✓ Purchased App but not available for download to iPhoneI purchased this app a few days ago while using my iPad. It worked great & seemed to be my best option for RDP. But when I go to the App Store in my iPhone to download this app, it is not showing as available to me in the cloud. If I download, I will end up paying for the app again. ?????.Version: 3.7
✓ Lost Right ClickUpgraded from an older version but now I've lost right-click functionality for my PCs, which used to work before. I'm using the paid version. Customer support wouldn't investigate citing unsupported OS on remote PCs. Not sure if others have had this same issue? This used to be a good product but now I'll have to look for another. ✓ Removed Functionality - Want RefundThis app was extremely good at letting me log into my remote server to manage services and check on problems. Unfortunately a recent update removed the ability to connect to windows servers. Developer complaints about licensing issues don t matter to me. This app was represented to connect to servers to manage them and then once the developers discovered they were doing something wrong by not having the license they pulled the functionality. I feel the developer was selling a product they shouldn't have and by removing the functionality they cripple the app for people using it for the features they advertised. Since I had no way to know I was purchasing an app that had not properly licensed it's contents I would like my money back so I can support a developer who doesn't pull the rug out from under paying customers..Version: 0

✓ Doesn’t work with xrdp hostsI have a few xrdp hosts that this app is unable to work with due to the connection being dropped shortly after connecting. Fiddling with the NLA / TLS / other settings doesn’t fix this, these xrdp hosts work fine from Microsoft Remote Desktop on Windows and rdesktop on Linux. ✓ No longer works with serversDo not install if you are connecting to Windows 2000/2003 Servers. It no longer connects to these servers (not sure about Windows 2008). This used to work perfectly and was a 5 star app. Now it is near useless for me. I own User Client Access Licenses which allow me to connect to my Terminal Servers from any client, so the 'licensing issues' that MochaSoft says stop Windows Servers from being supported is incorrect. The responsibilty for licensing is on the server, not the client. There is a toggle now that 'allows a connection to a server console session' which would solve the issue for me BUT a warning message is displayed when you switch the toggle on. When you accept the warning message (the only choice) the toggle resets to the off position so the toggle is useless. C'mon MochaSoft....please fix this. I've consistently recommended this app and have had all our iPad users install it. Now I'm going to have to recommend something else like the (free) 2x Client. The 2x navigation isn't as nice (in my opinion) but at least I can connect to my servers..Version: 2.9
✓ Ripped off with bait and switchThe free "lite" version of the software works well, despite the missing features the paid version supposedly has. The paid version is a completely different version, with an awful menu that seriously does not work. There is no way to actually save a new connection and connect to it. All you can do is connect to devices in the local wireless network. You cannot successfully specify a hostname or ip address. If i could get my money back I would. However, given the nature that everybody's monitor is wider than it is taller, you would expect that any Remote Desktop app should have the ability to rotate the phone and work in landscape mode.
