✓ Nearly thereI so want to like this app, it has the potential to be the best mind-machine style app there is. the ability to make your own programs is great, even if it's only a 1 step one. the syncronized strobing makes me want to devise some kind of holder to strap the device in front of my eyes. things I would request are to remove the text and graphics from the strobe screen as they add unnecessary brightness. add some kind of multi-step feature so that the session can have a rise up/down to a particular frequency, a sustained time at that frequency and then another finishing gradient. something like a sound waveform attack/decay/sustain/release. that would make it perfect. only then will I release the remaining star I keep trapped like evil bowser. bwah-ha-etc.Version: 0

✓ Works really well on a 4SCould not really get it to work on my 3G or 3GS but it sings on the 4s. All features work as described, smoothly and swiftly. These guys know what they are doing! And since it does work WITHOUT a headset, it must have a pulsed tone, not just binaural. I am building a similar app through my NeuroAdvantage company, called MyMynd, which has different points of emphasis, and I know these folks have done a credible job---it's not as easy as it may look!!!.Version: 2.2.2

✓ A fine audio mixerIt's basically a three-track mixer with a binaural track, a track for recording/importing and playing back subliminal messages, and a track for any other content that you please. (The file server works well.) Version 2 has been a drastic improvement over version 1, and I've been using it for meditative daydreaming, almost every day for two years. I'd suggest some tweaks - the help screen should be iPhone-friendly (it's NOT), and it's time for an isochronic version that wouldn't require headphones - but it's fundamentally a great and versatile app for compiling your own customized binaural experiences. ✓ Great Entrainment App! - Almost PerfectI love this App! I really like when developers take the time to design a beautiful UI for their applications. Form is just as important as function! Attractor looks great and works really well as a binaural beat generator and sound mixer. There are a few things I’d like to see improved and feel would make this The Perfect Entrainment/Meditation/NLP or Hypnosis App! First, there is one major flaw: It is essential for ‘Location’ and ‘Inception' audio files to be seamlessly looped! I’ve created some continuous ambient loops and uploaded them to the app, however, there is always a split second gap when looping; which is very disruptive to any meditation or entrainment session. Please fix this! Changes/Additions I’d like to experience in the future: 1) It would be nice to be able to choose the base (left ear or center position) tonal/pitch frequency for the binaural beat and/or have a selection of known/researched frequencies (chakras, solfeggio tones, etc.). 2) Finer control over the ‘Start' & ‘Target' binaural beat frequency by adding a decimal (i.e. 7.83Hz Schumann Resonance). 3) The addition of a fourth track containing isochronic tones to match (enhance) or counterpoint the binaural frequency. 4) A timeline feature with per track variable volume envelopes and the ability to change the binaural beat base tone and rhythmic frequency over time. 4) A purely cosmetic and semantic renaming of ‘Location’ to something such as ‘Ambience’ since it can likely be something other than a physical location. ✓ AttractorI have tried many entrainment applications, (I mean many) none, to date, beats what Attractor offers. I mainly use this for winding down and sleeping. Without failure within 30 mins. I have either fallen asleep or am so relaxed that all I want to do is ensure all doors are locked and immediately hit the sack! Because I have many other apps., I challenge this app. with others on my iPhone, none put me in the mode to sleep as deep as Attractor. Very versatile and you can really dial in something perfect... Only took about 5 minutes of experimenting to figure out. ✓ *BEST IN SHOW* for Binaurals Apps (Just needs 1 tweak)This is THE ONE. It's very customizable so you can find just the right frequency, ambiance and volume for your own brain. If you really want to go hardcore - record your own message to layer in and check out the visual stimulator. I thought the visual would be a bit much or distracting to say the least but it was perfectly in sync with the binaurals and really brought my meditations to a new level. This is good stuff. If you dig binaurals or if you'd think you'd like to give it a try, jump in and give this one a shot. I also own a dozen or so other apps of this type and this is my favorite. I've deleted the others. The only thing that makes it a 4 star app versus 5 is the inability to save multiple programs. It will save your setting between sessions which is great if you always use it for the same thing but with it being SO customizable, it's a shame that you can't save all of your programs for quick re-use at a later time. ✓ Skeptical at first but really worksIt's very hard to understand how this works without doing research, but it does. I wouldn't