ASICS Runkeeper—Run Tracker for Negative User Reviews

Paid for Pro but now have to subscribe???I got the Pro version of this App years ago, my first recorded run being from 2012. But unlike other apps, I now have to pay a subscription to get all the features??!! Hardly seems to be in good faith!.Version: 9.7.1

FrustratedRunkeeper doesn’t connect to the GPS on my Apple Watch, very frustrating..Version: 11.5

Data farming with a running featureBecause of corona I have to run outside. I got this app to track my miles and I hate it. When your running for time you need the app to move as smoothly as possible. This kept giving me pop ups nagging me to upgrade that I had to swipe away between strides. It’s counter intuitive in design and the first time I tried it didn’t log my run at all. My next run I finished and tried to stop my clock so I could record my time. I tired to bring up the app and it went to the camera. This happened three times. I got my wife to make sure I wasn’t insane or dying of heat stroke. She said you probably have to take a photo to end the run. So I took a picture of my middle finger and sure enough the app started working again! Then I got a pop up saying the app would like to access ALL my photos!!! what do you suppose this company is doing with your photos?! Who are they selling all that data to? That’s at best. At worst they are collecting your nudes for their own voyeuristic delight. How long before a disgruntled employee puts all those purloined photos online or a hacker gets hold of them. And all I wanted was a glorified pedometer. Just ridiculous..Version: 10.5.1

Three StarsThe typical running/activity tracking app. I give it three starts for it has the basic functions that this type of app has. It tracks my activities, running, walking, biking, hiking, etc. It offers Challenges for you to keep yourself feel the sense of accomplishment. However, the activities are not special, because you will find them in almost any other apps just like it. I am not a hardcore runner or anything in particular for that matter, so it suits my basic needs. Now the two starts it doesn’t earn. The user interface is very boring. At times, it’s rather confuse to do or wouldn’t do what it wants me to do. For example, I want to add the shoes I use to run with. It doesn’t allow you to track the dates where of you are switching shoes during the week. It will not allow me to go back to the day before and add the shoes that I am currently adding today. It will over ride any other shoes on record in between the dates. The accuracy of the distance being track. But then again, this is a hard one for any apps to master, for that matter. However, I run the same distance most of the time, but the app will track it with quite a margin in the differences..Version: 14.2.1

IOS 15.2 problem resolved - ease of communication notIt now works again with 15.2 with the updated patch provided yesterday. - Unable to find any clue why and no option to contact or report to Runkeeper to see if there is a solution. - The inability to send information about app problems at ease remains unresolved - I can never accept any app which makes it impossible to report issues. My ratings therefore remains low. I expect to hear back from Runkeeper with a solution to my grievance about communicating with Runkeeper. Until then my rating will remain low..Version: 12.3.1

Love this app but...I really love this app - in terms of its plans, what it monitors and the data and feedback I get back. Seem to keep coming back to it for these reasons. However two things that really need to be worked on and annoy me - more often than not my Apple Watch never starts working when I commence a run from my phone. This is infuriating. There is some sort of communication breakdown - despite installing and reinstalling etc etc The other huge deal breaker at present is adding Facebook friends. I have emailed regarding this several times but something is seriously wrong with this function. Seeing your friends running is a big motivation in getting fitter. Tonight I found a friend who uses the app. We both managed to find each other and supposedly add each other. But the status on both our phones said the invite was pending???? For the most part Facebook friends of mine using the app never appear when I connect facebook. I have emailed about this several times - been told it is being escalated somewhere and then never receive any definitive actions or solution. Very disappointed by this. Wish the team would spend some time fixing this up once and for all.Version: 10.3

"It's a keeper"Update: May 2018 - the “share to social” function is broken. The app ALWAYS shares to Facebook, even when I tap “skip” in that screen. It’s been broken through the last few updates. **Please fix** ——- March 2016 I used MapMyRun for over two years, before switching to Runkeeper last month. Compared with that app, Runkeeper rates as follows. Pros: * It doesn't crash all the time (or ever, so far) * It's cheaper (i.e. free) * Fewer annoying ads * No nag screen to activate Wi-Fi (and drain battery faster) * It does what it says Cons: * Not quite as much info in the basic version (eg. no split times) I like it!.Version: 8.9.1

DisappointedThis app randomly pauses during a run without notification. Happens at least once per week. Disappointed with the amount I paid for the pro version..Version: 10.3

Audio coach keeps stoppingI love using this app because of the audio coach that motivates me. Although the one bad thing is that sometimes the audio coach will just stop during a workout and I’m either forced to start again which is frustrating or I have to continue without it which makes it more difficult to manage the interval running. I have subscribed because this app is so good but I hope this issue is fixed soon..Version: 11.10

Good for training, not for eventsWe use Runkeeper to train for the London Marathon. For that, it’s been very good. Flexible, easy to enter training times and get stats. However, today we ran a half marathon, and it failed. When we ran through a tunnel,or through zones of no reception, it lost track of distance and time, and didn’t rectify itself. The iPhone has a step tracker and a click, so I don’t understand the failure. June 2022 I have now been using Runkeeper for about four years. It has good training plans, but needs serious work in many areas. Yesterday, I did a surge run, but after the first fast interval, Runkeeper got lost. First, it told me my pace was zero km/hr. Then, it forgot that this was an interval, and simply kept my goal at 5:40. This was hardly the first time. Also, it will give me two widely different paces within seconds. Also, it neither tells me when I am halfway through, or when I am finished. Finally, I always have to check, a few minutes into a run, to make sure that Runkeeper has not simply stopped. More than once, more than a dozen times, I’ve run an extra kilometre or so, because Runkeeper just decided to stop. I am training for a marathon, and I have a Runkeeper Go subscription, but I will not be renewing. Zombies, Run! is more fun, and keeps better track, and MapMyRun looks like it has the other features I need..Version: 13.2.2

My favourite app is dying a slow deathI loved Runkeeper from when I started using it about 13 years ago, but as ASICS took over it’s slipped behind and efforts to ‘integrate’ it into the ASICS brand are misguided - they’re killing the app we loved. The most recent update is the most glaring example of this - all for the sake of using the ASICS colours and fonts, they’ve sacrificed accessibility. I used to be able to read the app on my Apple Watch without my glasses but now the fonts are illegible and I can’t read it while running. Somebody had the wrong priorities in mind when they revised it. The previous heart rate zone chart was way better too..Version: 14.0.1

