✓ Great app, horrible supportThe app is great, payouts and promos are awesome! The props could be better but that comes with time. However the support team is horrible. I deposited with one of my bank cards. Now I applied my new bank card to the app and I won a 100x bet. The app said I was REQUIRED to deposit my winnings to the old bank card I don’t have access to anymore. So naturally it bounced back into my balance. I’ve asked them multiple times to either remove the card or fix this issue and they have yet to find a solution. So I just have money sitting they I can’t withdraw until they contact me back. ✓ Inaccurate Transaction HistoryOverall, the interface and functionality of the Betr app is consistent, if not, better than the other fantasy apps out there. However, their transaction data is not accurate and when I re-downloaded the app, it showed me that I had not conducted any transactions in the month of January. Under this false impression, I mistakenly believed I could take advantage of the $500 deposit match promos. It was only after betting my money — and losing — that my old transactions on the app appeared. The worst part, though, is that my $500 transaction did not appear for weeks until after I contacted their support — who did not offer any conciliation. The app looks good but overall I would be worried that some scammy tactics are being used to influence how much you deposit..Version: 3.6.8
✓ Trash appThis is the WORST sportsbook I have seen. Can’t bet on ANY college football games until after the game starts. Odds are TERRIBLE for NFL. They only use decimal odds because they don’t want you to know just how bad their odds are. After converting (the fact that they even make you do this is insane), they are routinely 25 cents worse than any other sportsbook. Cashed out my bonus money as quick as humanly possible so I could deposit it somewhere else. ✓ SCAM!Stay far away from this book if you actually like to receive winnings. Tried withdrawing my winnings and a week later I get an email saying my account is suspended and my withdrawal was blocked. Good luck trying to contact support because they have absolutely no phone number or live chat and the only way you can attempt to get in contact is by filing a ticket which is buried deep in there site. Unfortunately, this is not very helpful because they don't respond to the tickets either. The fact that they don't even have a phone number shows that this company is sketchy at best..Version: 3.5.4
✓ Worst betting app experience.I deleted my account after 1 week. Worst customer service ever that care less about you and will come up with every reason not to payout a weekly promoted bonuses if they can find any petty and absurd reason. Customer service is email only so good luck getting someone if you need help immediately or in a timely fashion. There are better apps leave this alone. All they do is paid Jake Paul to promote their 100x payout gimmick. All bets must be right to get paid there’s no winning some so making 8 predictions come true to win 100x is a lotto. ✓ DONT USE THIS APP, JUST USE PRIZE PICKS.This app is a cheating gambling system, they DONT have many plays and stat sheets as prize picks has. I have won only 1 time and prize picks over 20 times, I will never deposit again, and I warn you not to use this app bc it’s all based for you to lose, they don’t care. They brag so much about their multiplier, but have only “MORE” on players who definitely WILL NOT get over then the stat it shows. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE FLEX PLAY, say you play 5 players on prize picks, they pay out 2x if you hit 4/5, and betr just takes your money if you miss on one. Saddest part about it..Version: 3.2.12
✓ ScamI deposited 500$ on this app I won back 750$ I’ve been trying to withdraw for 5 days it keeps going back as withdraw failed I contacted support via email, twitter and discord then after about 7 emails and two days later I got a response saying that it was in my banks side and to contact them I called my bank and they said it was nothing on their end I’ve since emailed them about 8 times and still haven’t heard back from them it’s been another two days highly do not recommend if you’d like to keep your money don’t get scammed like me.Version: 3.2.12

✓ Not worth the deposit match!Opened an account to take advantage of the deposit match, but this site is NOT worth it. All the lines are higher than other books, and when you want a line it’s generally not available (other books having a players rebounds but betr won’t have it available). Almost like they don’t give you any options if it isn’t heavily favored to lose. Scammy tactics that will have me hoping to recover my deposit, withdraw, and delete the app! ✓ Lots of better betting apps than Betr- Limited sports to bet on (it’s only NBA, NFL, and NHL). - User interface isn’t as simplified as other apps. - When you deposit money and get your “match”, it’s not in cash… it’s in “Betr bucks” which only has a 2x payout. Other apps give you cash without a reduced payout. - They refused to refund the Bills - Steelers wildcard game after it was postponed 2 days due to crazy weather. I placed a lot of bets on the game due to that crazy weather and now that the game is being played later the lines on my bets have definitely changed but I’m unable to get a refund. Their support page says if a game is delayed that you “may” be entitled to a refund. Pretty scummy from them to not issue refunds, especially when some of their competitors did. ✓ DisappointingI’ve been on other DFS apps for quite a while. Really wanted to try this one out. Support Jake a lot and what he’s doing. But the payouts on this app are just not as good as others. The bonus 100$ is hardly a bonus with the payout deductions you get. And then I’m sitting on some bonus still and trying to make bets with it but it keeps pulling out of my withdraw able funds. So I’ve had to pull that out now just to use my bonus money for betting. It’s because of these things that I won’t be back. Other apps are much better and the interface on this is not good either. ✓ Donating Money Without VoidsThis app is great IF , you can maybe play a 2 to 4 man lineup and win. However, if you place a $20 bet down to pay out a few thousand or more on an 8 man lineup…if you have 1 player (NFL for example) that gets pulled out of the game with a concussion in the first quarter and can’t play anymore the whole game, they dont void that player out. Example: Courtland Sutton always puts up 50+ receiving yds, First play he was in he went down and they pulled him out on concussion protocol and he couldn’t play the rest of the game.. even if he was in a 2 man lineup, you lost. No refund, no void , nothing. Even when all of the other apps voided him out (so his stats wouldnt count against you winning money) the Betr discord is full of people upset and they dont change anything about it. Alot of people arebquitting using Betr because of this, if you feel like donating your money and not winning this is the app for you . Otherwise stick to Prize Picks or Sleeper where they care about their players..Version: 3.5.4

