✓ They allow people to be sexually harassedOver 10 players reported an individual player (including screenshots) that has been sexually harassing and bullying one particular player. Customer service just shrugged and said they would tell him to behave, despite screenshots with disgusting, vulgar comments, and despite concerns he is also sending this sort of content and language to minors on the game. Those girls were just on to have fun and chat to their friends and were inundated for hours by this person, each time reporting and then blocking..Version: 1.5.0
✓ Great game ruined by other playersThis is a great game which takes time to build up. However, it allows other players of a much higher level to ruin your game by stealing your resources which I find sad. Not only that other players are allowed to do this, but that other players are sad enough individuals to do it. The gameplay should only allow players of a similar level to attack you so you have a chance to defend yourself. I was enjoying playing this game, but it’s been ruined by a player called Mariarty that keeps attacking me as soon as I’ve earned resources which is constantly stopping me from progressing. The developers need to address this as I’m sure other players have experienced the same thing. In the real world it would tantamount to bullying or harassment. So p, developers, please address this for other players to allow them to enjoy the game. Only let players of a similar level attack so that you have the chance to defend yourself. ✓ Great game but…This is a great game. Only downfall is when there is no cap on how strong an estate can attack another estate and no cap on how many times in a row per day. ✓ Kind of a mean gameFirst of all the gameplay is NOTHING like the ads, which is super annoying. I enjoyed it at first but then I would get attacked by a stronger player over and over until I was completely annihilated. I would then spend the next week-2weeks recovering, healing, etc and just when almost recovered another stronger player would attack me 15 times and wipe me out again. It became hard not to take it personally. Even after joining a strong alliance this pattern continued. I literally spent all of my time in the game in recovery mode only to get knocked out as soon as I was almost recovered. This is NOT FUN. ✓ Sadly awfulGame from the people making gog and evony etc. sadly purely aims to get people to spend cash. Early game is ok, just farming, building and so on. To compete you’ll need to spend thousands of pounds dollars euros. Also the game doesn’t have any customer service. There is a mechanism to send tickets but you only get a reply about one in 20 times and it’s just an automated message. The game updates about once a week with new ways and events to spend cash in and also sets new bugs and issues that either take weeks to be fixed or are ignored all together. ✓ This a War game, not a quest game!I was expecting a quest style game from the ads I saw, but it’s war! If you want a game where you’re solving quests, hunting for objects , etc this NOT that game! This is a game where you have to join an alliance and fight other alliances in order to get supplies to grow your kingdom. It takes forever to get supplies to upgrade buildings and some building upgrades take 3 to 4 days to complete! If you love a game where you constantly attack other players to get ahead, this is the game for you. ✓ MisrepresentationThis game is nothing like the advertisements or the pictures shown in the App Store. It’s really a war game. You accumulate resources and other players attack you and takes them away. In between attacks you get to try to build your estate and participate in challenges. If you’ve never played a game like this be warned that it is not well documented. You learn everything by trial and error and when you make mistakes you lose resources and it may cost you some real money to get back your resources. Stronger players like to attack new players like myself who don’t know what they’re doing. It’s no fun to lose all your resources that you’ve spent weeks accumulating. Things just don’t make sense in the storyline. Your estate seems to be built on a large island however when you look at the map there’s no water near your estate..Version: 1.1.30

✓ I play misty on ipad and would loveTo play it on my new Mac mini. I know there have been a few problems with the game resently but you have fixed them. Thank you. A few months ago you posted in game that we could play the game on the desktop. But it has to atleast have the M1 chip. I have the Mac mini M2 chip. so it works and it does not work. the game comes up but when you go to send a msg it kicks you out. I was using my apple keyboard everytime. so i tried an old one i used in my patrol vehicle. well it did more, two keys were typed and sent. there is a problem and i would give you a 5 star when this is fixed. ✓ No opt-out for PvP, not worth the investmentI really love city builders, and this one has a great theme and interesting details, such as the mermaids. If I could turn off