DisappointedSo I used this app several years ago, back when I was actively running. I had a heart issue that put a halt to that, but now I’m able to start running again. I downloaded Runkeeper yesterday thinking it would be the same great app, but there’s been a lot of changes. Initially I thought the app just became a bit slicker, which is fine. But now I see you have to have a subscription for any training plan. Those used to be free, or at least some of them were. So then I thought the 5k training plan was the only free one, which I was willing to work with, but after the first few runs I notice that’s behind a subscription too! I understand the app and developers need to make money for their work, but it would’ve been nice to at least have a couple training plans that were still free. I always loved Runkeeper, but I already have several subscriptions to other apps and really don’t want to have to add another. Everything is a subscription these days which is kinda annoying. I’d rather just pay a one time flat fee. Oh well. Guess I’ll see what other free run apps are out there..Version: 10.3

Inaccurate, makes a great freezerI downloaded the free app because my spouse did so I figured we'd bike together and have great data to use. I ride much more frequently than her and for the first week and a half it was mediocre. Frequently pauses even though I'm not stopped causing inaccurate data although it also pauses when my ride does so auto pause seems to work. I'm sure nobody wants random pause enabled but there's no way to disable that. Somehow it calculates calories burned without any data. No matter if I bring a 50 pound trailer or have my dog pulling me or ride 3 miles or 5 miles it always says about 300 calories burned. This just can't be accurate. Now, my phone is just freezing and I'm loosing home button functionality when I try to stop the trip. Luckily I'm able to turn off my phone and that allows it to function properly again. But again that is not a fantastic feature. So basically between the random pausing, inaccurate calorie counter, and the freezing this app is trash. I can't possibly imagine someone would want to buy this. If you're considering this app and you've read this far I've heard Strava works well so I'm gonna go try that now..Version: 8.7

Why not sync with Strava, you offer different product?Having recently moved back to the Apple Watch from Garmin, I missed not having Garmin coach for the Training plans. After some research, I found Runkeeper to be the best alternative for Apple Watch user for getting tailored training plans for a given distance (5, 10, half marathon etc). However, as I enjoy Strava which is more of a social network site to share my runs with friends, using Runkeeper means an absolute hassle to manually download files, transfer them across etc. Why not just play nice with Strava so I can enjoy the best of what both of you offer? Guess I’m back to the drawing board as to where I’m going to get my training plans...Version: 12.5

GPS cuts outI’m puzzled by high ratings for this app. It’s functionality is at best average, and reliability is poor due to GPS frequently cutting-out mid-workout, despite full cell-coverage on phone. Very frustrating..Version: 10.8

Some problemsApp does basically what it should but has some irritating, basic flaws. First, the announcing of your pace is all screwed up – it doesn’t give you the correct pace of your last mile, or your average pace, or anything as far as I can tell. The numbers I was told during my run were completely different than the ones shown in stats after I finished. Also, the voice that tells you your stats during your run speaks WAY too slowly and enunciates every syllable in a harsh, grating way. Would be helpful if I had hearing problems but it’s annoying and unnecessary. There are issues when you ask for stats every mile – often it announces you’ve run e.g. 2.01 miles. Seriously?! And when I ran with it yesterday, it said I had run “one miles.” This is like programming 101! Come on guys, get it together! I turned off the voice because I got sick of running a mile and hearing “Total distance. One. Point. Zero. One. Miles.....Average Pace. Seven minutes. Forty two seconds. Per mile.......Total time. Seven minutes. Forty three seconds.”.Version: 8.4.0

Best displayon Apple Watch 2, but simply not trustworthyI’ve tried and ran with all the major running apps - Nike+, strava, etc. while training this year for a marathon. Runkeeper would easily be my favorite if it worked correctly. Lately the total time has been showing a consistent 0:03 on the Apple Watch 2 no matter how long you’re running. Sometimes swiping the watch screen to the pause page and then back fixes this, sometimes it doesn’t. Then it will also bug out and ruin your runs. For example, on my marathon training run today, during the 19th mile (of 20) the Watch app randomly added 10 miles to my total, and started reading 29 miles. All the averages and pace changed to numbers as if I had gone that far. I thought I could fix it on the phoneme online post run, but the run never synced to the phone, despite saving it after stopping. Now the Apple activity app on my phone shows a 30 mile run with the correct total time, but it’s as if runkeeper never knew I went running. 🤷‍♂️ Back to strava I guess, which doesn’t have nearly as elegant an in-run experience, but at least doesn’t crash and bug out and won’t lose my data..Version: 8.3.2

Stopwatch may catch you out. What’s this Stopwatch thing that has just turned up?! Background: I’ve been using Runkeeper for a number of years in the free mode. I used to use it to record my running times and distances, plus my times and distances when walking the dogs. I now mainly use it just for walking the dogs as I have invested in a TomTom watch for running (which isn’t great, but it fits on your wrist so you don’t have to carry your iPhone). Anyway, today I’m on holiday and didn’t have my TomTom watch so went for a run using Runkeeper on my iPhone. I changed the activity from walking to running and it pops up with a new “stopwatch activity”. I’ve never seen this before, but I think it looks correct because I wand to record my time and it could be that otherwise it would do that stupid “pause” thing when you are at traffic lights. Once I got back from my run it ask me to enter the distance I had run???! I think to myself “you’ve got the GPS, not me”. So, the stupid thing hasn’t recorded the distance. Rubbish! Also, how do you turn the volume down before it blurts out “Activity Started” at full volume when you start? Come on Runkeeper, get the basics right before doing all the bells and whistles – it used to be a pretty good app..Version: 8.4.0

Won’t run anymore because of ageDid not use the app for several months due to health problems. Now i can’t open it because it says i must be 18…I’m 56! Obviously the developer missed something here!.Version: 14.12

Sad about Apple Watch functionalityI have used Runkeeper for several years as a motivational exercise record, increasing distance/pace and setting distance goals got me out on even the worst days to complete, paying for the subscription service too. So when my husband got me an Apple Watch Series 6 for Christmas I was keen to be able to walk and run without relying on my phone and it’s increasingly unreliable battery over long walks. First try was using phone app and my watch echoed it. Then went out for a walk without my phone and liked using the watch app but they don’t sync with each other when they meet. Why not?? Argh!!!! Please fix this obvious flaw in the system.Version: 11.3

Runs not syncingI’ve been using this app for a couple of years now and I love it. However my recent run isn’t syncing/saving and I’m afraid I’m going to lose track of my runs now.Version: 14.9