✓ Worst betting experienceSCAM. Let me start off by saying the interface of this ap is absolutely terrible and pales in comparison to other sports betting apps. The worst part however is that I won around $100, went to withdraw it and was denied the ability to withdrawal. Rather than have the opportunity to try a withdrawal again, most of my winnings disappeared from my account. After reaching out to customer service I never received a response. I can only assume they do not have any form of credible customer service. ✓ Stick to Prize PicksThis app has no live support, just a robot that refers you to unhelpful articles. Had a 3 leg parlay, with one player pulled right before the start of the game, instead of them voiding and refunding like their rules state, they just mark it as a loss and take my money, and guess what? NO LIVE SUPPORT SO I CANT QUESTION THEM ABOUT WHY THEY DIDNT REFUND ME. ✓ Needs a lot of workIf you’re a serious sports bettor, don’t bother with this. There’s no parlays. No teasers. The odds show as “1.50x” instead of -150. App closes randomly for no reason. The sign up promotion is a deposit match up to $100, regardless of what you read or click online (a great example is this app page says $500 match, no, it’s $100). You have to bet your entire initial deposit before you can even touch the promo money. There’s no option to choose between promo money or deposited money once you’ve completed the promotion requirements. The only people that should use this are people that have no idea about sports betting and want to make ridiculous prop bets OR want to grind out bets $0.10 at a time… which I guess is who this is marketed towards. ✓ Not better than PrizepicksI gave it a try with his ad saying its better than Prizepicks and overall its not. Yea it has a higher pay out but thats if you get all 8 of your 8 players stats correctly. If you miss one you lose everything while in Prizepicks you don’t get as high of a pay out but the max player picks is 6 not 8 and flexplay is an option and automatic on 5-6 players so you’re still able to win up to double your money if you don’t get all your picks correct. I also get paid out in minutes every time so idk what he’s talking about slow payouts. Paul is scheming people out of their money here just like he does on his fights just read everyone else’s issues when they try to cash out..Version: 3.0.15

✓ Scamming/glitching appI signed up today after a month of seeing the commercials, I see the promo about them matching the money you deposit. After depositing the money and trying to place a bet the app kept saying it couldn’t access my location. I got through the protocol required to fix the problem and it kept sending the message. I close the app all the way out and reopen it, when I reopen it the apps appearance chanced and my money that was deposited was gone. They don’t have a number to call even though they promote the gambling problem hotline number as their customer service number. They need to do BETR on their issue within the app and have a way for customers to get in contact with them other than that bogus number..Version: 3.0.14
✓ Unideal appThis app barely works sometimes. I found myself having to delete and redownload every time I wanted to place a single bet. If you’re live betting you know how tedious and annoying this is. The new user promo is not a promo at all as you must bet the 100 dollars you deposited before you can even touch the bonus bets. Takes forever to withdraw (still have funds waiting to be processed from a week ago) and they are liable to cancel your withdraw for who knows what. ✓ Uncertain waiting to hear backI placed a three pick bet on a football game and hit all three picks. Placed a 50 dollar bet and it paid out 250. I got on the app the next morning all my money is gone. It’s showing that I never made a deposit to the app yet my bank account reflects that I did and it’s asking me to deposit more money to make another bet. If this isn’t cleared up I won’t ever use this app again. Seems to me like they’ve took my money and ran. Like I said the app it’s self is showing I have nothing in it. But immediately after the game I have 300 dollars on the app because of a fifty dollar match bonus for signing up. I used my money not the match money and now all of it is gone. ✓ Poor support assuming they know your intentionsI downloaded app because of the fact that they match new users deposits, i was misled to think that I could pull out my money whenever I liked and there was a hold on my money and I could not get it out even thought they say you can and I had to go through support which was rude and assumed that I just wanted to pull my money out and use their free bets but and deemed it appropriate to cancel my account even though in reality I did not want to use your app AT ALL I just wanted what was mine back. ✓ Too good to be trueAbsolute scammer app. Stay away! I was able live bet games using my free bet and was able to get my winnings up to a very large amount. When I tried to withdraw a day later they put my funds back into my Betr app account, then took out all my funds all together. An email was sent out a day later saying there was a “glitch in their system” that did not allow for that kind of live betting to happen. Funny how when you win big that happens? ✓ Misleading/unethical business practicesTheir deposit bonus promotion requires you to bet your entire balance before accessing the bonus funds, which is fine in theory until you later realize that to use your bonus funds, your regular balance has to be zero. So any winnings you had? You have to now bet those too. See, the don’t tell you any of this initially. They hide it deep in their FAQ pages. So it’s there, you just really have to go looking for it. Which I’m sure covers them legally. Just avoid them. I’ve noticed issues with how and when they decide to post their lines as well. Certain props won’t become available until others are no longer available. And it seems very intentional. ✓ Bonus Pay outs and big wins don’t payThey lie. I hit 100x and they froze my account. They tried to tell me to verify myself and send all sorts of proof which I have. Then when I complete the ID verify link they quit replying. They locked my account and won’t pay me out my wins. If you try and contact them via Instagram they will tell you they can’t do anything and contact support. They lie about bonuses especially friend referrals. 3x now I have had to email and talk to support to try and resolve a simple bonus issue owed to me. They will fight it and argue you asking for all the others info just to try and receive what’s due. All of their promotional gaming bonuses are mostly lies. They don’t payout. They force you to again email and confirm all sorts of payment info and deposit info to in return tell you the promotion was different.
