing Controller Set-UpUpdate: This game is so much fun! Plays like Doom meets Hades/Dead Cells. Great for short breaks, as the game saves after each area-level (just make sure you get to the leading screen, then it’s safe to exit). The controller set-up could definitely be a bit easier, and it would be nice to turn off more of the on-screen controls. Original review: Took a while, but I was able to figure out how to get the set-up going for Backbone. You need to select controller (either xbox or PS) and then configure mapping. It was kind of complicated to figure out. The game looks great though and I’m excited to dive in..Version: 1.0.8

✓ Really fun gameI have zero qualms with this game. It’s very fun and worth the price. The only downside to this game is that you need internet to access the game. The devs keep telling people you only need internet to login and then you’re good. What that essentially means is No internet = No game so I don’t understand why they keep saying that. ✓ Good Game! One FrustrationI love this game so much! I played over 200 hours on console, but I am extremely frustrated that the console edition has not been updated. Since I don’t have a PC I had to buy it on the phone. While the mobile version is great in every aspect, I just wish you guys would update console edition as well, or at least have 505 keep the console version up to date. Great mobile port, wish I could play it on console with my friends with the up to date version but the mobile version will have to do! ✓ Addictive but…Great game especially for mobile as of the time of writing… (a day after release) controller support (backbone) would be really nice. The touch controls are really good. A little slow wonky depending but that’s to be expected. It’s definitely worth the price tag to be honest. Fun and fast paced and every floor is different with the loot which is nice. ✓ Absolute LEGENDSGunfire Reborn was one of those games that really came out of nowhere. I found it on steam a couple years back and without understanding roguelites or being a shooter fan, I took a shot for 10 bucks. Well fast forward two years and I have purchased eleven (E L E V E N) copies on steam for my friends so I they can experience the fun and join in co-op. The transition to IOS scared me, but I was right to trust these developers. The same incredible single player game is there. The same great co-op game is there. I play with a controller but the touch screen controls are a clever way to jam in all the mechanics. Overall, this game was, is, and continues to be a masterclass in the genre and the epitome of early-access indie development success. Only thing even close that comes to mind is Hades (but I dont see them dropping on iOS). Great job devs. I hope everybody reading this buys a copy because these are the dedicated game designers that the world deserves to celebrate..Version: 1.0.8
✓ Absolutely great gameplay but there’s a misunderstandingI’ve been playing the game for a couple of days and I’ve been enjoying it a lot and while I was playing I wanted to buy a new hero because I see that the price is $1.99 per hero, we’ll I buy three new hero’s thinking I’m it’s only going to be $6-8 dollars in total they charged me $7 per hero almost cost me $25 in total. I want a refund but I want this problem to be fix so no one has the same problems because this is such a great game..Version: 1.0.23
✓ Really Good Port; Fun for Roguelike FansBeen waiting for this one. Bought it as soon as it released early. So far no issues. The game runs great and has a LOT of replay value. If you like games like Dead Cells or Enter the Gungeon, this is in the same vain except as a FPS. ✓ Best mobile game by farThis isn’t even a mobile game. It’s a full blown PC shooter game ported to mobile. Its a FPS, rougelite shooter. It runs very smoothly and you can even team up with friends and play online. I can’t recommend this game enough. Definitely plays better with a controller but you don’t need one.