Would get 5 stars but keeps crashing and other bugs….I really love this app. So many useful features….but….about one third of the time it will crash in the first five mins of a run when running just with an AppleWatch. Did it on my AppleWatch series 5 and still does it on my series 7. Very annoying. As of the latest update Audio Cues no longer work on AppleWatch. I’m done with constant bugs and the only response you ever get from support is to uninstall and reinstall the app. It never helps. I think I’ll save my money and go back to Nike - not as many features but at least it works reliably..Version: 14.5

So glitchyIn the three runs I’ve had so far, the trainer has cut out in two of them just as I hit my second or third interval. You’re better off timing yourself and using a free GPS run app..Version: 10.8

Apple Watch running solo keeps missing map and splitsUnfortunately have tried to contact support and not resolved. When using Apple Watch solo it tries to stay connected to the phone and you end up with a run that counts distance and time but the map and splits and elevation don’t work because it is looking for your phone. Only workaround is to kill the app in background, take phone of wifi. Walk far away from phone and turn wifi off watch and then start runkeeper. It’s painful as sometimes the wifi on watch reconnects near house as you start run so you still lose the map and extra detail. Have used Runkeeper on phone for years but love running with watch only. Don’t want to change but it is getting frustrating. Should have a watch only mode to force it..Version: 11.5

Update ruined it!I loved this app, but the update has changed the settings of the volume when listening to music. It used to be that the volume wouldn’t change when you start a workout, now since the update when you start a workout the volume of the music is greatly reduced to the point where you can barely hear it, I understand some people might not want the music to be that loud because you can’t hear the running coach as clearly but for me having the music at a loud volume is essential when running! I’ve tried everything on the app to adjust this but nothing has worked so I am now cancelling my subscription. Such a shame as it’s such a simple fix, and it baffles me that there’s so much you can do on his app but you can’t adjust the volume of the music when in a workout!.Version: 11.10

Used to be flexibleI used to love runkeeper because I could view my whole training plan in advance and it allowed me to scroll back and forth through the activities so I was more likely to train on days when I was less motivated. It also used to let you customise or choose from a selection of pre built options and now only lets you ‘customise’ your own plan. I don’t like the activities as much any more and can’t view the whole plan - have since decided to try a different app that gives me more flexibility..Version: 13.7

Enjoyable to DreadfulI’m not new to fitness but I am new to running, so this app was really great for me initially! I loved how much it motivated me and provided enough recovery between intervals. I couldn’t wait for the next day to run again. But it got dreadful quick. Not that the app is bad, it’s still good.... I just wish I could tailor my training programs to accommodate my health conditions. Not only am I new to running, but also have asthma and a heart arrhythmia. Immediately jumping to 30 seconds to catch my breathe is not sufficient to go back into 90 seconds of running. It would be great to have options that provided appropriate rest:run times that matched these guidelines for the special population. It’s even worse feeling bad about yourself for not jumping right into the run because of still trying to catch my breath with my heart rate pushing 200bpm. I just wish that this app provided a little more flexibility within training programs, being mindful of those with health conditions who are trying to work through them..Version: 10.6.1

Apple Watch WoefulI really wanted to like Runkeeper. The training plans looked good, the interface isn’t too bad either. I’m just starting out running so wanted the training plans so I didn’t just go out for a jog. I wanted to get better. I set a 5K plan though I’d run that distance no problem before I wanted to improve my time. First 3k run was fine. First “Surge” run I got no input from the watch via haptic to say when the next interval was. Not great when “You can leave your phone at home!” Just returned from another “surge” this time feint haptic, barely perceptible when running faster then.....it crashed. I looked down and it’s back on the start run screen. Lost the workout. Also while running I swiped to see the next interval so I could judge it because haptic was poor. Swiped back to main info and it’s blank. Several back and forth swipes to get it to come up. Not good enough for a paid service. iOS13 has been in developer beta for a long time so there’s really no excuse. I just cancelled my 7 day trial to then see an update is available. If this is fixed it then it really could be the best out there. Others don’t have plans on the wrist supplied directly. Some you can program with intervals etc but Runkeeper has it all in house. It could be perfect but it’s just too unreliable. 2 out of my first three runs didn’t work at all..Version: 9.13.4

Great app but too many technical issuesI have used the free version for years and I loved it, but I took a subscription recently to follow a training program and I am a bit disappointed and frustrated by the amount of bugs. Some of my activities haven’t registered properly and still appear as undone in the training program, even when I try to re-enter them manually. At some point my program got completely messed up for a week (the days I’d selected had changed), then came back to normal. It’s a shame because the training program in itself is great..Version: 13.5.1

Giving up - too unreliableI persevered and persevered with Runkeeper because some of its features are really great - but it’s just not worth the frustration. It crashes during runs - not all the time but often enough to be infuriating. And when you know you just ran a pb but the app doesn’t save it ... :(. Plus the built in Apple watch workout app has got better and better - you can control music, start a new workout without ending the one you’re on etc etc - and most importantly is rock solid in terms of reliability. So i’m cancelling my Runkeeper subscription..Version: 8.10

What a waste of timeI’ve spent a whole evening trying to get this version to work with my iPhone and Apple Watch as it always did. Runkeeper blogs, community blogs, following advice on resets, reinstalls, etc... you get the message. It shouldn’t be this hard Runkeeper. Subscription comes up next month and it won’t be renewed. Very disappointed!.Version: 10.5.1

Bugs reported in the past are not getting fixedI was hoping that the recent good ratings were a sign of things getting better, I bought a discounted subscription to use the Training option. First, when you create a training, it doesn’t check your previous runs to know your level. Second, the synchronisation between the phone and the server is way too long, never under 6h. Then when you run with the watch only and use the workouts, the synchronisation gets even worse. Once a training plan is created, and workouts are logged there’s no way of reviewing the plan and adapt depending on your performance. No use of the playlists on the watch app, so the stats are not spoken over the music during the activity. Positive point, I’m happy it was a discounted subscription. But I think I’ll have to look somewhere else..Version: 9.6

App stop automaticallySo frustrated with this app. Stop by its own during intervals training. I'm really so so unhappy... Do not use this app.Version: 10.3

