✓ Why change to a banking app?Was approved for a credit card with a 0% balance transfer intro for 8 months. Received card, downloaded the credit card app and had no problems setting it up and using it for about 3 months now making payments and checking my account. Now I’m told I have to change the app for an updated one. It’s a banking app and I don’t have any other accounts with them. I’m not able to set up a profile with this app. Just keeps disconnecting and asking for my information again. Can’t get into it now. Why do I have to change to a banking app if I’m not banking there. The card app worked fine for me as a credit card only customer. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Or at least allow customers who only have a credit card to use the app for that again. ✓ Doesn’t disclose closing date.This institution needs to get it together. What kind of credit card app doesn’t disclose the closing date on the app? I waited and waited only to have a balance accrue because I didn’t know when the closing date was. I’m tempted to not use my credit card now.