PvP, I’d putter around with it forever, even spend some money on it. But since there’s no opt-out for PvP, there’s just no point buying upgrades or resources. Stronger players are just going to steal everything anyway. It’s a fun game and I enjoy a lot of aspects of it, but not being able to turn off PvP is a dealbreaker for me. If you’re a new player and hope to advance, you’ll need to cough up cash as you’re perpetually attacked by higher level players with no way to defend yourself and no reprieve until all your resources have been plundered. ✓ Repetitive and ConfusingThe graphics are good, but most of this game is about building a community and joining an alliance. It becomes very repetitive with glitches from time to time you begin to loose interest. I wish there were more adventures. The abyssal mines is absolute garbage and the ancient tombs and dungeon raider are not much better. I’ve been playing for about four months and I have been growing pretty well, although I just noticed that they changed gathering speeds not only that but silver, which is rare already they have made less tiles. Also the events are pretty lame more directed towards 12-year-olds than adults with wallets. they just introduced the dungeon. What a joke. I should’ve known before even starting this game that the developers don’t care one bit about the gaming experience. You can tell that by their laziness, they don’t even respond to any reviews not even with a generic message like most companies. I will be selling my accounts and moving on to a new game. ✓ PotentialK34 Hood This game has potential however my kingdom is dying because there is nothing to do but log on and farm. Their only running two events against other kingdoms and there also severely lacking. KvK is ran every 2 weeks you can only attack other players that enter the forest and Tidelands which is also ran every 2 weeks is the other event which is hit or miss for war. The game needs more events to keep interest or kingdoms will keep dying and eventually we will all move on to games with more action..Version: 1.7.20
✓ Not as AdvertisedI'm tired of ads showing games that are not even remotely like the videos they advertise, so now I write reviews every time I see this, detracting one star from the rating I would otherwise give, and explain a bit about what the game is actually like. In the case of this game, I have played it for over a month, and there are no 3d adventure scenes that you play through. None at all. Instead, this game is mostly about building your civilization to conquer threats and beat other players, and mostly is pretty much exactly like Guns of Glory. This adds some puzzle play to the game, but that is the only unique thing about it, and they aren't even very good puzzles. Otherwise, so much of it is exactly like Guns of Glory. You build your civilization, train troops, deal with upkeep on those troops, and defeat threats and, if you like, other players. No 3d adventure at all, anywhere..Version: 1.6.0
✓ Old map was betterWhile I am enjoying this game thus far, I have to say that I was disappointed when I opened up the map in this latest update. Before, the map seemed much more dynamic, with the mountains looking like mountains, the and the castles all being easy to distinguish from each other. Even the marching soldiers looked better. Now the map seems bland, with even the Specter troops just looking like another army instead of having their own, unique look. The castles are less aesthetically pleasing, as well as our own troops. ✓ Misty ContinentNew changes to the game recently have relieved some of the tedium and make it fun to play again. But our kingdom is mostly dead due to players quitting for multiple reasons. Some are constantly raided until they quit, some quit because individuals can make game play a misery for the entire kingdom. Some quit because if you don’t pay, you don’t excel as fast or as far as those who do pay. Then there are the customer support issues, or lack of support issues. I’ve submitted multiple tickets for multiple issues over the year that I’ve played, only to have them promptly closed with a statement of we will look in to it. ✓ Drains your battery!Even on the lowest settings, this game drains your battery. Also they only allow one builder (you pay for additional ones) and you have 5 helpers that just basically clean up the grounds as you get new buildings. They should cut down on the helpers and give you another builder. The wait times for buildings to be finished upgrading are time consuming. After 2 days of playing some things to research are already at 22 hours. I ended up having to delete it due to drainage of my battery, having to recharge it 3 times a day vs. 1 before downloading this game..Version: 0.9.0
