✓ Deezer UI wonderI love the UI, the colours, the ease of use. There are a few items I miss from when I used Spotify premium. Like the Spotify Connect or Endless Playback (when listening to an album or playlist, when the end is reached, similar music / artists continue to play like Flow). ✓ For deezer’s team.I’ve been using deezer for 4-5 years and i can say that the app is good enough. i want to recommend some things to deezer’s team. so: 1. the lyrics are available not on each composition. to be exact, it’s on popular songs only - not so good for people whose english is not their first language. 2. you got to add more tracks to the app environment, because sometimes there’s no songs that user’d like to listen to due to they are not popular enough, i guess. you’ve got to aim at the minorities of people whose music preferences are different and at musicians who has a small number of fans; it would make more people get and use your app daily. 3. you should delete the necessary mix mode of songs for free-users or, the best solution, let free-users pick the song they want to listen to and after their listening - turn the necessary mix mode on again. it would be not so convenient, but free-users would continue using your app. thanks for your attention, sorry for grammar mistakes and good luck. :).Version: 7.3.0
✓ Best music streaming service out there!The best streaming service out there! They pay the artists more than a lot of the others, have deeper cuts than the others, and you can stream at a much higher bit-rate than most services! Their artist curated playlists, and even the algorithm curated lists, are really great as well! As a musician with music on many platforms, this is the one I usually try to get people on board with over the past couple of years since I started getting into it, mostly so they can hear Montecore and Koalra in hi-fi if they don’t have the flacs downloaded from bandcamp or our vinyls/cd’s/tapes that are available at Gigantic Noise!.Version: 8.47.0
✓ Really Like!!Overall a great sounding streaming app!! Mostly every artist I searched for is on Deezer. Really simple to navigate. Gives you options to change sound quality for those who want to listen to music crystal clear or you can custom setup if you are using cellular data to a few setting that won’t use as much data. Good options for everyone really. Ok I have only one thing they could change but it’s just my opinion. I love dark mode! So if Deezer could add the option for dark mode for there general interface. It’s not bright white all the time tho. It does have nice colors on the song that you play that match the album cover in a nice way. I’m sure they are working on dark mode for IOS 13 anyways. ✓ Really great app for users that like being in control of the music they are listening toI have gone through music app after music app that could allow me to relive all those years of enjoying yahoo music at its prime like I did as a kid. Though Deezer falls a little short on the sound quality compared to other apps, I love that when I choose an artist to listen to or chose a specific album to listen to and NOT get the “suggestions” to listen to other artists I. The middle of your moment this is quite literally the only app I’ve run into that did not force a agenda down my throat. The option to have other “like” artists is an option, but not the standard. The premium membership also allows you to have three devices connected. I’m keeping it and very pleased..Version: 8.41.0
✓ Few problemsGenerally has access to most songs. Only a couple that I’ve not been able to find. The search option is very specific, in other words if you miss a dot or dash it won’t find what you need. The app keeps coming up with an error claiming I’m not connected to the internet but I am...all other apps work fine. I have to close it and open it again before it will start. Deezer seems to filter the searches so that the top results are covers by unknown groups. It can be a bit if a headache if you’re trying to find a specific version. Finally, it’s difficult to make a list of songs to play - if I ‘add to queue’ the song is added to a huge list of songs that have been selected by Deezer to play. This is one of the main issues I have. I currently subscribe to the premium family version but for this reason I am considering changing..Version: 8.17.0

✓ Deezer search engine and and app featureHey, so I am a big fan of deezer. I love it a lot, I wish you guys made the search engine way more better and easier to find the right results. I search for a song and it doesn’t come up, I have to search the artist then it go thru all of his songs to finally find it. It’s kinda annoying, this happens also with my Xbox as well. Ok at first I thought maybe this was just a sale rep talking, trying to make a sale(lol). I finally decided to try it free for a month! ✓ I’ve given this app some pretty good mileageI’ve been using the app since 2013, and it’s been my default every day for at least 8 hours (often more) each day. Love it. I have 2 issues: 1) Every time I enable it to repeat one track, instead of playing the track again, it stops at the end of the song. This doesn’t happen after the