This significantly limits the potential uses and convenience of the app, making it far less versatile than it could be. What's more frustrating is the pricing model. Despite the app's lack of functionality, they have the audacity to charge extra for avatars. It seems a bit rich to ask users to shell out additional money for a feature that should arguably be included as standard, especially when the core function of the app is not working as advertised.
