Thrift Savings Plan for Negative User Reviews

Too Bad I Can’t Give This App NEGATIVE STARSBoth this app and the newly revised online website are an abomination, and the management team and TSP board members overseeing this “upgrade“ should be fired and given a lifetime prohibition from participating in any technology development project. The new website is actually much worse and less functional than any prior version and is a slap in the face to federal employees. (The flaws are too numerous for me to list, but other reviews shown here do a good job of summarizing them.) we waited a long time for a promised better user experience but were, in fact, given the opposite. Is it any wonder why retirees move their money out of the TSP? It is incumbent on the board to see that the deficiencies in both the website and app are corrected in a timely manner – but not before they hire a new and experienced management and development team..Version: 3.1.1

Created by a 5 year oldWorst app ever. Tried to scan a rollover contribution check. Later got a notice saying the app didn’t work and I needed to mail the check. Then the check was lost and not credited to my account. The representative said he could see my check, but I needed to send a new check because of a new process. He said to write my account number on the check. Try to find your account number anywhere on the app (or the website for that matter). The new Form 60 said I could upload the check and form to the app. I couldn’t find where to do that. I don’t think it exists. Waste of time..Version: 3.1.1

If it ain’t broke…Though the app is basically a port of the abominable NEW TSP website, it proves to be even worse! Most of my complaints like others here refer to the basic dysfunction of website including the inability to access historical data prior to May of 2022. I am unable to even get an accurate prior year report for 2021 for tax purposes. This app and the website it links to are supposed to be the access point for thousands (millions?) of Federal employees into retirement their system and as usual their needs have been ignored in favor of a poorly researched contractor. Unlike other app developers here who are dependent on reviews for revenue, there are no responses to the myriad complaints from users of the app or the parent website. To my specific complaints about the app: 1. It is incredibly slow and unresponsive. Maybe a byproduct of being an extra layer to the website 2. Like the website, it is not particularly user friendly for the purposes one needs. Touting itself and trying to sell users on the new mutual fund option instead. 3. Some functions just don’t work. Keyboard doesn’t appear for certain text entry options. Cannot download files attached to the secure emails. I am a Federal retiree and I urge all my fellow current and past employees to contact your Congressional representatives to let them know that this isn’t working..Version: 3.1.1

Deserves all the 1-star reviews it has receivedIncredibly slow (20-30 seconds to load new pages), and doesn’t show any information from before May 2022. I’ve seen some reviews say the app is better than using the mobile website - if they’re talking about the old mobile website that is a lie. As far as using the new mobile website - it seems to have the same functionality and problems between the two, but the app is muuuch slower than the new mobile website. I’ll give it to them, the addition of MFA makes this worthy of the 1 star in the review instead of 0 stars..Version: 3.1.1

Terrible app made by terrible developers. All the reviews are the same. Terribly designed app and website. Ridiculous security questions. There were horror stories of people being locked out of their accounts after the launch of the new site so I decided to wait a couple extra weeks. Imagine if a civilian company did this to their customers? Imagine the outrage. They’d be out of business! But nope, the federal government government can mess up as much as they want and as bad as they want and we’re at their mercy. To the sorry developers that made this mess, figure out a way to update your app without taking it offline for a month during the middle of an economic crisis. You all should be fired..Version: 3.1.1

Worst Financial ApplicationThis TSP application is unfortunately the worst financial application in my library. It is not easy to navigate, 3/4 of the information I’m looking for either disappeared in the transition or I just can’t find it. The old webpage was dated, but effective. I expected this application to resemble that… instead we’ve got this sad excuse for a financial application which does not function well and has no historical information. Why have a character limit to the security questions, I had to change the answer to questions I frequently use pray I can remember the answer since my go-to was too short. Why not have Face ID login possibilities? This is 2022, not 2002… come on!.Version: 3.1.1

Not as bad as I first thought, but…I waited a bit before rating because I hoped my initial shock and anger at how poorly this app and new website were designed would fade with time and familiarity. There is no sense in re-iterating the numerous failures and frustrations described by others here, but I would like to acknowledge that once I ran through the ridiculous maze of link-loops, dead end paths, endless open spaces, useless fluff, and learned to navigate directly to the information I wanted (my current balance and current individual fund price), the process was pretty painless. As of now, my biggest complaint is the lack of Face ID or similar authentication. Since I am able to get the information I want I’ll give it 3 stars, but design-wise it sorely needs some improvement..Version: 3.1.1

