✓ Could be a great gameThis game could be great, it’s really fun to play and one of the very few games I’ve actually bothered with in game purchases for. However, the glitches in the game really do spoil it. Can’t enter game codes, activities don’t reset as they should, now the companies won’t upgrade or renew when you try to click on it. Keep working on it guys, but there is work to be done and it really does spoil the gamer experience..Version: 1.2.3

✓ Good game, but too many adsEnjoy the game to some extent but it’s just a bunch of ads! Ads that drain my battery and make my phone very warm. To reinvite a company I have to watch at least 90secs of ads to not have to wait or spend money (reinvite, refresh list because there is never anything on the first page to reinvite, and then actually contract them). ✓ Needs WorkI have been a fan of Idle games for some time now. I started with the Idle Mining game, which is an amazing game. However, playing this specific game (IdleOffice Tycoon), can be frustrating. It consistently crashes on me. I didn’t get 4 of my “triple rewards” after watching an add (which added up to be around 400K), and the load times aren’t favorable. This game has a great concept and has good potential. But I have not had the greatest experience with this game so far. To be honest I am on the verge of deleting the app/game. I don’t want to, but if I can’t be entertained by a game that is made by companies known to drain your bank account just to progress after a certain point, then why would I waste my time and money on this. Especially if it continuously crashes on me, and doesn’t give me my rewards, but gladly takes my hard earned money. Idle mining costs money after a certain point, Idle Mafia…ESPECIALLY IDKE MAFIA, is a money drainer. I can’t afford a third game to come along and not work properly. ✓ Love it But Getting Fed UpI’m trying not to delete the game as I have came so far and actually spent a little money on this game. So while I was in the second office building my maintenance room stopped upgrading the rep star even tho I’m not maxed out on the furniture. NOW I just decided to move to the last office building and I have a company to upgrade but it won’t let me click the upgrade the arrow!!! This is so frustrating it’s very annoying that this is happening. I’ve already emailed the game about maintenance a while ago, never got a response so now I’m here making a review about my now, second issue. Why can’t I tap on the arrow and why is my maintenance room not counting up anymore? I would like to fully upgrade so I can collect my rep start and money back for upgrading the company. Other than these VERY BIG ISSUES I really enjoy the game. I might be done playing tho if I’m not able to accept this upgrade. Also could you guys put “upgrade” on the business card like how you guys have “upgrade” by the pets progress bar? That way it could’ve been an alternative to try to collect my rep. ✓ NONE STOP ADSI enjoy the game overall. I like that you can level up buy properties, cars etc. I wish I could rent out the personal properties and make more more money. I like the different types of companies with different requirements for each to keep employees happy. The upgrades are a little too pricey. 144,000 for a dart board is insane even for a fictional game. I keep playing because I want to buy more properties, make more money and reach new levels but the ADS are wearing me down almost to the point of wanting to delete the app. In order to get more money and diamonds you must watch a TON OF ADS because that little money every 30 seconds is not enough. ✓ BORING..!!!Would have given no stars if possible, game started out good and levelling up was easy but now moved to Europe zone and it’s like starting from scratch so all your assets, power plant everything stays where it is and you continue to level up main zone with no challenges there whilst struggling to earn cash in euro zone and having to rebuild and constantly having to add power. Then there are the game crashes, every time you claim to fix a bug you add another 10 maybe you should put more effort into developing the game and less effort into adding seasonal decorations which appear after the season has gone. You added Christmas decorations a week after Christmas the. New Year decorations a week after new year and now you’ve added valentines decs days after valentines and they are still there. We are almost March for god sake. The only asset you can move to Euro zone are pets and my maintenance guys in main zone have become slower. I’m actually bored now of playing this game, they like you to throw money at them and when you stop the game slows down… we’ll good luck guys but it won’t make me throw any more cash at it because it’s just not entertaining enough. ✓ Needs to be fixedThis game is proper good. And i was actually weirdly hooked to it. But it is sooo buggy and it needs to be fixed. Characters will get stuck around the office and it isnt so bad as after a while they always find a way around it but every 5 mins the screen freezes and it takes FOREVER for it to unfreeze and so i usually close and reopen the app but that also takes a while, would be a 5 star review if this was different but unfortunately