✓ To anyone still resisting a hearing correction, read this.Absurd prices, an overwhelming number of confusing choices and mandated audiologist prescriptions kept me away from addressing my moderate hearing loss. I considered the super cheap amplifying units a waste of time and money. The Sony OTC C10 is just what I needed. The app works fine and the hearing aids are not only professionally made and effective, they are essentially invisible. I’m not tied to some rediculous multi-year audiology program and I honestly do not feel ripped off. Great feeling. I wore them in a very noisy, echoey pub to test them out and they worked great. The Sony E10s will be rechargeable and will have Bluetooth for audio streaming via iOS but no microphone for iPhone calls. The E10s are also significantly bigger that the C10s which use replaceable, inexpensive batteries. I’m sold on the app and the physical product..BsandrewVersion: 1.0

✓ App works great- Apple or AndroidFolks, if you are frustrated with the app or hearing aid connection, chances are you're not following the necessary steps: Bluetooth off, volume above 75%, and speakerphone on; meaning, phone is not set to vibrate or mute. Have someone call you, and if the phone is not ringing loud, your setting is on vibrate. ✗ Exceedingly rough code for connecting toiPhoneOther reviewers are right—the set-up code is garbage. Even getting a password is hard on the Sony site (deactivate your VPN). Expect to turn off your iPhone two to four times and expect to reinstall app three times—my experience before getting pairing to work and getting app to check my hearing and update hearing aid settings. Sound quality of the buds is much better and louder than my Eargo HiFis. Actual app main software is fine. The charging station is now giving me problems on day 1 with a solid red light not describe in print or on-line. Charger on-off button not working for me—even with 5+ sec push. When I place the buds in they charger and close the lid they still produce sounds in the case. Maddening system with potential.