Great experience until it stopped being reliableFor a couple of months I’ve been using Runkeeper and loved it. It’s simple but rich watch complication was just perfect. But over the past two weeks I’ve had three runs that I’ll start from my watch and see distance increase. However at a later time, like say when I know I’ve hit my next mile, I’ll check my time and the distance will have reset to 0.00. The timer is still going and luckily I run the same route in my neighborhood so I just have to get on a computer to fix my distance. But the point of this review is for users to beware that this app will spoil you and when it doesn’t work, it’s quite frustrating by comparison. I will keep checking for updates both firmware and AppStore hoping that this issue disappears. Update: Tracked a 5K this morning from my watch, reviewed the stats as my 2nd fastest 5K on my phone. Then I went to my dashboard to see my week stats and the activity changed to a 0.09mi run lasting 35 seconds. So I’m officially done trusting this app. I will leave my rating because it really was awesome when it worked well..Version: 8.5.1

Keeps pausingI used to love it, but now it pauses automatically within a few minutes, even with auto-pause turned off, and it happens while I’m moving. So frustrating when I’m trying to track distance..Version: 9.13.4

Planned workout disappearedI went running today (Sunday) beginning of my workout week. When I was done, 2 workouts of the week were gone!!! Did that twice since I registered!!!!.Version: 9.10.2

GPS is inaccurateI've been using this app on and off for a few years. I've never had any issues with it until this week (2nd April 2018) when I started using it again after about 1 year off from running. I completed a 90min walk and it stated I'd walked 24km. When I looked at the map tracking my kilometres points were in all sorts of crazy directions. I updated the app and completed a run this morning with the same thing. It's very frustrating when you're trying to track progress. PLEASE, Please fix this. I don't want to look for another app but I may have to..Version: 8.8.2

Not really Apple Watch integratedWatch and phone versions just don’t work well together in any mode. Last release boasted lots of testing on the icon design. Who cares about the icon when the app keeps losing runs and not syncing ? Apple Activity seems to sync but not the Runkeeper app itself ? Next release needs to be soon and working or I’m done with Runkeeper after many years. Most of my friends have already moved away. UPDATE: new release today. Looks nice on watch but I set phone to kph and watch ignored that and shows pace. Useless..Version: 8.7

No elevation yet for watchWhy is no elevation recorded when using the watch? Also no cadence recorded. Changed to standard apple watch workout app which has both. Pity as iphone app has some nice features..Version: 9.2

Long time user - will switch to another running appI’ve been using RK since 2010. It was the best app ever for stats, GPS accuracy, and training plans. I’ve been a paying subscriber for many years and I loved the audio couching plans, which were very serious and truly helped me prepare for races, from 5k to half marathons. Now these plans are completely gone. I tried many times to set up a “personal” plan for a race, but what I get is a lousy 4-day plan (while I want to run 5-6 days), with vague instructions about comfortable, slow, long runs, etc. No variation, no audio couching anymore. Why should I pay for this miserable service that I could even find for free somewhere else? I’d rather buy a Garmin watch and listen to my music in my iPhone. Also, better forget about using Apple Watch, which will give you crazy stats and record zigzag runs in the map. I just don’t use the watch anymore with RK. So again, why should I continue to use this app, and even worse, why should I pay for it? This is extremely disappointing. I’m doing some research to find a better app with audio coaching and better training plans. It’s a shame to be basically forced out after 9 years..Version: 9.2

Used to love - now not so sureI loved Runkeeper for back when I was doing outdoor runs. Now I am on the treadmill (easier on the joints and now don’t have to worry about daylight or weather). The “stopwatch” mode is supposed to be used for indoor running. I have two major issues with it. First, every time I close the app it switches back from stopwatch mode to GPS mode, so I have to switch it back at the start of every run. Second, for my training plan a lot of the runs are broken into intervals based on distance (not time), and/or the warm up is based on distance; well the app can’t tell your distance when on a treadmill, so you are just stuck in that interval and it doesn’t proceed on. There’s no way to change the interval to a time instead, and/or no button to go to the next interval. I have to write down the intervals and do them manually on the treadmill, and then manually enter the run into the app. I really enjoyed the app before but now because of this I am just not using it. It is not robust enough for indoor running sadly..Version: 11.8.4

Training Plans InflexibleRunkeeper won’t allow me to start a marathon training plan if my marathon races are less than 12 weeks apart as the plans need ‘12 weeks’. This is a silly restriction. I should be able to customise the plan or start the plan halfway through if I want - eg. I should be able to skip the base training if I’ve just recently raced. Not everyone starts their training from ‘zero’. Please fix this as this is the ONLY reason I’m paying a subscription. I’m quite disappointed in this inflexibility. The training plan is why I want to use Runkeeper. Otherwise I can just use the Apple Workout App….Version: 11.6.2

Training schedule not workingWhile the app is in the most part what I am looking for. The training schedule is at times faulty. When starting a new training week the 3 runs for the week are there. However once entering the first session and returning to the schedule screen the first two runs disappear. So with only one run done onSunday or Monday the others disappear saying that this is only the partial training schedule and your. We week will start on Sunday. Frustrating..Version: 9.5.4

Age requirementI’m 14 and I’ve been tracking my runs for over a year and suddenly I don’t meet the “age requirement” anymore?? Will this get fixed? So sad if I loose all my workouts!.Version: 14.6.2

Not very compatible with Apple WatchI used Adidas Runtastic app and loved that if I started run from my iPhone (strapped to my arm), details of the run immediately came up on my Apple Watch so I could monitor my pace etc from the watch without having to wait for an interval audio cue. I prefer Runkeepers training plan so have set up a subscription to that. Two runs later, I find that when I start a run from my phone, no details come upon my Apple Watch despite having Runkeeper installed on the watch. I have tried to start run directly from the watch but my running playlist from Apple Music does not come on like it does when I start a run from my iPhone. Runtastic works simultaneously with iPhone and Apple Watch. I’m switching back to Runtastic because of this ...... makes my life a lot easier!!!! Keep up with your competition Runkeeper!!!!.Version: 10.3

Garmin Syncing IssuesGood app but temperamental with Garmin watches. Workouts from my marathon plan that I purchased on Runkeeper stopped syncing with my Garmin watch. This syncing issue appears to have been acknowledged by ASICS years ago. It’s disappointing as I was enjoying using the app but must cancel my membership as it’s unusable on my watch or without carrying my phone around on my run with me..Version: 14.6.1

Disappointing decision to unlink Apple WatchSeems like every new version of RunKeeper since ASICS purchased the company 2 years ago is loosing functionalities. The last blow for me was the unlink of Apple Watch from the iPhone app in v10.3. I am Switching to another app that have more consideration to their users. I was with RK since 2015. I do need to thank you for the great partnership in the last 5 years to help me continue to Iove running. Hopefully the smart developers that started the company will move on to other interesting running app as it seems ASICS decided to kill the great spirit of RK..Version: 10.3