first time though, as I’m able to play the song on a loop after that - pressing play again makes it do what it’s supposed to. 2) Not being able to play all of an artist’s songs in one go - some times I want ALL tracks and not just some or the most popular. ✓ Has Now Become My Music AppFor long time, I've been wanting a music app that lets me play offline and easily download and stream music. And for a long time, I've been getting by with other free music apps that had weren't really good at all. I also started syncing my music from my computer on to my phone through iTunes, which was too much of a hassle. I started searching the web for apps I could use and came across this one on one of the websites. I'm happy to say that so far this has been a great app for my music. I'm not able to get a Spotify or Apple Music membership but right now, for this is the next best thing. You can find 95% of the music you're looking for and can download it all to play it offline with a simple toggle button. The music has cover art if that's one of the things you like, and it's just really easy to use. If you just get the app without any membership like I did, you just find a place with wifi, add as many songs as you want to your playlist, and then toggle download and now all your songs are ready to go. Like many other apps you can also listen to the music in the background while you're using another app or your phone is locked. So far this has been a great app for me when I go to the gym, or just want to listen to music..Version: 6.24.1

All I want is to view a library of artists whose songs I have saved in alphabetical order. When I select the artist all I want to see are the song I have saved, not all 15 of their albums. If I save 5 song by Anthrax, then I select anthrax from MY listed of artists whose songs I have saved, I would just like to see those five songs and be able to listen the them in a row. The EQ option is great but I've noticed that the bass slider (one on the left) has had problems with distortion since an unknown update as it was working fine before the sudden update. ✓ Cool but needs to be fixedI really like the songs and we can listen to stuff we like but it downloads songs without permission. It has downloaded hamster on a piano and my heart skips a beat a long time ago and it wouldn’t let me remove it. Today a few minutes ago, it has downloaded a really creepy song called “little crumb” and the album cover is two boys side by side on a beach i think. The song is loud and really weird and in the background there are kids playing. It actually scared me because of weird and creepy this was…. ✓ Why I'm not happy with deezerI am not happy with deezer because every time I listen to my downloaded music in my house or on the way to my nans it keeps stopping and at times you can't hear any of the lyrics just the instruments. Also it skips a lot of the tracks so you can't actually listen to your favourite ones without it stopping or skipping. I am glad to say that deezer is a good app (even with their problems) and I really recommend it (if you have enough patience. Also there is a lot of songs but not all which I'm pretty upset about. ✓ Long term subscriberHey FOLKS ,(you have to be careful these days in how one addresses others) I have been a subscriber to Deezer for years now. Pretty much close to its inception. I have the family subscription (up to 5 users! Awesome! and you can all share each other’s music!) Well Its at least 6 years and more by now, transferring my profile from phone to phone. I can categorically inform everyone, that Deezer is COOL! I have had issues there and then in the early days of my subscription and I hated having to email as apposed to actually talking to someone on the phone. However, they replied to my emails in a reasonable time and gave me CLEAR instructions on how to rectify my issue/s. So each time on the day I had an issue, I was back online the same day! (Who else does that?) I have had no further issues in at leat 4 years. (It was all probably just me being old) I love the timer option as I have insomnia and love being able to relax, focus my mind and listen to the rain. This allows me to sleep and not wake up with a flat phone battery!(great feature). My only gripe, which increases the more the app grows, is that there is no clear HOME option, so when I get deep into the app options and services, Its seems a ‘mission’ to get back to the front page. ✓ Things which I know would improve DeezerI love Deezer and have had it for about 2 years now I think, it has improved in ways but also the other way around (deezer premium which I understand is to make money but still) some other small things which would improve the layout way deezer works would be to make it easier to make playlists for example being able to hold down a song and drag it into a playlist which is arranged in recent order (so when making a new playlist you don’t have to keep scrolling down all the time) also another thing is suggest songs by artist, desplay the genre of each song , automatic playlist making eg ( same artist/ style/ year came out ) , when you don’t have deezer premium and you shouffle a playlist it actually plays