Yup, it’s a piece of crapPretty much concur with the majority of reviewers giving one star ratings. Navigation within the app is clunky and slow, the information or detail you’re looking for is as difficult to locate and manage as it is on the redesigned webpage (which also happens to be remarkably unimpressive). I feel less secure rebalancing funds and money, let alone making transactions like withdrawals on this app, all of which is also tricky on the webpage. And just to check in on your balance is a hassle as particularly annoying, as others have pointed out, is the lack of biometric log-in options. You have to use the app with more current OS systems that you find in phones with biometric logins but it’s not available for the app? That’s pretty stupid. I’ve had to endure quite a bit of nonsense with other financial site redesigns the past few years; all these financial wizards are abjectly inept when contracting competent software designers. This app (and the website it’s based on) are emblematic of this issue..Version: 3.1.1

Poorly designed, not testedHave the TSP executives tested this iPhone app? The interface is horrible. The old web interface was clunky, but well designed and showed important pieces of information that TSP participants need. That’s not the case with the new website or this app. Just horrible. Not to mention, it doesn’t work as it is supposed to. For example, I just received my quarterly statements in the “secure mailbox“. The statements are PDFs and cannot be accessed from within the app. I guess I’ll have to log onto my computer, log onto the website, and get to the statements that way, but it is a huge oversight that the developers didn’t figure this out and fix it before releasing the iPhone app..Version: 3.1.1

APP IS HORRIBLEI downloaded the app to use the check scan for a contribution rollover. This feature is an available feature in most, if not all, banking apps. I’ve scanned and submitted my rollover check multiple times and keep receiving messages through the TSP inbox that the check must be resubmitted due to poor quality. Mind you, the app snaps the photo of the check automatically like most mobile deposit features do. Now I have to mail the check in. The only reason I downloaded this app was for that feature which CLEARLY does not work. The other aspects the app offers are completely irrelevant as there is no benefit of using the app opposed to the website. I was skeptical of the 1.3k 1 star reviews but it is indicative of the quality of this app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD..Version: 3.1.3

Horrible—typical government qualityThis app is terrible! I am technically literate and have difficulty navigating this app with the circular references that keep sending you back to information sources instead of the action, “withdrawal,” for example I can’t get through on the phone lines because “ThriftLine call volume is currently very high, which means hold times are longer than normal.” I just want my money back before I lose even more money under Brandon’s crashing economy. I already lost about $275 while having to wait SEVEN days to connect my bank account for the direct deposit + about 30% taxes on top of that (I’m over 62 years and retired). I want my final mandatory deposit of about $100 back, but the system states, “You’re not eligible to withdraw from your savings plan at this time.” There is nowhere to determine WHY I can’t withdraw the rest of my funds. I can’t send a message from the app or chat with a human. It’s been 32 days since my previous withdrawal. C’mon, man! Fix this!! I just want my money before there is none left due to this Administration’s despicable policies and performance. Let’s go, Brandon!.Version: 3.1.1

One of the worst apps ever usedDid they even try?! Aside from being able to quickly seeing what your balance is, the whole rest of the app (and new site) seems like trash. Very slow, sometimes 15-20 seconds between certain screens and that’s with a good connection. It shows you what your investment amount is but trying to find how individual other funds are performing is impossible. The only funds it shows are the ones you’re invested in. I shouldn’t have to leave the app and go to google just to find out what the G, C, XYZ, etc funds are doing today. I’m pretty sure a middle school student with decent tech skills created the app and site for how basic and not user friendly it is. It is functional I’ll give it that…as in it doesn’t crash. The old website with every single bit of TSP info on the very first screen, and anything else you wanted only 1 click deep, was much more user friendly..Version: 3.1.1

App is as awful as the new websiteUpdate 7/1/23 - Still a pile of steaming garbage. No longer even loads. The interface is awful. The appearance is awful. The functionality is awful. Just like the new website. I hope whoever signed off on these new “improvements” has been fired because there is no value added with them. Why is the Home Screen mostly filled with a big useless graphic and what appears to be marketing attempts to sell other products. TSP literally offers 5 investment options (lifecycle is just the same ones), so why don’t you show a pie chart of that. Instead, I get a pie showing “stocks” and have to dive through numerous screens just to see my actual fund distribution. Pure trash!!!.Version: 3.1.3

