✓ Bad input positioning with external keyboard on iPadThere seems to be a problem with the latest version when using an external bluetooth keyboard, at least in landscape mode on iPad -- the input area moves up (and the chat area shrinks) to make room for an on-screen keyboard that never shows up. ✓ Ok for chat, nothing else; overpricedIf you want to chat over IRC, them this app does just fine. If you want to do anything else, then the app is insufficient. Cut and paste is not so hot; you can't select what you want to cut. File transfers or even going to an fserve (ctcp)...not an option. ✓ No notificationsWithout my phone being able to vibrate in my pocket and let me know someone has contacted me this app is almost useless for $5. ✓ Updated to iOS 8 without adding background app refreshI bought this program and I like it but, if you don't get background app refresh to work I might have to keep on working on my own IRC client, which basically works, but a lot to do for one person. ✓ Great IRC app!Excellent IRC app, especially for connecting to IRC proxies. This is the only IRC app I've used that can handle a proxy sending large backlogs. Connects quickly, responds quickly, UI is intuitive. Love the arrows for channel switching and activity notification. Two requests: 1) Nick completion. It's a must for IRC (especially with the iPhone's soft keyboard), and it's the only reason this app didn't get another star from me. Mobile Colloquoy's implementation is awesome. 2) It would be great to be able to swipe between channels the same way we swipe between home screens..RsdvalVersion: 0

✓ Bare bones. No help.I have used full featured irc clients like mIRC. This product is bare bones and unable to connect. No help or explanation for fields and entering same info as my other irc products does not work. Hours lost. I installed irc999 and used it to figure out setup with useful messages. ✓ Support?Revision... Okay, I was able to connect to a different server, so I upgraded my rating to 3-stars. However, the documentation is still inadequate -- nicer to have some written help, rather than hope to get help via an e-mail. In addition: some shortcut commands would be nice and, dare one ask: DCC support? :-) First, the "support" is a lame website with three small screen shots that are useless. There's no instructions on what to put where to get to which IRC servers. I use ircle on the Mac, add a server, network, and I'm there. I add the server here, there's no clear place for the network, and all you get is "Operation could not be completed. (OSStatus error -9800)". Huh?