even had tried it if it weren't for my sister bugging me about it. I don't know what's up with the creepy picture of a planet on the app but there is no weird hidden voices or anything like that, it's 100% scientific on how your brain and your mood react to certain frequencies. Do some reasearch first and youll be a much happier user. I don't use all the time but when I can't sleep it's a life saver. Took me a while to find the settings that work good for me but once I did it was lights out and a hard nights sleep. Shocked to find that the frequency to invoke dreams also worked. I love using it and programming it, although that has been my only criticism : it hasn't got clear instructions as to how to use it, if you're a complete beginner in mixing your own Binaural sound programs. I think they've got some more work to do on this App yet, like offering a facility to enable gaps between looped recorded sessions, as opposed to constant repetition. Also it would be great to see a HELP button where there are very clear instructions on what everything means and how to use it.But ONCE they've sorted that, it will be incredibly effective . Unlike other applications it’s easy to set up and even do your own thing without having too much knowledge of binaural frequencies. I have recommended it to others who are just as pleased with it as myself. My experience with electronics , Radio Frequency and audio frequency is vastly greater than a few people after 30 years of working in broadcast television and Radio. Therefore I am very grateful that the application has remained more or less exactly the same as I downloaded some years ago. ✓ The Best Light and Sound MachineWhy? It's also the one of the cheapest. Besides the fact that the creator of this software has constantly updated this software to make it better, I would have paid twice as much or more to have it on my iPhone to carry around with me. Instead of having to carry around a hunky machine everywhere I go, I now have one in my iPhone, and nor can any other of the apps similar to this one reach the mark that the Attractor has. Whenever I would like to know a certain specific frequency to turn my mood to, I can look online for the specific frequencies I am looking for right on my iPhone by doing a search for "Binureal Beats". Desired enhancements: - Allow multiple frequency points so I can setup the induction phase, then programming phases, then the ending phase. - Allow different voice recordings per phase with settable delay period - Add more location soundtracks (sell in packs) - Add inception tracks for special purposes. Add an inception script composing editor with suggested scripts/affirmations. (Sell in packs). - Allow for slower location sound loops. Ocean track waves crash too often for meditation. Rain track raindrops are too loud. Add a gentle brook, etc. I love the desert track with the native flute. - True Schumann resonance is the diameter of the earth divided into the speed of light = 7.49 Hz Awesome update! Attractor has had a complete makeover. Previous users, with old habits, like me, will find that they will have to relearn how to use the app; but once you take a few minutes to do that, you will find it delivers as promised. In addition, now that Attractor's support and information pages are up and live at the Dataca Corp. website, you will easily discover how to maximize your use of this app. I have tried many other apps for meditation support or binaural entrainment/entertainment, and Attractor exceeds them all in features, quality of sound, and quality of experience delivered. ✓ The Best Binaural Generator Bar NoneThe version 2.0 update has one of the most beautiful interfaces of any app I own. Remarkable! I have not found another binaural app that has this many features. This is light years above the rest. ✓ More ambient sounds pleaseLove this app! Not as user friendly as it used to be, but I think that must come with its ability to be customized. One thing that has changed that I DON'T like is that the inception message runs from beginning to end rather than being released in a theta state (it used to do this). Please change it back to this. ✓ Affirmative ActionWhile I am new to the science of binaural wave generation, I cannot help but be experiencing profound affects from them. I started with the Tesla apps and learned about the variable Hz affects on the mind. And while I love those applications, I cannot help but feel so much more positive about the opportunity for MY voice to be recording affirmations and placing them into my mind along with the increase in energy and balance from the soothing music and waves. ✓ BinauralI have every binaural app in the store.... They mostly teach you what you should be feeling when you learn this you can reach them ten times faster through regular meditation. The apps will only hold you back after a time. THIS IS THE HOW it's supposed to be done. Wave generation. You want to bring yourself down or up to your target Hz through progression. It's true that you can listen to a steady wave and eventually sync.... This is how it's supposed to be done. Kudos. Got this years ago.