Sad appI was very excited when the app was announced to be rolled out in June. And was equally disappointed the minute I downloaded the app and tried to login. The app did not show full content on my phone in portrait, so all the navigation, filling out the initial sign-up, etc. had to be done in landscape. I thought it was a minor hiccup. Proceeded to signing up. Favorite questions require an answer that has to be at least six letters. Why? The purpose of “favorite” is because you can remember them. They are your favorites. And no one else knows about them (usually). If the app is forcing you to make up stuff that is at least six-letters long, that’s not really my “favorite,” and chances are that I will forget about them. If the purpose is to write them down somewhere, that defeats the purpose of “favorites,” because, well, they are your favorites and you don’t have to write them down. While navigating through the “favorites” questions, the app decided to stop the process and go back to the home page. No explanation. No time-out message. No error message. I started the process again. To have the app take me to the home page…again. It is sad to see a government-sponsored app not even having the basic functionality. This is an app that one will (potentially) use for financial activities on their TSP account. Would I trust this app to make error-free transactions? Well, I will find out if I can sign up successfully…in a few light years 🙂.Version: 3.1.1

GarbageThis app is as poorly designed as the web site. In fact I’m convinced all this app does is takes you back to the website because it looks exactly the same. Absolute garbage. Only the government could get away with this. Lost all my annual statements which really doesn’t matter since I’m not able to open the pdf quarterly statements. I know it’s not my iPad because I have no issues opening pdf documents in any other app or website I use. This app just seems to take you in circles and you seldom end up where you want to go. If you do, you’ll never figure out how to get there again unless by mistake. I don’t want to hear you’ll get use to it in time, I won’t. I don’t access it enough to commit the stupidity of this to memory. All this new app and website did was convince me to move my money the first opportunity I have..Version: 3.1.1

Still not right several weeks laterI find it impressive how bad the launch is and it’s more impressive how bad it remains several months later. The minimum that should have been written into this contract should’ve been to at least maintain the functionality of the old website, but this app fails to meet that. The website no longer seems to have been created with an investor in mind. Why are the graphs useless? There is a linear graph without equal units. For example: The distance between -8% and 0 is the same from 0 to 2%. Also the pie chart used to give a break down of individual funds, but now it appears to separate only stocks vs bonds which is effectively useless to anyone who is 100% in equities. Areas of improvement required in order of importance to me: 1) bring back historical data 2) fix the scaling on the line graphs 3) make a useful pie chart or get rid of it 4) make navigation more intuitive 5) post the old correspondence from TSP.Version: 3.1.1

Absolute disgraceNot really surprised being a govt employee who has dealt with “IT contractors” over the years. The procurement process is broken and this is the result when you can’t pick the best, or even a competent, developer but must rely on some internal “approved” list or some prior connections. I bet TSP spent millions on the website and app revamp, when a 16 years old could do all of this in a weekend. TSP even managed to break a somewhat usable site in the name of “improved security” and accessibility. I will delete the app after this review, I cannot trust the lowest bidder to provide a secure environment for my money. Go back to the drawing board and hire an experienced and trusted developer with a track record please..Version: 3.1.1

TrashThe government again proves how ineffective it can be. This app is terrible. Everything you’d want or expect from a financial services app is missing or hidden. Instead of a simple design with a menu or tabs, the app randomly suggests quick links to its website. And the most glaring issue is with the one thing it seems to have gotten right… the balance information. When you first log into your account, you can immediately see your total account value with what appears to be a normal graph charting your historical gains and losses. Except for some reason, TSP decided to present the information in the most misleading way possible. The parameters of the chart are distorted to make nominal gains value appear equal to large losses. For example , in a six month look back, the upper limit of the Y axis may represent +6%, while the lower limit may represent -14%. Here, TSP is either intentionally misleading its users or willfully ignorant to its own deceptive practices..Version: 3.1.1

Such a wasted opportunity…Yes, TSP now has an app. However, it’s slow, has very limited functionality compared to the website, and half the screens don’t render properly. Looks like a high school freshmen wrote this for his programming class project. I hope the USG didn’t actually pay someone to write this… The two functions that are decent are the ability to see beneficiaries, and check balance contribution allocation. Other than that, can’t actually change anything. It’s 2023 now…time to write an app that has all the functionality of the website, and test it before deploying it. Until then, it gets one-star..Version: 3.1.1

