RepeaterPhone for Positive User Reviews

Fantastic! This is a great app for Allstar and EchoLink. There is no better way to connect to an Allstar node on iPhone. I even prefer this interface better than EchoLink’s native app. I’m looking forward to what else might come to this app in the future..Version: 1.0.2

RepeaterPhoneI am a blind person, and I use Voiceover on the iPhone. This app is very accessible and useful. I greatly appreciate the work the developer did to ensure this app is accessible..Version: 1.0

Fantastic butFantastic. Just letting you know anyone using repeater phone with callsign beginning with a number times out at exactly 45secs. Like mine 2E0UKH on allstar my friend who runs freestar has had over 20 queries on why can’t connect using repeater phone. Email me for details. Thx for the the hard work u put in..Version: 1.1.4

Some Audio Issues For MeI want to give 5 stars because it’s a great app so far, but my only complaint is the audio seems to be less than fully baked. I get only about half volume coming from all of the speakers on my phone regardless of what speaker is actually selected. In fact, trying to change from one speaker to another mutes the entire app and the only way to get even limited volume back is to restart the call. This may not be an issue for everyone – not sure. I’m on iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16.1.1 on most recent app version as of this writing..Version: 1.0.6

Great AppI really enjoy this app and so much I had my friend get it as well😤 Three of us have it now. K7MMA Myself KK9HAM Albin K7JJP Jim Well worth the $7.99 Michael K7MMA.Version: 1.0.6

Great appThe This is a great app for a blind ham.Version: 1.0.1

Works week!!I love it. This is a great way to keep up with Allstar friends when you don't have your radio or hotspot. Very nice interface and easy to use. Good job Weston! 73, Dave, AI7R.Version: 1.0

Great for travel!I was away from home and wanted to connect to my local repeaters via AllStarLink, this is absolutely perfect when you are not in range of another linked repeater..Version: 1.1.4

Great App for both EchoLink and AllstarI run a node with Allstar and EchoLink at my QTH and I must say this is an amazing app!! I take this app with me every I go, and so far it has not let me down. I am able to connect to my Allstar node and my EchoLink just by toggling between Allstar or EchoLink in the app. I’ve been waiting for this for a while now, and the developer has worked hard in getting this up and running .great job!!.Version: 1.0.4

Finally!A simple and intuitive app that allows an iOS device to access AllStarLink in addition to EchoLink! Gets you on the air when you’re radioless or nodeless. The app is stable and well worth the price. I would give it five stars if the volume could be adjusted..Version: 1.0.1

Fantastic! So happyThis app is an absolute game changer! I’ve been searching for a reliable app that would function across the allstar network for ages. This app does everything I could ask for. It’s able to login to my nodes where I’ve enabled them for ASL credentials access, and for my more private nodes where I’m using whitelisted node numbers. The side by side support for EchoLink is a bonus as it means I only need one app not two. The audio quality is superb and best of all it stays connected in the background! If your an ASL user this is a must have. Congratulations to the developer amazing job well done. I’ll be spreading the word among my user base. 73 GM0WUR.Version: 1.0

Finally!! iOS version has been made! This is an excellent program and special thanks to WES for making this happen! I would like to report a bug, and I have not been able to find any means of doing so. When connecting locally to a private node, Supermon stops reporting during the connection. Once I disconnect, everything returns on all allmon. If I connect via AllStar network, it’s OK. It’s an interesting bug but I wanted to report it. KA4EPS.Version: 1.0.2

Works Great! Thanks!I really like this app. Finally I can remotely connect, monitor and even talk via iOS! I use on my iPhone and especially my iPad. Solid connection and doesn’t time out in monitor mode. Great find!.Version: 1.0.4

Great jobTransmit and receive audio is great works as advertised just wish we could use a push to talk in the spirit of using the radio. With push to talk in mind, will the developer of this app be making a app for android and utilize the push to talk on android device?.Version: 1.0.6

AmazingGreat app, finally proper allstar on the iPhone. Thanks Wes! Would be also cool to have macros to hound and disconnect other nodes.Version: 1.0.2

Absolutely outstanding!!This is what the Amateur radio users of iOS have been waiting for ! Something that works flawlessly. I have used it for a day so far and not found a single issue on EchoLink nor on Allstar ! It’s the first time I have been able to use Allstar and I’m so glad I did but also without this application I would not have been able to do so for some time. The interface is very well made and easy to navigate with a few options to personalise and tbh that’s all it needs. Personally I have the PTT set to push and hold to talk and not toggle as it may very well be my screen protector which makes my screen very sensitive and found I had keyed up in error but again that’s my end not the apps ! Extremely well made and thought out and about time iOS had something different! Well done amazing work to the developer/s and the price is without a doubt very justified and every penny has been worth it ! I have nothing to do with the developers here it’s just my own honest non biased review. It’s just outstanding, what else can I say. M7DSQ iOS 16.1 iPhone 12 Pro Max..Version: 1.0.5

Great appThis is an excellent app, and I truly appreciate the voiceover support and the accessibility. Thanks for thinking of blind hams!.Version: 1.0.4

Works! This works as expected, and has an intuitive interface; this is well worth the price. The iPhone’s Bluetooth seamlessly worked with my Resound One two-way hearing aids (mic and speaker function). It also works with the speaker function, as well as normal iPhone audio. (I found it necessary to adjust the mic level between these options.) Incoming calls disconnect the app, as expected (even the “hold” option with an incoming call still dropped the app’s connection, not a big deal). The mic audio is adjustable right on the screen while connected, with a slider. I found the slider a bit fussy to move; there’s room on the screen for a fatter slider that would be easier to operate. All-in-all, this is a very well done app..Version: 1.0
