In my case, the app suddenly became unable to load my tickets to the phone wallet. Ticketmaster requires Face ID, which gets a check mark for having done so followed by the error dialogue box indicating failure—and no one seems able to help. This is a key function that needs to work. Otherwise, it’s like having a watch with hands that never move, only worse by not even being right twice a day. Sadly, PSU’s Verizon service on campus is horrible and results in no connectivity during games. Having tickets transferred to my wallet ahead of time is necessary. I’m thankful for another reviewer saying it can be done through the online webview account manager.