the songs in the playlist not randomly picks them ,improved flow hope you make these improvements it would make deezer a LOT better. ✓ Good, but could be betterIt’s nice you added the mini player to the app, but where’s the back button for it? I like to repeat a song sometimes and the mini player is pointless when it comes to that feature. It would be beneficial if there was a library for all your tracks to be in one spot. Even though all the songs in your albums can be shuffled, a library is nice when you want to delete a song you don’t like. Those are the main issues I have. I’m also impressed with the Home Music screen in terms of focusing on what I might be interested in. That’s in stark contrast to other services that are pushing podcasts, audiobooks, or music that you have no interest in. One annoyance about Deezer is their device limit - a maximum of three despite the fact that you can only listen to one at a time. Like I see I had 1900+ tracks liked, then I am appearing online and there are only ~1800 of them. But on mobile app I can browse only first 1000(not from the most recent to 1000th, but from the first added till 1000th added), a bit sad... plus as I mentioned above some ads seem to play when you pause track(not skipping, but you press pause and ad starts to play, so when you hit play, music and ad creating a dissonance of sound).Version: 6.26.1

There are a few points stopping it getting 5*: Can be a bit buggy on CarPlay, sometimes cannot play flow without using the phone directly No Apple TV app Love the Flow feature, but the algorithm seems flawed. It seems to want to play the same song by the same artist each time, with the occasional new artist introduced. Shouldn’t this be a bit more random? Would like access to the High Quality Deezer, but this is not available with a family subscription. Maybe this could be available to one of the subscribers. ✓ It’s a great app but...I have had Deezer for 3 years now it has Improved a lot over the years I have had it. But it annoys me when I am playing my favourite tracks and it makes me listen to a sponsored track for at least 30 seconds. Also when I’m listening to my favourite tracks when I have listened to quite a few songs it plays songs that are not even on my favourites!!! With the new update there’s a new feature that identifies the song playing around you so when I did that it said the songs name and singer of that song but when I search for it there was only the piano version of the song, which annoyed me. I am also happy that there are kpop songs on here since I am a huge kpop fan, however they don’t have any songs of EXO (a kpop band). I was really sad and disappointed about that. It’s great and in my opinion the best in sound quality compared to Apple Music,Spotify,etc. I have no complaints, however I have a suggestion. ✓ Music offlineI was looking for an app which allows me to listen to music offline. I found deezer and it said u can use it offline so I thought I'll give it a try. I tried to listen to the music offline but it didn't work and I saw that a lot of people had that problem. I realised that when you go into playlist and you select your music folder, above your list of music it says download. When u press download you can listen to your music offline. ✓ SensationalThis music app gives customers the ability to listen to thousands of songs by numerous popular artists. As well as being able to create your own personal music album, I love the collection of albums developed by the editors- there are albums for different moods and feelings etc, so you can just choose an album already created if you are feeling happy/sad (etc) or if you are in the shower/working (etc). But I like that they have flow which learns what ur into. But there are loads of ads and most of the time it just cuts into a song. And in the commercials (which was the hole point I downloaded Deezer) it says that you can listen to it anywhere even without WiFi. But if u don’t have Deezer premium you can’t search or listen to music if u don’t have WiFi. I have also been logged out randomly once or twice and it is really annoying. ✓ Deezer reviewThe app is great all things considered. Good choice in music over a large amount of categories, you are able to remove songs from flow if they are not to your liking. There are a few issues that i have with the app, not enough to justify me giving the app 3 stars but enough to justify 4. These being that you cannot sink Playlists with Siri, the odd occasion where you can’t go a song without getting an advert and the badgering by the app itself to upgrade it to the paid version. ✓ Great great greatThis app is absolutely amazing I have two accounts so that I can make the most of the special offers like 99p for 3 months premium and a free trial month, the only problem is that I have to create multiple accounts using my other emails because once your account has had premium once then your account is no longer eligible for any other offers so if I got the first month for free then any other great offers that come up I then can’t use as I have already experienced premium. Flow also plays whatever I’ve listened to recently, but just because I