✓ App works with limited featuresAt least the app works. I just got transferred from my previous mortgage company and their app didn’t even work. Do wish it would load and reflect what future payments are to show an estimated payoff date. ✓ New app designI think I like it. First time use seemed to work fine. All the info was there and correct. Couple of features would be nice to add like face ID. Or a pass code. Personally I’m not a biometrics fan. And also would like to see a ‘payment scheduled’ tab if possible. Clean app design tho. So far so good..FJS26Version: 1.0.13

✓ A huge improvement from the previous mobile appThe new app is much easier to manage our mortgage. We get a nice detail of our loan, view documents related to the mortgage, escrow, etc. Compared to the last app, this one is vastly superior. I’ll admit the bar was low, but it’s nice to not have to visit the mobile site just to get a breakdown of loan. So kudos to the developers.