ABSOLUTELY UNUSABLEWhomever was in charge of the new Website functionality and the design of the nonfunctional IOS apps (iPhone & iPad) should by fired. It appears that poorly written software was implemented without proper testing. Cannot send messages, historical account balances completely gone, links are already broken, banners for items that are generally useless, multiple clicks to retrieve info that should be on the home page. With over $1 trillion in TSP assets, one would have expected a top of the line, totally beta tested, across platform software, that is useful. Would score ZERO stars if possible. Could have easily waited another year for something better..Version: 3.1.1

DisappointedI have been waiting for many years for TSP to join the 21st century and roll out an acceptable app. However, this was a good idea and poor execution. I cannot even seem to log in anymore via the app only through the website. When I was able to use the app the functionality is like a read only mode, which is pretty useless. The ideas about integrating education are good but again horrible execution, the mini quizzes don’t even work properly. You don’t know what the correct answer was intended to be. The USG needs to bring in the digital service to help support this. Service members and federal employees deserve better than what my parents local bank can do and have been doing on their application for 15+ years. There is tremendous opportunity for improvement. Fire the current prime and subs on this app development and bring in a scrappy developer company to come in and fix it..Version: 3.1.1

Just terribleThe old site was bad, but this… No access to data from before the transition? That’s just gone? I don’t get to know what my career of saving looks like because I didn’t make my own record of it before tsp deleted it? It’s just confusing how bad this “update” is. If the only thing you want is the exact balance as of yesterday, then I guess this app is for you. If you’re interested in literally anything else, you’re in for a lot of pain. Whoever was in charge of this must have pocketed huge amounts of money. I’m sure this was pitched in meetings and well funded, but the result looks like they gave a mediocre middle school kid $20 and two weeks. They have access to so much data on funds, contribution types, agency matching, dates, etc. So much opportunity to give insight on performance, growth, metrics; but no, just a slow, hard to navigate site with as little information as they could possibly display..Version: 3.1.1

FRTIB and Accenture Federal should be fired for poor performanceDo not use this app and move your money to a more competent organization, If we the customer work together and all transfer our money out of TSP, we are essentially firing the TSP board and contractor since there will be no more money left for them to mismanage. App version 3.1.1 fails to operate properly and contains inaccurate information; example: App identifies a “year to date rate of return” but actually reports a rate of return to date since May 2022 vice 12 months as indicated. This is clear indication of a lack of competency by the contractor and oversight. Recommend you do not install, and do not use until corrected by a competent authority. Furthermore I recommend you contact your appropriate congressional oversight representative and demand an investigation into matter and to swift action towards those responsible for this abomination..Version: 3.1.1

HorribleThe app and website are AWFUL! Why do my security questions need to be a certain number of characters long? Am I supposed to just make up fake answers to meet the criteria? Where is my balance history from before the “upgrade”? 20 years worth of records have just vanished. Beneficiaries have been wiped out of the system, requiring that I go back and recollect social security numbers and other data, then once again set them all up. Navigation is clunky and brings you to an endless circle. This is of course, all after it took me days to even get a new login set up and gain access to my account. I can’t believe this was their highly anticipated, much boasted, system upgrade..Version: 3.1.1

Complete and utter TRASHIt’s not an app. It’s a web browser. A web browser that doesn’t even work on a mobile device. If you want to access your TSP, use a desktop/laptop. If you try to use the “app” or another mobile browser, it’s going to completely ruin your day and you aren’t going to be able to do what you’re actually trying to do. One of those “if I could give it zero stars, I would” situations. I tried to give them a couple months to work out kinks, but this is getting ridiculous. Old website wasn’t very good either, but at least you could do what you needed to do. AND I could do it from my cellphone. Crazy right? At the end of the day, who really needs access to the money they’ve been saving for retirement? TSP really dropped the ball on this..Version: 3.1.1

Absolute GarbageWhen TSP announced they were developing an app, I was hoping for something in the ballpark of the banking and investment apps that are now common even from much smaller institutions. This “app” is nothing more than a broken portal to the TSP’s website. None of the links work, and you can’t do anything more than view your account balance. If you’re able to actually log in (which isn’t guaranteed, as the biometric login features don’t work), try clicking any link, and prepare for an endless “loading” screen that makes you seriously consider whether waiting on the phone to speak to a human would be faster. Our uniformed and civilian servants deserve better..Version: 3.1.3

