✓ Lost my game progressLost my game progress all due to linking stupid Facebook. So painful just to recover account.Version: 2.4.6
✓ GameplayThe game is cute and the graphics are adorable. However the game repeats a stage and seems to be stuck at this stage for me. There is a download that needs to be done and when I press to download the upgrade. It doesn’t. I was really excited to play this game but I am gonna have to uninstall it..Version: 1.0.45
✓ Good but new update highly annoyingIt was one of my favorite games I worked super hard on unlocking dirty land to get more spaces and after this new update I have to work even harder? It makes no sense. On top of working to get these resources I now have to work to get other resources taking it hours longer than normal. Unfortunately is annoying to the point I don’t know why I should keep wasting time on this game..Version: 3.0.14
✓ UnplayableI’m using a iPad Pro and the text and graphics are blurred. Never had this before on any game and I’ll wait for updates as it looks cute but at the moment it’s unplayable due to the above..Version: 1.0.45
✓ It’s cuteThe game is super cute but highly cash motivated. Just off-putting enough to dock 2 stars, but not uninstall. If there was more to do I’d probably rate it higher, but the events are the only thing to look forward to. And during events you basically have to grind everyday till they’re over AND buy the upgrade in order to finish them. It was only worth it for the huge hello kitty character imo..Version: 2.3.3

✓ Update with sky islandI loved the game and played daily, even spent some of my own money on this game. The idea was literally perfect game play amazing, UNTIL this update and adding on sky island. Now I feel the game has become so overwhelming, and a cluster clud to be honest. Not ONLY did you smack a new island on you added an event on top of it and didn’t give old players time to adjust to this new crapshoot. I don’t know if I’m going to play again and it makes me sad because I enjoyed this game so much I told my friends to play with me but I doubt they are going to now with how overwhelming it has become..Version: 3.0.14
✓ Read meIt doesn’t really add the hello Kitty characters like the ad said you really have to play a lot to get them it’s mostly about the other characters😩😩 but I will say very entertaining and at least you get some of the characters that the ad said😝🤪.Version: 2.2.16
✓ Issue connecting to my island in any locationPut in an inquiry and nothing happened got the generic response. Had already do all the steps suggested including extras. Great game when it works shame the “support team” isn’t actually bothered in fixing issues..Version: 3.0.14
✓ False AdvertisingWhoever created your Instagram advertisements definitely knows what they’re doing and knows how to use wordplay to trick people into downloading the app. I saw an add that said “Get Hello Kitty Plushie just by logging in” with a total of 4 characters on the screen and the one you are “getting/unlocking” off to the side. Purposely not in the center or by itself so it doesn’t seem like the scam that it is. And the link you click says “Get 🎁Hello Kitty Plushie🎁 just by logging in!” Well the trick worked for me hopefully others will read this review before they download the app thinking they will get a real life plushie, it’s just a character you unlock. It should say “unlock hello kitty plushie charter” and have the character at the center to show what is properly being advertised..Version: 2.2.16
✓ Why did they remove sanrio 😭Right when I found out that they included sanrio I instantly download it bc I'm obsessed ion with cinamoroll but when I found out they removed the nom chest I got so sad bc I never got the the cinamoroll noms so I deleted the game so I just want to tell the creator to pls add the sanrio nom chests pls 🥺😢.Version: 2.3.3
✓ Recent updateHonestly, i’ve been playing this game for a while now, and was really excited about the new big update. until i found out that you have to level up a resource to a crazy high level in order to unlock the polluted land, instead of just leveling up. really pisses me off ngl.Version: 3.0.14
✓ Can’t get into gameFirst off, please include the Sanrio characters! Secondly, after the recent island opened, I haven’t been able to get into the game when I only played on the new island once. ✓ Need more optionsI have enjoyed the game, however the “snow” on the main island is too much for my eyes and I haven’t been able to turn it off. I’m not sure why there are limits on the amount of resources that you can collect in a day, I find this annoying as no other merge game I’ve played has this. There are a ton of pop ups for the priced boxes and such, if that doesn’t bother you, it’s a cute game. I just need some improvements..Version: 2.2.16

✓ Can’t play gameSince the last major update, from Merge Kuya to Merge Fantasy Island, I can’t play the game anymore. It won’t go past the game loading screen, it says there’s a 2.3mb download, but no matter how long I wait, it doesn’t load anything. I’m disappointed because I really enjoy this game and I haven’t been able to play. I hope this can be fixed soon..Version: 2.1.25
✓ Its fun but kind of annoying at timesIve been playing this game pretty constantly the past few weeks, i love the events and gameplay but its frustrating how unclear unlocking some things are. Like the tile packs, i saved up enough wood to buy something but it wouldn't let me purchase it when the i went to the shop. And with sanrio decor, why does something you have to purchase start being available only at level 102? There is absolutely no way to reach that level before the event ends. ✓ Game is not working!It starts out ok with the opening sequence, showing you how to combine 3 plants to get one flower and then collect the “essence” but then devolves into chaos. It keeps sending you to another island and having you do the same thing over and over again. It also says you have to download more info. After downloading it still keeps doing the same thing. ✓ Not impressedPassed 110 + levels. Had all Sanrio characters and there was a glitch in the game. Finally got in and it made me start from scratch. Sent an email and nobody answered. Not cool, I earned them all and you’ve taken them away without a reason or reply.Version: 2.4.6
✓ I’m once again upset over the same glitchThe games been glitching and it takes energy from me but not the rewards for the actions, i.e. the windmill won’t give you the flour and the way you tap if you get too close to touching a working kuya you lose the energy but don’t get the items. Not to mention the constant game freezing and me having to close out to restart it takes my adventure energy but won’t let me finish the level or give me the rewards for almost finishing before the glitch. I wouldn’t care so much if it wasn’t every single time I open the game and it’s starting to become frustrating that I’m wasting my time. And you get two stars cuz they won’t let me give half’s..Version: 2.2.16
✓ Good merge game with room for improvementI have played many merge games, some good and some bad. This one is definitely one of the better ones. It has unique mechanics and a graphic style that makes it stand out from other games. Some features like the item magnet and collect all of a certain type are amazing and need to be more commonplace in merge games. My three star review arises from a couple specific things. For one the creatures get in the way far too often. Some of them are so massive that attempting to select something near them becomes impossible without first dragging them out of the way. The other thing that really bothers me are some of the arbitrary limitations placed on things. For example, banks and wood piles can only be tapped to collect their coin/wood a certain number of times per day? Why? What purpose does that serve other than to add an artificial roadblock to the game? Overall it comes out to be an “OK” merge game with the potential to be much better..Version: 2.1.31