Loved at first now I’m disappointedI started the 5k program led by Erin and loved it so subscribed for a year thinking that when I finished that program others would be similar. They aren’t. They seem well structured but are based on pacing which would be great if the information on pacing was fed through audio at suitable intervals but it isn’t so I ended up trying to look at the pace on my phone whilst running, ruining any chance of decent form. Secondly, when you come off a coached training program, like that run by Erin, it’s very odd to suddenly not have those tips and companionship on a run. It would be great to have more of these kinds of programs that can be progressed through and perhaps weaned off the coaches voice rather than being forced to go cold turkey. Finally, unlike some other apps the maps don’t show information on speed etc. Not a massive deal but these are engaging ways to visualise where and why you went slower/faster etc..Version: 10.8.1

No free plans on iPhone anymore? Samsung only?Ive run with both iPhones and Samsung phones and I am realizing with their latest updates, you cannot set any training goals and use the basic free plans on iPhone without subscription but the option is still available on the Samsung phones. Ridiculous. Also this seems to waste my battery quite a bit. It would be helpful to have a marathon power save feature which would help the phone to preserve energy during the long runs of 15+ miles. And another thing, the apple watch and iphone dont actually sync when you start from one or the other. If You have to start from your phone because your set workout doesnt show on the watch, you have to start from both separately and hope that at the end they grab the correct stats from the phone. Otherwise if you start your run from the phone and forget to from your watch, starting later will show current stats from the phone but when you finish you may get the stats from wherever you started from the apple watch..Version: 8.3.2

I’m not Mo Farah..I started using the free version of this app a few weeks ago, and thought it was brill! Bit odd that you can only set your training schedule so that the race has to be on a Saturday, when every major race is on a Sunday, but that’s fine. Over the weekend, though, things have gone a bit awry. On my Saturday run the GPS went completely haywire when I ran through a park, and at points it had me running faster average miles than Mo Farah. Whilst I like to think this app is helping improve my speed, I don’t think it’s going quite that well. The GPS hasn’t been right since. On Sunday I did an 8.5 mile run and it thought I had done 10 miles (which I was aiming to do! But stopped when it said the workout was complete) and this morning it managed to add half a mile in the first 2.. I’m afraid if things don’t get better I will have to go back to NTC..Version: 9.0

It’s just getting worse and worseGarbage app won’t sync my activities. Only a matter of time until they shut it down or all users migrate to another app..Version: 14.9

Quality has slippedI have the premium version and have for many years. Since recent updates have been full of bugs and glitches. Can no longer start a run in the watch and have it sync immediately on the phone. Vice versa, start a run on the phone and it won’t sync on the watch, making it difficult to immediately track HR and pace. Issues with pausing mid run, thereby impacting pace, distance and time, all important metrics when training for a goal. Please Runkeeper, fix these issues because Strava is looking increasingly more desirable..Version: 10.5.1

Was great, but can't trust it any moreI've had Runkeeper for some time now & considered it good enough to upgrade to Runkeeper Go... However, as others have also reported, it is completely unreliable with the Apple Watch now. I've lost many activities through it randomly pausing, crashing, restarting, etc. Too many to trust it now, so I've just reverted to Apple's own watch tracking. I hope an update will be out to fix this ASAP, otherwise the subscription is useless to me. Was working again generally with another update, but then the latest update now makes the app crash whenever I try to go into my activities. Had to go on the website to delete a test activity. **Thought things had improved with newer updates, but still has reliability issues & no flexibility when following a ‘plan’ to assign correct workouts to the specific plan days - it will randomly assign unrelated workouts, but won’t let you pick the correct one yourself!?**.Version: 8.10.1

Music doesn’t work anymoreApp was great before but suddenly music from Spotify doesn’t sync with app anymore, can’t listen to audio cues and music at the same time... Sucks because I paid for a subscription but I don’t want to run without music and the audio cues were helpful.Version: 9.8.2

Pretty good, but buggyPretty good running app (and I’ve tried most of them). Used for almost 12 months with ’Go’ subscription, but it’s unlikely I’ll re-up as the number of bugs and poor design choices are just too annoying. These are; passive walking feature interferes with your training plan, logging a short walk as a run and this cannot be removed, throwing your whole plan out the window. It also failed to recognise my London Marathon run as having completed marathon distance (it still says “not yet” - very irritating). iTunes playlists fail to play random - they always play sequentially, no matter what. It would be fine if these issues were temporary and fixed with updates, but it’s been 12 months - not good enough for a paid service..Version: 9.9

All over the placeI’ve been using the free version Runkeeper to track my activity for a few years and found it simple and easy to use. Sure there’s features I don’t use but for basic GPS distance, time, pace etc. It was just what I needed it for. Since the update last week it has gone mental. It says I’m walking at 4 minutes to the mile double counts (and more) the distances and the tracking jumps about all over the place - which is probably the root of the problem. I’ve not had one single activity tracked correctly since the upgrade to v9.0. If I want to add activities to maintain my stats, I’m having to do it manually. None of my other GPS apps have this issue. If I’d paid for this I’d be looking for a refund..Version: 9.0

Consistently shutting down and restartingSee title.Version: 14.10

App has become super unreliableI’ve used Runkeeper for about 10 years and have always found it to be pretty reliable until the last few months. Now it pauses tracking around 80% of the time when I’m tracking hikes. Literally everytime I get to the car and check the app it’s paused about 1/4 of the way into the hike. I track my year on year activity so it’s super frustrating and I’m not paranoid and have to keep checking it’s on. Am one pause away from switching to Strava. Please fix this issue from a very frustrated long term user..Version: 12.5.2

Calorie Calculator QuirksThe app works great except for the calorie calculator. My health insurance provider has a fitness tracking program where you can earn points that can be redeemed for prizes including gift cards which basically gives you cash. You earn points based on every 100 calories burned during a workout. When I ride my bike Runkeeper will show the current amount of calories burned. After I save the workout and review the calories burned in the feed tab Runkeeper will have added calories to the amount it was showing when I saved the workout. When I walk Runkeeper will deduct calories when I save the workout. There is nothing worse than ending up with an amount of calories burned that is just under the next 100 calorie total. I have ended up with an amount ending with 99 calories multiple times. If I would get an accurate count before I save a workout I could easily go a little longer (sometimes literally walking or riding for a few seconds) to get to the next 100 calorie total..Version: 11.3