like to workout to 90’s hip hop doesn’t mean I want that in my Flow. It would also be nice to have degrees of how much I like a song (current options are only Like, Dislike, or neutral by not rating); a 5 star scale or more would be helpful. It's functional, I mean it adds a song to you favourites, but often while playing that song it doesn't show the status, it doesn't show whether it's in your favourites. We have been collecting music for years and if we lost our playlists we would be devastated. Would be great to have a record of our playlists in case something happens to the app and we lose them! ✓ Good app and service, but HiFi needs clarity on FLACI am a Deezer fan. The app has approved markedly over the years. My one complaint is there seems to be no indicator of whether the FLAC files so heavily touted on the website are in fact the ones I am receiving or playing. Some songs/albums show “HQ” in the lower left corner, but I can never tell if they are lossless or FLAC. Also no way to know if they are full CD quality or a lower resolution. ✓ Hi FiSo Tool I’m Hi Def is awesome. iTunes Tool is garbage. Same with Offspring and everything. Fixes the problem of garbage audio being given to the consumer because the consumer doesn’t know this is available. It should not be premium to run lossless but if no one else is really doing it it’s worth it. Audio quality can be good and affordable. People that care get this app. The sound quality is CD+. ✓ Music is back!Threw on flow in the other room while i set up the library transfer & was instantly impressed by the song the algorithm selected. ✓ Latest updateIn general, I absolutely love Deezer for how many new artists I've discovered (that I never would have without it) thanks to the 'similar artists' feature. And generally the app works well. That said, I have one little gripe at the moment, which hasn’t been fixed in any of the recent updates. Every time I open the app I’m greeted with the “Oh no, it didn’t work - subscription temporarily unavailable” screen. As soon as I hit ‘OK’ the app opens just fine, so I can only assume this is a bug rather than an issue with my account. Please fix - it’s annoying to be greeted by an error message! ✓ Moved to DeezerI have a few Audio devices with Deezer built in and with the option of FLAC music decided to switch from S****** and pay the extra for the quality in Deezer. I was not sure that I would be able to pick this up, but with a lot of ambient and classical musical styles that I enjoy, the difference is palpable. Generally I find the app easier to move around than the competition, the CarPlay App works well too. Flow - their user driven playlist - seems much more tuned into my taste. The App is a little buggy occasionally and this seems to be something to do with the Cache which needs emptying, most often with CarPlay. When listening to FLAC it takes a few seconds for the audio to start even on a very fast connection which we have (100MB). Playlists are easy to create and curate. I have eclectic tastes and was pleased to find that often Deezer had the same and more than the competition. Unless the competition moves to lossless audio at a lower price point, I am happy to pay for the quality and easy of use that Deezer offers..Version: 6.34.0

It's a shame the discovery features of the "Hear this" section were removed, because that was one of my favourites. ✓ Very CleanI prefer Deezer over other streaming services mainly for its ease of use. The interface for Deezer is super clean and simple, which makes it easy to find any album or artist you’re looking for. Most of the music I listen to (mostly metal & punk) is on there with only a few bands absent. My only small complaint would be that the icon for lyrics to a song or the HQ icon are displayed directly on the album art! Such an odd design choice. However there is one slight downfall, some of my recently added songs end up jumping to the bottom of my playlist for no reason. ✓ Great appI have been using deezer for the last 5 years now and it has been great. however there are a few small issues I have. 1) I cannot seem to find Deezer Labs on my phone or my laptop. I am not sure if this feature was removed or if is hidden. ✓ Important!!! Read before downloading!I had spent hours trying to find a free music app that did not require a subscription. When I found Deezer, I was thrilled. I looked at all the reviews and decided to try it out. It lets you do so many things. I like how it lets you pick your favorite artists. After using it for a couple days, I realized the app has a few minor problems. For instance, I hate how you only get 6 skips per hour. Also, I am pretty poor, and I don’t have much money to spend. With Deezer, it feels like it is only a good app if you get the subscription. There is one last problem that I had. It might just be me though. ✓ Good app but some improvements neededBasically , this app is really good for listing to music offline but you only get a 15 day trial of the premium feature . After that , it keeps harassing you to pay for premium. Other than that the music is good , but sometimes the lyrics are little dodgy and you can’t find all the songs you want .