this is too much to look over. ✓ Game ok, but silly me buying packsThis game is alright. I like the strategy element. However … I purchased a couple of packs. Got the pets and the money. Then bought another one, didn’t work! Thought it might be a glitch and it would come after a reset. Nope. So the devs got my cash and I got no expansion item. ✓ Started out funEnjoyed the game immensely, the way the office and factory tied in, the power supply, moods, breaks and even the home purchasing. But as I progressed the game seams to be derailing. It’s bad enough to sit through forced ads ( especially the multi add - multi screen shut down oh and the 30% crash chance) In this game you are massively handicapped if you don’t purchase helpers and GEMs! But now that I’ve fought my way to better facilities I now have the 98% chance of crashing upon loading. And if I make it through that gauntlet the chance of crashing stays the same as soon as I change location ie; office to world, factory to world etc. Sad could have put up with the rest. But don’t have the time or patients to spend more time trying to load your game than playing. ☹️☹️☹️ Btw yes I restarted my internet connection. Changed connections. ✓ Fault when you buy electronic foundryMANY USERS EXPERIENCING SAME ISSUES It wasn’t bad until you buy the electronic foundry and there is a fault where you can’t upgrade any of the buildings. I messaged the help icon on the setting for help and first they got back to me quick then they keep asking you to video the problem. I can’t do that on my phone so I screenshot the issue and no help apart from giving me diamonds to upgrade the building which I have said I can’t do! I googled and there seems as many people are having this issue as well. I messaged them since then and they just ignore me now so I will be removing the game after I have completed my building. Buying electronic foundry is pretty much at the beginning of the game so longer you play, the less benefit you will get as it’s not making any money and everything will start getting expensive..Version: 1.3.9
✓ Game needs workI have been playing this game since I installed and I do like it. However, I noticed after yesterday’s update my game has been glitching and making me lose money by taking items I already paid for. I’m only using virtual currency but imagine my frustration if it was real money I used. This sets me back in the gameplay and I can’t advance to the next building. The glitches and stalls are the reasons why I eventually uninstall these idle games from my phone. Also I should point out, that if any version of the game is being updated, I would appreciate a heads-up by logging into my game instead of finding out by looking on the App Store that it was a new version. ✓ Buggy and no customer support (avoid this game)Like many other people, I purchased a pack and didn’t receive anything. The game loop is pretty slow progressing and the fact you have to purchase gems at higher tiers to not get the negative 20% is terrible and predatory game design when you start to unlock A tier companies. Zero way of contacting customer support and because of the above comment o have to give the game 2*. The visuals are pretty cool but you don’t get the same steady stream of progress like other idle games and the fact that it’s bugged and you have to Manually close the app to get the full benefit of being away is a stupid feature. One of the main ways to progress is this wealthy sponsor dude rocks up in his little red sports car and you click on him to watch an ad and in exchange he gives you a bunch of cash to spend on upgrades. ✓ Fun, but laggyIt truly is a really fun game. I have only had it for a couple of hours and enjoyed it bunches. But in those hours, I go to would watch an ad for money or to speed something up and during the ad it would completely freeze. I would have to restart the app and the ad would go away. Or, I would finish the ad and then the app would freeze again and it would not only not give me whatever I watched the ad for. But, freeze the game entirely, again. It gets super annoying at times whenever I’m trying to play it in between free time. It truly is a fun and entertaining game but that needs to be fixed. ✓ Slow!Game is slow moving. Easy to earn extra cash if you want to watch adds every 5 mins or so. Upgrades cost too much for the speed of the game. Power upgrades are ridiculously priced for the gain. Very much a pay to win or pay lots to win fast. ✓ Entertaining but looksLike game is not finished.The liberty city part is quite good and challenging, although you cannot buy assets like planes or yacht once you get some serious money rolling in. I actually quite enjoyed this game until I started getting better companies and them insisting on getting high-level things you can only buy with gems else the rent goes down. Finally, since the most recent update, the interface has gone from clean, clear and fun to obnoxious, old-fashioned (reminds me of Windows NT!) and difficult to decipher. ✓ Could of been goodGoing off line the game continues to earn money, as idle games do. however the contracts for the businesses you are housing all expire with in this time also forcing you to either spend all the money you’ve just