HorribleAs a developer, this is a horrible app. As customer this is a horrible app. Even the web app. Its extremely non-intuitive and missing common features found in almost all modern apps. It’s ridiculous too they did not transfer any data over when migrating to the new platform, it’s just unheard of, all history was wiped out which also make it appear your account is doing better than it really did considering all the tsp stock tanked big time. I certainly would not be using app mobile and web, or tsp for that matter is I had no choice through my employer. Disappointed all around..Version: 3.1.1

Need a lot improvementFirst of all, when you sign in and logged out, a new screen popped up to tell you to put user ID, looked like you are about to log in again, but you can’t. A same screen popped back up when you entered the info. There are no home screen button. Even closed the app, reopened. The same screen popped up. The only way to get it back to the log in page is for you to click on the “contact us” link. When you log off, there are a “done” button on the top left corner. DON’T click on it. You had been warned, you clicked on it, an annoying screen popped up to tell you to put your user ID …..Version: 4.1.0

Worse Functionality for RetireesThe new website and app are worse than before for retirees who need monthly post-retirement monthly withdrawals, and the poor folks answering the Thriftline have been given little information. I just spent 80 minutes on hold after being unable to find how to make an installment withdrawal modification on the app and website. It took staff another 20 minutes to discover that retirees now have to phone the Thriftline to change the monthly installment amount. Worse, they provide no timeframe by which a change needs to be made. The script support staff is given is that any change in amount will be processed “as soon as administratively possible.” The ability to control how much I can withdraw is crucial for me in retirement as is the ability to change tax withholding, which also cannot now be performed on-line. The Thriftline staff does not know if functionality will improve. TSP needs to communicate with us about this degradation in functionality..Version: 3.1.1

PatheticThis new website and app are a poor replacement for the previous system. Currently it’s not possible to change or cancel a current distribution online, one has to call the help line to request a change (currently wait times are typically 60 min or more), and then the transaction is done manually by someone else and takes 7-10 business days to be implemented. Previous system took 1 day. I received a June and July distribution I didn’t want. What kind of financial management is this? This option should have been tested and available when the system went online. And there is no explanation of this process for users, I wasted a lot of time searching for this option. The website has all sorts of unnecessary fluff. It should service its existing users first, not advertise what’s possible. I want a simple table of balances and % in each fund. Option to view Table of current and past fund prices & fund performance. The TSP made a poor choice in this new system. My experience with the transition, and the new layouts, have pretty much destroyed my confidence in the TSP built up over 45 years of participation..Version: 3.1.1

Truly awful app, no value addI was excited at the prospect of finally having an official app for the TSP. My guess is that this project contracted this out. Like many things often assumed in government contracts, this was a colossal waste of money and borderline criminal given how useless it is. The actual website was fine the way it was previously, and quite intuitive. The new website feels like a step in the opposite direction. The “App” doesn’t appear to have any added utility than just logging in via a web browser. Why isn’t there an option for Face ID? When setting up the account you are required to set recovery questions and answers… but the answers have to be eight characters long. The whole point of a recovery question is that the answer should be easy for the user to remember. Requiring a character minimum defeats the purpose of this exercise. I’ve never seen something so nonsensical, and the fact that this is for the TSP is quite frankly embarrassing. Truly awful app. As a government employee, I am mortified for us. As a taxpayer, I want our money back for this debacle..Version: 3.1.1

Is anyone really surprised at this level of incompetency? We all worked or have worked in the government or military and we all understand how IT contracts are awarded and managed. The level of incompetency though, after all this wait for an “app” and in the year 2022, is just mind boggling. Whoever awarded and approved this contract should lose their job. The contractor must be immediately fired and replaced, even if it means the app has to be taken down for a while a new contractor is hired and designs a new app. Knowing how our IT and purchasing departments work, I fear they’ll just try to make small fixes and incremental updates and in the process make things worse and more bloated. We need accountability because the money spent most likely came from the fees we have been paying all these years. Too bad I cannot give ZERO stars. This must be the slowest app I have ever used. All important info is no longer easily accessible, you must dig 2-3 levels to find what you need. Tried AVA and it’s clunky and unusable..Version: 3.1.1