Cannot edit a training plan with manual entryI have already submitted this feedback. When you need to enter a manual run to a training plan it won’t save. Can’t figure out how to do it on the app or website.Version: 14.14

Run data lost! Repeatedly!I tried Runkeeper, really I tried. Over the years I've had an Apple Watch I tried to rely on the watch app. I live the GPS tracking and the robust data in the phone app, but I simply can't use an app that is unreliable. Specifically, when I use the native watch app I will regularly lose runs. I'll finish the run and try to stop it on the watch and the app will not Jake pausing, stopping and recording the run. At various points in the process it will just crash to the first screen and the run will not be recorded. This had happened MANY times and is utterly frustrating. This NEVER happens with the Apple Watch Workout app. It's not as fancy and detailed as Runkeeper, but it works reliably. At the end of the day that's more important. The dad thing is that after leaving Runkeeper years ago due to this problem, I came back to it after getting a new Series 4 Apple Watch, certain that they must have fixed these problems over the years. Nope, still randomly loses runs. Doesn't crash as much which is good I guess, but the point of a fitness tracker is to accurately and consistently track your fitness. When it can't do that then it's worthless. Makes me sad, but later Runkeeper. Maybe these issues will get fixed in another 5 years or so....Version: 9.12.2

Not trackingThis is the third time this month it didn’t track my activity! Very frustrating. I have been using this app to track for a bit now and have 3953 km tracked. Seriously considering switching if it happens again. Fix the app please.Version: 14.8

This app used to be greatI’ve used this app for years and loved it. The last 6 months it is junk. The biggest thing is every activity I do with Apple Watch it multiplies it. It’s even adding activities to previous weeks so now I have hundreds of miles logged that I didn’t even do. That in turn is adding miles to shoe tracker and telling me I need new shoes after a few weeks. I thought maybe the app wasn’t compatible with my older iPhone 6 so I upgraded to a 10 and with no better results. Every activity I do with the phone when I go to save it the app tells me the server is slow and it can’t sync activity. Most of the time activities aren’t even showing in the feed, friends don’t get notified when I complete an activity. Now with the latest update they’ve removed the connection between the watch and phone so now I can’t monitor my heart rate when cycling. Now with over 5,000 miles logged I guess I need to find a new app to use. Very disappointing! Update: before writing this review I was in contact with support numerous times and seems there was no solution. They said they were working on it..Version: 10.3

Apps keep buggingI dont know why but I’m I’m thinking of changing app cause this on keeps bugging and doesn’t aling with the gps iphone 13 and it make me mad cause Ive been using it for almost 2 years plus and i will loose all my stat’s.Version: 14.7

Bugs, bugs & more bugs....I’ve had enough of this app & it’s empty promises. The application sync between use of your Apple Watch & iPhone apps is a waste of time. Midway through a workout (run, bike ride, walk...) the iPhone app shuts down & Apple Watch App continues - well sort of. It crashes, doesn’t record calories, since the iPhone app crashes your GPS distance stops....Then trying to save your workout from Watch to iPhone? HA Good luck! More miss than hit as it rarely works. You end up having to manually enter the data on the website. You might as well use a pencil & pad to record your workouts as that’s what you’re basically doing anyway as the recording, syncing & saving functions are at best hap-hazard. I’ve persisted with RK for about 6 years & the same headaches never go away despite the continued assurances that they’re fixing things. Don’t waste your money on RK GO as all you’re doing is paying for a higher level of disappointment, frustration & application failures..Version: 8.6.1

App Works fine on iPhone but crashes on Apple Watch frequentlyRunkeeper has been my activity app for the past 3-4 years and I like it a lot. However I got an Apple Watch 4 in June this year and the app crashes for no reason on the Watch losing my current activity data. This has happened far too often that I went out for a 10K run and after looking at the Watch after sometime I notice that the app has crashed and has missed all my activity. This is certainly not ideal if you are in a race and attempting to beat your Personal Best and the app fails on you. Please fix the Watch app..Version: 9.13.4

Please bring back app to Today on lock screenYour app is so frustrating to use. First, you remove the feature from the home screen, which made it difficult to use when I’m doing track workouts. So once I got the Apple Watch, I thought that would resolve my complaint. But then your app kept resetting during my runs and I would lose the data. It was especially frustrating during a 16 mile run when the app reset TWICE during the same run! After that, I decided to stop using your app and use a more reliable running app. I thought I would give it a try again almost one year later and ONCE AGAIN, your app reset! I wish you would improve your app. I have had this app for almost 8 years, and it has not improved at all over this time. You are so far behind the other apps. Why don’t you have segments like Strava? It’s extremely popular. And you’re not doing anything to make it better. I once used to pay the subscription, but it’s no longer worth it..Version: 9.10.2

Custom Plans - don’t take into account tour workersI’m only writing this here because I can’t see a spot to contact support on the app for iPhone. Runkeeper is overall a very good application and helpful, the only issue I’ve seen that’s changed in the last year is that when you’re making a custom plan it forces you to pick which days of the week to run on. Anyone working 12 hour shifts and a ‘4 on 4 off’ schedule will have alternating days they’re available each week; the old plans never made you choose which days to run on in advance. It’s an easy issue to fix and hopefully it is esp. for those of us that pay for the subscription 😎.Version: 12.5.2

GPS glitches are really frustratingI have been using this app for about 6 years and love everything except the glitches on the GPS/map that make sharp dashes all over the place rather than actually tracking the path you’re running and it thinks you have run all these dashes which then skews your distance and pace, it doesn’t happen all the time but I’d say 1 in 3 runs it does which is very frustrating as it doesn’t accurately record your run and can be out by minutes in pace and up to a whole km or more in distance. When you click the map it gives an option to smooth GPS but there seems to be a glitch with this too and it won’t actually save the smoothed map, only option on the screen is to then click cancel - it would be great if this could be fixed!!!.Version: 10.6.1

GPS accuracyHave been using this app for years and only recently the GPS has been playing up. I know I run a bit spastic but come on 😉! The gps fix helps a little after the fact but it smooths it out too much...this morning I went from a 19k run to a 10k after the FPS smooth. My friends app...which is a whole lot more accurate showed our run as 13k. Sort this issue and I will keep using...but for now will use Fitbit or Relive..Version: 9.1

Unreliable buggy appRunkeeper has run for years but no more. Each release seems to have more bugs than before. It crashes on a daily basis (iPhone X) and even when it starts can crash out mid activity or fail to acquire a GPS signal when other apps are having no difficulty whatsoever. I think my days with Runkeeper are decidedly numbered..Version: 8.10.1