earned or to watch multiple adverts. I would suggest this requirement is removed. Another issue is the balancing, as you progress everything costs a lot more but you are still stuck earning the same amount so everything takes so much longer to level up and the game just gets more and more boring as less is going on. Yet another issue. There are given achievements to be completed at the bottom right of the screen and the rewards never improve. ✓ WARNING: This game has really weird, bad bugsAnd if the bugs cause your game to need to be reset, these developers offer no restore purchases or refund option. You will lose your money. I started this game saving locally, then started saving in the cloud because I hoped that would reduce the number of frustrating bugs - a big mistake. The two saves are separate and I continued to have many bugs, so after I followed the recommendation to reinstall the app and then loaded the cloud game, my local saves were not there. Without the early game info, like people I had talked to, I couldn’t make progress. In desperation, I reset my game. There is a poorly worded warning that when you reset, items you purchase will no longer be there — I assumed these meant in-game items like cars and pets. But I had purchased the very expensive No Ads. Most other developers offer an option to restore No Ads, but this developer does not. And they refuse to give refunds. But if you can deal with the ads and having Mr. Sponsor stop showing up, and have the same tutorial play non-stop, and money randomly stop being added to your income, you might like this game..Version: 1.2.9

✓ Ad problemI like this game but the developer needs to look at the ads that come up. I know this is not a direct issue of this game, but many of the ads for other games are extremely misogynistic. Many involve an abusive man kicking a woman (sometimes pregnant) and then she has to go to a house to start over. An ad for a solitaire game (?!). Another is called Rich Life Poor Life and involves choosing between expensive and cheap things, one of which is an attractive woman for thousands of dollars and the other is a woman with a baby worth $150. Buying women at all, and then valuing them? Please look at who you are allowing to advertise with you. ✓ Avoid - Money begging and constant addsI strongly wouldn’t recommend! Game starts of good but progress quickly slows down to a stop. To continue progressing at decent speed you are forced to watch adds and buy gems using real money. What’s wrong with the game: - Caps offline earnings after 2 hours (Unless you spend money)! - Income will be reduced by 20% unless you buy paintings which can only be purchased using gems which are incredibly rare in the game and you are inevitably forced to buy some. - Investments into buildings such as supermarkets are expensive and dont return much money. Unless these points are addressed and corrected my opinions about this game will not change and I would not recommend it. ✓ If you don’t buy gems don’t playThe game starts off really well but I’m at the stage where it impossible to progress without buying gems. You can’t upgrade past S companies in your office because it’s 400 gems to keep them happy for each office! It loses all of the hours I have played and goes back to the same spot again. ✓ Leveling is unbalanced and completely pointlessAt first I liked this game, quite a lot actually but mostly because it seemed to have a fair amount to unlock. However after grinding 70 levels just to unlock a decent apartment, it lists the price of the apartment at over 2.6 million. You literally cannot hold 2.6 million at level 70. You unlock your next money cap at 80 where you STILL can not hold enough money to purchase the apartment you unlocked for purchase at level 70. You have to get all the way up to level 90 to purchase a level 70 unlockable. Completely ruins the game and honestly I won’t be continuing anymore as it seems like whatever I unlock doesn’t actually matter until I’m 20 levels above unlocking it. Extreme oversight by the developers. Which is a shame because I liked it up until this point but then it’s a huge slap in the face to get this far and be told it’s for nothing until you gain ANOTHER 20 levels..Version: 1.2.9

Once you get up higher in level it’s really not a huge deal because $20m becomes chump change, but it’s a really annoying bug that they don’t seem interested in fixing. I should be able to be off the game up to a total of 22h and still be making money. However, this is clearly NOT happening. I am up to 141,337 being made every 30 seconds. That means I should be making 282,674 every minute which translates to 16,960,440 every hour. Now idk exactly how much of that time is night time when they aren’t working, and so guess the game stops making money at night (which doesn’t make much sense) but for 6 hours of sleeping. Assuming 3 of those hours it was actively making money, I should have made 50,881,320 before claiming triple (which I always do) which would mean I should have made 152,643,960 bare minimum. Instead I went to bed with a balance of earned money of some 59,000,000 million and after making my triple claim only had 97,000,000 some million. Not to mention if the game kept making money while