✓ Wish you could opt out of pvpThe graphics are amazing, so is the story. I’m not a fan if the new game “Break the siege” and much preferred the dungeons from before. But ultimately is the PVP that will make you leave the game. If you are extraordinarily lucky and spawn in a good kingdom where players are happy to let others live and play you’ll be fine. But if you spawn in a nest of vipers, sooner or later you will have to abandon the game. I’d have paid good money for the chance to move my account to a less vicious Kingdom. ✓ Good game but poorly managed.The game starts off quite different in design but soon becomes a monotonous war game. Levelling up for the first 10 levels is reasonable but after that you have to collect ridiculous amounts of resources to get to the next level which can take weeks of work. The problem with the game is the poor management of it, everybody expects to be attacked, it’s a war game after all. The problem comes because there are no restrictions to the amount of times a player can be attacked in a week or a day so all your time spent collecting resources is a waste when large clans, SVG for example constantly break the rules. The clan keeps attacking a player until they have no resources left and can’t face spending weeks collecting resources again and leave the game. I have been in five clans and they have all broken up because of this one clan. A simple restriction to the amount of resources a player can have stolen or the amount of attacks can be made on them would be a simple fix. There are rules in place but nobody monitors them. If rule breaking clans were broken up and members put back to level one it would fix this but the game designers seem happy for you to keep buying resource packs to grow only to have them stolen. I have now left the game to play a similar game but is well managed. I would suggest you play those games instead.Version: 1.4.0

✓ Update - SCAM & MONEY PITAfter I got attacked by the same person over and over which is supposed to be against the games terms, I could not heal or repair anything because I had no resources left. So unless I totally start over by creating a new account or spend more money to buy resources I am done. I played this game a while and was an alliance leader and really liked it. Once you get a certain size though you become a target for the game bully who attacks and destroys leaving you with nothing which is what happened to me (I didn’t get back in time to reshield). Unfortunately the shield only lasts 8 hours. This was a good game and most of the players were great, but it only takes one to bring everything down. Eventually this will cause people to quit playing, but until then allot of people will waste their money trying to build their estate. What behinds beautifully illustrated graphics is boring gameplay, convoluted events and poor interaction. The developers would be better off to spend less time in coming up with schemes to make more money and invest in good storytelling. Donkey Kong has more of a story to it than this game. That’s right, a game with a giant gorilla and a drunk jumping over barrels to save his lady friend has more story than this excuse of a Victorian age adventure. But let’s discuss the worst part of the game. The Wars. The unregulated, lack of logic, game ruining wars. Let me explain the problem. In most games, you can have PVP challenges, with a 5 minute cooldown. At that point, you have the option to challenge a NEW opponent. With this game? Nope, forget that rule. You can attack the same player over and over until you deplete them of all resources. No cool down, no new opponent. And let me add, you are defenseless to anyone above you, so if someone comes along more powerful and you are busy shopping for cookies and salmon, you are screwed. So what that mean for new users or players that have been around for 2 months? Unless you pay to play on a regular basis, you just need to give up. ✓ Just another soulless mobile game out for your money.‘Want a cool mermaid skin? Reach the top of a 15 floor tower by finding the designated item under 1 of 25 slabs. Find the item, and you get to move on to the next floor. But wait, you need a 1-time use hammer to break 1 slab to reveal the hidden item!’ I was able to reach floor 3 for free, and it was here I thought spending $100 dollars would at least get me close to unlocking the mermaid skin. It gave me 30 hammers, but I had to break all the slabs to progress to the next floor. Assuming one’s luck goes as bad as this for all floors, you’ll need to spend $1,200 dollars to get the mermaid skin. Twelve thousand dollars. For a mermaid skin, that barely does anything other than look pretty. Don’t play this game, and certainly don’t reward the company who made it by giving them your money..Version: 10.11.10

