The award wining Fizz Weather provides detailed weather information for over 78,000 cities worldwide.
See detailed weather reports for up to 15 days, with wind speed, visibility, barometer reading, humidity, UV levels and sunrise/sunset times too.
Global forecast maps are provided with animated radar loops and animated satellite maps (radar is US only at the moment). View a map of your chosen location with weather superimposed. Pinch and zoom maps for a more detailed view.
Detailed charts are available to show you temperature, precipitation probability, rainfall, humidity and wind speed all for differing durations, including hourly for 12hrs and 48hours and for the next 15 days too.
US weather warnings will show you detailed information about alerts and warnings in your region.
Information provided includes high and low temperatures (C or F), wind speed and direction (km, miles, knots, m/s or beaufort), precipitation probability, comfort level, humidity, visibility, UV levels and the barometer reading (Millibars or Inches). ✓ Slick interface, lots of information.Works well as a weather app, as long as you have a data connection (of course). I have used if for multiple cities and locations, and while the weather preditictions are often different from the newspaper, TV, or google weather, it is probably just as accurate. It looks good, and packs a lot of features into a few easy to navigate screens. Very little drilling, data entry, or setup required to get the full use out of the application, it just does what it says with not much fuss. Stability is good as well, very few, if any (I can't remember any right now, not in the past 4 months use.)..Version: 0
✓ Impressive - worth every penny IMOI run a flying school in the UK and have been looking for a no-nonsense, but serious weather app for a while now (to use when I'm on the airfield) and this fits the bill nicely. I added 'Aeroweather' too (for a little more detailed local TAF/METAR information) and now I''m very happy. :-) Well done guys, you've done yourselves proud. For the next version add access to some more local airfields for TAF/METAR info and you'll be the best out there..Version: 0

✗ Extremely Well Done Weather ApplicationThis is the best implementation of a weather application yet on the iPhone. Very complete and detailed information is provided. The interface is clean and easy to use. Just add the City or cities that you want to monitor and you are set. Great for anyone, but especially travelers, pilots, sports folk, hikers, bikers, walkers, you get the idea, those who like to get outside and off the living room couch. It will be even better if they add push notification for breaking weather events. ( Apple is planning to add push notification capability for apps in September ) I hope Fizz Weather implements this feature ( HINT HINT !!! ).Version: 0