Apple Watch BugsStopwatch mode isn’t working. Set to Strength training it adds a kilometre every few minutes, racking up 20 km over a one hour gym session. The digital clock blocks the app more than not, even coming on before the three second countdown timer ends. This makes viewing stats almost impossible unless hands are free make an exaggerated “looking at watch” motion, or tapping screen. Hard while cycling or doing weights! The Apple settings to prevent wrist down actions in certain apps don’t work, nor do the 70 second delay setting for this. Limited exercises on watch compared to phone, meaning I can’t set stopwatch mode or strength training via the watch, I have to drain my phone battery. I’ve liked this app for years but it boils down to just logging runs and a timing duration of activities with this. I’d rather not be frustrated by constant false 1km notifications and digital clocks and just make a note of my exercise on a physical calendar..Version: 14.2.1

Distance glitchThe distance measuring aspect is sometimes way off. As in, it has tracked my route, but then the map shows my path as skewing off abruptly in a completely wrong direction - adding extra kilometres to my measurement! ( a couple of diagonal lines through fields and houses not even on an actual road) - before returning to my actual route. This happened twice on the one route today. It said I’d done 5.6km but actually I’d only done about 3.5km (I know this for certain as I’ve measured it independently). Weird..Version: 9.7

Kms and pace completely out of rackUsed this app for the last year at least but haven’t been running since April 2018. Today I updated app and went out for a run with a friend . Her km and pace were completely different to mine and more likely the accurate as mine was a two minute shorter pace and were not running fast . Also my kms were ready at least 1 km ahead of hers.Version: 9.1

Missing somethingThere should have the Treadmill option..Version: 12.5.2

The new version screws up my recordStarted using it again after one year, it’s summer time here, try to track my run outside, sadly, the recording stopped by itself and got lost, I went for a 7km run, it ended up with only 5km recorded because I have to start the recording in the middle of running again!!!!! I’ll probably switch to other app if it keeps doing this..Version: 9.4

AgeIt won’t let me sign up apparently I’m not at age when I’m 12 years old?? And the age limit currently says 4+ . SO UNFAIR!!😡😡.Version: 14.10

Good but not quite right on Apple WatchIt’s a good app but it needs better integration with Apple Watch. I like that it shows your runs and gives you options for training plans and custom work outs. Problem is it doesn’t update the Apple Watch activity rings. For example I could go for a 30min run on run keeper. It will show up as a workout on the Apple activity app. But it won’t update the activity rings with a 30 min work out. The activity rings will show only what the native app picks up which is generally less. The other issue is that you can’t delete custom workouts created. Would be great if it could fix these issues then I would give it 5 stars..Version: 11.8.4

New issue: manual entries and Apple WatchI have use Runkeeper for about 10 years and loved it. Then I got an Apple Watch. I was excited that I could use them together and even tried to overlook the glitches. But in the past 2 weeks or so I noticed adding exercise equipment (e.g. a treadmill) wasn’t an option for manual entries and also noticed when I entered a manual [treadmill] entry so it would record in Runkeeper, it is giving me double Exercise points on the watch and Fitness app (the green ring). I noticed it a couple times so did a test this morning. It was true. Did a quick 5 minutes on the treadmill. Fitness ring went up 5 minutes appropriately based on heart rate, etc...from wearing the watch. I went into Runkeeper to manually enter the distance and time from the treadmill, and in the 1 minute it took me to manually enter the info, the Watch’s green exercise minutes went up by another 5 minute. Please help! I would like to still wear my watch when I’m on the treadmill...but also want the distance/times tracked on Runkeeper. I just started using the treadmill instead of outside GPS activity only, so maybe it’s something I’ve clicked in terms of how it’s reading/writing with the watch? Thank you!!!.Version: 11.4.1

What happened?!?Everything was going wonderful until you guys updated the app, and now I’m unable to listen to my music while using the app, This issue needs to be fix ASAP. I hope you guys get back to me about it, Because none of the advice I get from support has worked..Version: 9.8.2

Inundated by sex advertisementsWell, I thought I would love this. The subscription service has good traits and I like the training programs that are customizable to specific goals and current activity level. The app lets you know how fast you’re going and calls out whether you’re at target or below at intervals you select. Great! Two problems I face that make me wish I had never installed it. 1) the maps interface consistently under-measures my distance. I have gotten so obsessed with this I went on a run with THREE additional devices, all of which showed that I had gone farther than RunKeeper gave me credit for. I suppose this is great if you want your race time to be faster than practice? 2) I consistently get messaged by users on the app who are advertising hookups or hot singles near me. I had to re-check my privacy settings to see that my activity was only visible to friends, but it turns out MAPS are hidden but activity is default visible to everyone. Getting pinged by users with half-naked profile pics is just a super duper turnoff. Runkeeper needs to do a better job moderating the community so that this is a safe space to work out, not a skeezy spam source..Version: 11.2.1

DisappointedIdisappointed with paid version (Runkeeper go). I needed to slide my training plan by a few days because I was sick. You can only move the next training session. Then it snowballs after that. Target pace didn’t follow the move so kept saying “0” on my run. I can’t see any support to help me with pacing. All it says is run at x pace. You’re x ahead or behind. You can’t even change your ultimate goal pace if you want / need. For the price you pay I expected more. Negative comments like you’re x behind your target pace doesn’t help either. Give me a idea how to pick it up. Pace me with beats to increase cadence or something. Unless things change and features are added I won’t re-new premium. It’s just not worth it..Version: 9.5.4

Got buggy?I think the devs need to fight out a few bugs in here. I used the app a good while back and came back to running recently. I took up the £30 annual plan with ‘run with Erin’. It hasn't been a smooth onboarding and I'm feeling slightly niggled i forked the money. Couple of gripes: - When you start a program you don't seem to get pre selection about selecting music etc.. You need to go back to quickstart.. then set.. then come back to guided workouts. I thought another option would be selecting ‘workout’ but thats no joy either as it tries to take me down setting up a new 5km plan. Not to ‘workout 3’ of my current plan. - When i started the plan there was no indication of week progress.. a reinstall has fixed this though. - A pretty big bug on my first 2 runs was not being able to hear Erin. As the audio levels for music and the voice were the same. I had the latest version of app installed. In the end i uninstalled.. re installed and yes i can now sort of see it working... however.. the app now crashes sometimes with iTunes selected in quickstart/music. and/or i need to open the music app first then open run keeper to get the audio level to drop and respond correctly. (Just spent last 10mins trying to solve this, i think i know what i need to do before next run). IDK the app does not feel as solid and simple to use as before. I’ll see how the next run goes and possibly re update. Pretty disappointing so far..Version: 11.8.1

