✓ Finally an official TSP App!!TSP finally have an app! I’ve been waiting for years for this! Be careful on other 3rd party apps with no government affiliation. The app itself is an improvement from the classic old TSP website, but I do miss the progression charts throughout the years of contributions with losses or gains. Everything does reset during the new transitions but I’m really glad it’s finally convenient for users and investors to have an app. Maybe throughout the years we’ll see an improvements on the app itself. I do recommend setting your account online (desktop/laptop) first then download the app. Enjoy my fellow investors..Exit07Version: 3.1.1

✓ Works for this RetireeBefore I downloaded the app I read some of the reviews, especially the one star reviews. I have no idea why folks are panning the app. I’ve navigated to some of the features such as Withdrawals and Change Investment Mix and though it’s slow to navigate it gets you there. I did not fully explore the features to the end as I have no need to withdraw nor do I want to change my investment mix but the app is simple enough to navigate. It just works as far as I’m concerned. I do suggest that you create your updated TSP account via the TSP website before downloading and using this mobile app. Once set up on the website the transition to mobile is easy. It even prompts for the two factor authentication that folks seem to think doesn’t exist..Ruff Ruff 1Version: 3.1.1

✓ Works for meI used the new website two weeks ago. There was some frustration learning the new site but in the end I was able to do everything I needed. Honestly, seems better that the old site. There were some instances where I thought I navigated to the right place but the site wasn’t loading correctly. However, that could have been user error. I wanted to make a withdrawal through direct deposit. The site informed me that I need to wait a week after setting it up to make the transfer. It’s been over a week. I just downloaded the app - despite all the negative reviews. I was able to use new credentials and without any trouble make the transfer. I’ve not used it for much. But as far as I can tell seems as least as good as old site but now I can use my international phone number. So overall, I think TSP is moving in the right direction..NickapeedVersion: 3.1.1

✓ Great ResourceForget the old reviews, this app is great. I love that I’m able to easily and quickly access my TSP information through this app. I can view my balance, performance, contribution details, and much more all with the app. Before this, I had to wait for something in the mail or try to go online to a website that I always forgot the password to. Which when I had to reset it, the temp password came in the mail. I’m not sure what the other reviews are complaining about but it’s more than likely that they were made in the app’s infancy and before updates were made. ✓ Awesome AppI am glad to see a new TSP App. I was able to easily navigate through the app and found all the functions as is on the website. The hardest part is the TSP reset my user ID and Password in the summer 2022. Once I use the correct user ID and password, everything functions great. I have not try to change my contributions and percentage. But I was able to locate the function easily. App has a decent speed. ✓ Don’t listen to the bad reviewsI’m not sure why there are some many bad reviews for this app. It’s certainly not the best app, but the functionality for this new app is great! The new system just rolled out so there are some lags when trying to access some things, but overall very happy with it. The developers still need some streamlining but it’s light years better than it was. ✓ Update: can sign in after re-downloadUpdate: I read another reviewer saying they deleted the app and downloaded it again. It worked for me and now I can sign in like normal, where before it would spaz out and blink roots indefinitely. ——— Past review: So I tried signing in today. Just a constant loop of “loading” and blinking “your login has timed out”, back and forth, forever. Useless right now. Worked fine when it first launched and up until now. The focus should be that there is an official app finally! As with all apps there will surely be updates and fixes to broaden the usability and functionality of it. ✓ READ if you have problem logging inAs others have mentioned, I haven't been able to log in with this app for a while. My guess is that because TSP made some changes (a few months ago?) with their login process, the app kept some of that "old information" cached somewhere, making logging in impossible. So the solution for me has been to delete the app, and reinstalling it: doing so clears the caches, and everything seems to be working fine now. I hope this helps!.Manu_9804Version: 4.1.0