✓ Stay awayI’m a Canadian player; paid for lots of upgrades / bonuses that were listed in CAD $, but my Apple account was billed in USD $. Be warned. I played this game daily for about five months. The difficulty and insane costs of upgrading heroes and buildings and abilities caused me to lose interest. Game is horribly unbalanced too. I’ve been stuck at Siege level 3.8 for months, no matter which heroes I use. Again, lost interest. This company is only interested in my money. Not rewarding players for time / loyalty. ✓ Customer Service is Horrible!I played a significant amount of time of this game since it’s launch. I referred my friend, as we wanted to play together. I was in Kingdom 21, my friend was in 22. You can not join an alliance or play together until level 7, and you have to be in the same Kingdom as your friends in order to play with them… but they fail to tell you that you can not move kingdoms once you hit level 7. So I contact customer service about the problem I was encountering and asked if they could move me to my friends Kingdom as we didn’t know. The reply I got from customer service was to delete my account and start again. No mention of reimbursement for cost spent playing the game, no boosts offered to assist me in recovering my game back due to their poorly thought out alliance set up, no mention of sure we can move your base that you paid for and worked at this one time as it is clear this mistake is due to our negligence, just “delete your account and start again, this ticket has been closed”. What an absolute joke. These developers are crooks, don’t waste your money..Version: 0.8.0

At this point there’s no way to farm enough of the resources to grow or build. It’s all spend money on subscriptions. App Store photos are deceptive, not accurate. Game and events are glitchy on an iPhone 13 ProMax. All Events are poorly designed, deliver pitifully few rewards for the effort. Instructions for all game play and events are complicated and don’t reveal the details needed to succeed and it’s trial and error, completely frustrating. People in our alliance spend 100’s of dollars, monthly and there’s no end in sight to spending. ✓ Loved and disappointed.I have been playing the game for a year. I don’t mind spending money but I am giving up now. Game features don’t work. For example there is a troop training event but it doesn’t register what you did, tombs can not be opened and shuts dow game. Our alliance founder and leader’s account has been stolen by a hacker. 3 months now. He can’t get his account back. No help from game support. The hacker is freely advertising the account ( he wants to sell ) on Kingdom chat . ✓ Ok gameIt’s a really fun game that doesn’t require spending a vast fortune. It has some features that I’ve never personally encountered before such as the mermaids. The only thing that doesn’t make this game stand apart from the others is the map killer alliances. I’m in a little alliance that is constantly getting attacked by one vastly more powerful. When we asked why they do it their answer was “so you don’t get lonely.” This game worries about people attacking and hiding behind peace shields during events however doesn’t care about fair conduct at any other point. However, as a city building PVP game, you are eventually open to attacks from far stronger players. ✓ It was fun for awhile.I downloaded this game based off of an ad I saw and should have spotted the red flag as soon as I did. It looked nothing like the ad. I played it anyway and it was fun, until it wasn’t. The resources get harder to acquire as you level up and even when you get them they’re gone in an instant as you level up as you have to level multiple things at once in order to push the game forward. Leveling times get ridiculous fairly quickly. You want to level a building to 16, that’s 2 days that you wait while trying to get the resources to level something else up. Attacking anything takes a lot of your energy, ok I can live with that, until I wake up this morning to find the game broke it’s own rules and allowed the same person to attack my town 36 times in the span of 5 minutes, wiping out my resources. Upon trying to heal my troops I find that it won’t let me heal them because I don’t have the resources to do so leaving me vulnerable to attack and no way to defend. ✓ Fun for a while but then grind cityThis game starts out kind of fun and once you get your castle to a certain level you can join an alliance and make friends. But eventually all the events turn into the same boring gathering resources and training troops over and over again. Sooner or later the players who thought they were signing up for a war game have nothing left to do because all the other people have been zeroed and left the game or there is a nap strangle hold on the whole thing. Even the kvk events aren’t all that interesting and are very few and far between. I think the kingdom Im in has maybe a month left in it at most before all the main players give up completely. The side games are kind of a joke really. Very little options to make them challenging in good ways. The daily tasks are just a slog to get through and the rewards are minimal. Also, it’s a total money pit. Resources for any building past level 18 are just impossible without purchasing because there isn’t enough other players to battle for it and gathering takes forever. The only good part at this point to me is the friends I’m making in my alliance, but we’re all getting so bored that I’m pretty sure most of us won’t last much longer. It’s sad really, I know several of them who played other games for a long time.