Inconsistent. When it works it’s great. Unfortunately it will occasionally stop tracking mid-workout (and I have the auto-pause function turned off). Very frustrating to lose progress..Version: 10.8

New update not as goodI downloaded Runkeeper a few years ago when I was trying to get in to running and paid for Runkeeper pro. Runkeeper pro no longer is a thing and it’s changed to an expensive subscription service. The new upgrade with the free 5k training is appreciated but it’s annoying that every time I open up the app it automatically loads the 5k training plan which I’m not using. Today I went to my local park run and was aiming to try for a new PB. Set up the app as usual with voice cues. The voice cues didn’t work once all the way round which meant my pace was a nightmare to try and judge. When the app works I rate it as one of the best. But it definitely needs work to sync with music apps and remove the bugs..Version: 9.12.2

Can’t use the app after the last update?Anyone else getting stuck at a screen saying “In order to have a Runkeeper account you must meet certain age requirements.”? I just updated the app the other day and now can’t move past this screen! I’ve fully closed the app and reopened it a number of times, but no progress. I’m using iOS 11.2 - not that old. Please Runkeeper fix this soon. Normally, however, when I can actually get into the app, I use Runkeeper a lot for my runs and walks etc. There are always a few small bugs and issues in the app, but never big enough to go to the effort of reporting as I can usually do what I need..Version: 9.0

Split timings always wrong!Runkeeper is on the whole a good looking, easy-to-use app which in terms of tracking and GPS etc seems to work flawlessly. However, despite the audio stats and final end time of each run I do being 100% accurate, the split timings are continuously wrong. For example, a recent half marathon with an average km time of 4:58 was shown in my splits as all but 3 km having been in access of 5 mins per km. It’s obvious from even a quick glance at the stats that they are wrong, and when compared with my splits on Apple’s Activity app, there can sometimes be a time difference of up to 15 seconds per km. For an app that comes with a subscription charge, this is really disappointing and confusing seeing as the audio stats seem to be totally locked in. Thumbs down, Runkeeper..Version: 11.0.2

No audio on Apple WatchGreat app except no audio with the Apple Watch unless you carry your phone with you, which defeats the purpose of buying the watch and app in the first place. It’s been long enough to implement the voice prompts, the watch is now at version 4, hurry up Runkeeper or you’ll lose me. I have a half marathon in a couple of weeks and I can’t run with phone, will have to change apps unfortunately after using this for all training over 5 months. Not good enough. The latest update is awful and I’ve lost heart data and it keeps crashing, will be looking for alternatives next week, decoupling was a dreadful idea from watch and phone.Version: 10.3

Didnt connect with Apple WatchWaste of time!.Version: 14.12

Been using 6 Years, It’s gone way downhillStarted using this app in 2013. I’ve logged 1,349 activities. But in the past two years, the app just randomly quits in the middle of a workout. I’ve tried uninstalling, RE-installing. I’ve tried on my watch and my phone and on various versions of iOS. There’s only one consistent thing about it... crashing. This evening I was going for a PR on running distance. I have a long sordid history of injuries so getting back out and running any kind of distance is big for me. Hitting a PR is an especially tall task given the fact that my orthopedist told me I’d never run again. I’ve overcome a lot to get to the point where I am today. 1 mile away from my goal and the app crashed. My watch battery was good. My music app was streaming music fine so I know I had a solid data connection. The app did what it does on just about every workout... it just randomly stops tracking the workout. This problem started about 2 years ago. At first it was random and rare. Then, it started happening more often. This year has been the worst since I’ve been using it. If ASICS didn’t have the capital to stand behind the product they shouldn’t have invested. I’ll have to try the PR again but record it on a reliable app..Version: 10.1.1

I don’t want to create an account - deleting RunkeeperI previously rated this app with 5 stars (see below) Since it will no longer allow use of the app without creating an account and logging in, I will be deleting Runkeeper and finding another app to use. There are many running apps out there to choose from and I am willing to pay for a one-time purchase - as long as logging in is not a requirement. ======= My previous review follows: ====== Love this app. I opened the app for the first time, pressed start, and took off running. Every 5 minutes, it reported my time, distance, and rate in minutes/mile for me to hear while I run. While running, it displays a map following my tracks. Also it displays stats during the run - which r not really needed to look at since I hear them every 5 min. When finished running, i pressed stop and it recited a summary of my workout for me to listen to while I warmed down. Then allowed me to write notes about the workout before I saved it. There was no learning curve for using this app. It was very intuitive. I can call up saved runs and view the map of my tracks as well as the stats. It also compares all my runs and displays my best in a summary of all runs. I have not created an account. And I'm still on version 5.5. There are many more features in this app which I have not felt the need to use yet..Version: 9.12.2

What a problemIt was my go to app for years but now it no longer tracks the GPS correctly which is pretty much the whole point of the app. Unfortunately the support team were unable to do anything except confirm there is a known issue. Lost me as a customer I’m afraid..Version: 12.2

Functional but flawed by corporate overpricingI have used runkeeper for a number of years now and to be quite frank have become disgruntled at the constant overpricing of its premium features. As I said, the app itself is good, no complaints about its functionality at all. However, as the app has become more entwined with its brand partner, it seems the ethos has become to make money out of a rising interest in running rather than the runners themselves (which is what the app originally did). I have accessed the premium features previously but now they have become overpriced and there are alternatives that provide the same functionality for a fraction of the cost. Sorry runkeeper I ran off to the competition..Version: 8.3.2

Changed my mindDuring the 5K training plan, I loved Runkeeper. The problem is now that I’m running alone, it asks me to enter the distance I just completed- you’ve got the GPS, why are you asking me?!! I’ve resorted to playing workout 12, 15 and 18 every time I run and ignoring Erin just so I get my distance logged at the end. Very irritating listening to her yapping away about how I have “FIVE! Minutes! LEFT! You’re doing great! You can do this! And we are, FINISHED. You did awesome today.” when I still have 15 minutes to go. I also hate it when she says “crank up that music” then proceeds to talk over it for three whole songs. It was fine when I needed it but now I just want to run with my music, sort it out,.Version: 9.7