the business was in night mode (which most companies continue making money over night depending on their services) I should have had 305,287,920. Earn building permits. Build advanced warehouse, purchase orders are now for higher level items. Items that you can’t make cus your ware house is not upgraded to level 5. Reject purchase order, 10 minute timer, next purchase order is the same order. Purchase order is for PCs and motherboards. But I can’t fill it because i can’t make the parts to make a PC or a motherboard. Reject order and it’s the same order for PCs or Motherboards that I can’t make. Reject and it’s the same thing over and over and over. Major design flaw in the game. The fill orders at the warehouse shouldn’t be for items that are locked and you can’t make. First, the game crashes a bit after watching an ad to get a certain perk which means you could watch a long ad only to not get the perk and have to watch another ad. The income does not seem consistent when you’re offline and if I don’t close the app completely, I won’t receive my offline payment. There also seems to be something wrong with the income counter. I never receive the payout at 30 secs like it says. Finally, there is no way to track your experience numbers. My experience star doesn’t seem to increase no matter how many ads I watch. And there is nothing else to do after you have bought all the properties. There needs to be a wider range of properties, with more avenues to build and divest. There’s even a few moments where I laughed because of the political jabs taken (a wink to the developers on that). The problems are as follows: 1) You lose one star for the glitches; Maintenance men not responding to issues, even fully upgraded and with maxed out tools, desks and cabinets. 2) The other star is lost because you are trying to sell pet food for astronomical prices. The prices of the rest of the offers are fine, but you ask 25 diamonds for 1 pet food!? That’s absolute trash, and a cash grab that seems inappropriate as it will eventually make the poor animals starve! The game play lacks any kind of events to grow, which kind of made it attractive. Events tend to make idle games dependent on time consuming events and takes away from core process of idle game play which should allow people to walk away and return as they see fit without feeling bound. All that said, this is some sloppy coding and they do a horrible job of qa’ing updates. I updated today and no progress can be made. Every time I log in, it doesn’t record updates before last login. Just another bug in an app that is riddled with sloppy grammar, bugs and cheap haphazard game play and interfacing. Do not download. ✓ Expanding in-game reviewI gave the game a “normal” in the in-game review, and wanted to expand on it here, because I thing this game could be amazing with a little polish. As a prewarning, I’m no game designer, or professional reviewer, so this is by no means a professional opinion, but I have played quite a few tycoon games. The pacing is really nice, and the “renting out space” mechanic is one I haven’t seen before, and nicely implemented, my biggest complaint is the spelling and grammar, especially in the intro area, but the fact that everyone continues to call my clearly female character “he” is aggravating. The intro sequence is a little hard to understand, with dropped and misspelled words in every or near every sentence. I don’t know if the developers are non native English speakers (that is my guess, because that’s what the errors look like) but there are friendly people on the internet that will help if you can’t find a translator.Version: 1.0.1

And when you do, they do not go far. You can spin the wheel for free once every 8 hours but the last 4 free spins all landed on EXP points which seem to do absolutely nothing. There was a task list but there are no new tasks. Wish there were more things to do and ways to earn more purple diamonds besides paying for them. UPDATED: I now have $1 billion dollars it will not continue to grow, there is zero ways to get purple diamonds without real cash as the wheel NEVER lands on them and the animal pack I just purchased now REQUIRES animal food purchases solely by purple gems. ✓ Good start, but needs work.So far I enjoy this game. It is pretty clear and consider when giving directions on how to navigate the game. However, I do have a few issues. There is a few grammar mistakes in text which I can overlook. What I can’t overlook is how despite having picked the female character to play as, every dialogue option calls my character sir. If I choose to play as the female character the dialogue should change as well to feminine words. Also, there are three characters to play from, two of which are male and one female. There should be the same amount of character options for men and women, and there should also be skin color options. All three character choices are white, and all employees that arrive are white. Please add either customization for that or pre made characters with other skin colors, and equal amounts of male and female options. Then, allow a change in the dialogue so my female character isn’t being called sir or man. Another actual game improvement that is needed is away time.