Better than the website on mobileTitle covers the main points. For those complaining about a lack of 2 Factor Authentication, try logging into the website and making sure you set up 2FA there. I had previously set up my account on the website with 2FA Text messages and it carried over directly into the app. The menu and screens aren’t the most intuitive, the labels that TSP uses are sometimes vague, but I wouldn’t necessarily say the moving money options are buried. They are just small boxes at the bottom of the account details page, so you have to pay attention. The TSP website on a full computer has always been ok, getting on mobile has always been mixed results due to formatting/optimization. The app is definitely an improvement over the website on mobile, but I don’t think it’s as abysmal as a lot of people feel it is. If they would provide some clarification/navigation format updates, it would be a lot better..Version: 3.1.1

Very poorly designed.I developed apps and websites professionally for major US Corps and NASA for 20 years and this app fails in almost every primary function. It sends you in loops of generic information while never taking you to the important money management functions. Actually managing your accounts, positions, funds, and withdrawals should all be buttons or tabs on the menu. Even the site map does not take you to a place to manage withdrawals. I would fire any developer that brought this app to me for delivery to customers. They should be using computer novices to test the easy functionally of this app before publishing it. Response time was also ridiculously slow to the point the app wanted to timeout before it resolved the request. What do they have for servers - a couple of desktops stuck in a closet? Totally unacceptable by 2022 standards..Version: 3.1.1

Dismal appShould have failed any beta testing, selections announced prior to distribution are not available. Must call and wait on hold with horrible music for hours only to be put on hold for hours more. Experience two different answers from two different employees for the same request. Told it has been reported to maintenance “black box”? No verifications, notifications, text or email will be sent to confirm verbal transaction request ever took place. Also told maybe two months from June 2022 backlog in maintenance may be caught up. Have never encountered such an app failure that millions rely on for their financial future and security..Version: 3.1.1

Not the best first impression.Agree with some of the other reviews. The long awaited app is a super slow clunky webpage. Not at all what I was hoping for. Also not seeing the biometric login options. Every time I log in I’m seeing a big old ad at the top of the app pushing your ripoff mutual fund window meanwhile what I really expect to see on a Home Screen is buried in the app. Why fill a Home Screen with junk no one wants on a Home Screen and bury the important stuff. It’s a flop. App and website both. It’s s big cheesy step backwards. I’d rather go back to the old website. Sure it was dated but it was functional. Pages didn’t take forever to load and it was simple to navigate. So much to fix. Pull down this failure and start again..Version: 3.1.1

Poor design. Expensive app worth nothing! Whoever contracted this should be firedSad attempt at an electronic system to manage life savings. I agree the requirement for 8 character favorites is counter productive. The fluff advertising of the “benefits” of the system that comes up first is distracting and unnecessary. Dump it and send the 2 people who want that fluff to an external website. I want to see the same information on the previous tsp (distribution/share costs/amounts/when) but it’s difficult if not impossible. I want access to my account when overseas without using phone services (text/phone) or app that’s non functional. My beneficiaries have disappeared although the confirmed paper version was complete. I wonder where the $ for development of this app came from and who administered the contract. Scary to think the US Government has such a dismal management system and dismal contract over site! I don’t trust it after seeing this app. There should be a $ penalty in the contract for poor performance and lack of functionality. Same for whomever designed and administered the contract. I fear how this will be maintained over time…and how much of the waste will cost us as investors..Version: 3.1.1

Horrible appSince it’s release, I have yet to reach the information I wanted. Each page is “loading” indefinitely. They only thing I can confirm is my profile information. If I want to change my withdraws, I can no longer do it online. I must call and the wait exceeds 45 minutes!! I tried to stay online and wait but just get too frustrated. Tried to confirm my bank information because I got a text notification and want to make sure it is correct. Pages “loading” forever so I can’t find information. I have left my phone and come back only to find “loading” still going. I have 250mbps and I’m 10’ from the router with full Wi-Fi symbol so it’s not my bandwidth or something. TSP system is horrible now. Used to be pretty good..Version: 3.1.1

Admit the mistakes and go back to the old systemWorst downgrade of a system I have ever seen. It spent hours almost every day for 5 months before they were able to find my account. They poorly transferred the old data (with no apparent review since they deleted my beneficiary and spouse information, incorrectly transferred my account and had many errors on my husbands account) and even customer service did not have access to our old data to help. I can no longer access my tsp on a computer unless I choose to buy a new computer and have to work on my phone. Information I could easily access on the old system is difficult to find if I can even access it. All historical data is missing. Can we please admit this was a bad decision and revert back to the old system..Version: 3.1.1
