Dive Log for Positive User Reviews

AmazingThis log is the only one you'll need. Well worth the money! Waiting patiently for the Bluetooth attachment for my Wisdom 2 DC for full dive profiles. Wish this app was available sooner but the template copy function enables previous dive logging and makes it very simple. Highly recommend, you will not regret it! ***Updated DC Dive Buddy has arrived and EXCEEDED expectations! Thank you for the great app..Version: 2.1

I love this app but needs a few tweaks. This is a fantastic app for logging dives. It has all of the fields that are required to properly track all types of dives and has a few extras that really simplify things. A few tweaks would be nice such as the locations. They are not really relational in that city and state for a site are not connected. But if I could only get one fix it would be the sync process. It would be nice if the app synced to iCloud using live data. Right now the sync between the Mac app and my mobile devices is a bit clunky. If they never fix this I'll still be happy with the app..Version: 2.2

Looks good... so far.I've only had a quick play so far. It looks very well thought out. But I'd love to see iCloud support so all my devices have the same data on them. Hopefully to come. Cheers!.Version: 1.7.9

Best Dive Log EVER!!!THIS is the Dive Log app to own. It is the be all, end all of dive log apps. You can store any info about your dive that you can imagine. You can link your contacts as your dive buddies, store dive sites, shops, statistics about your dives, view your dive sites on a maps... you name it, this will do it. Contrary to what the other reviewer wrote, it easily syncs with the Dive Log software program on either your phone or iPad. I assure you; it is very, very user-friendly. You can access and input any information about your dive from one screen. Accessing the other information is only one menu away at any time. No, it won't download from your dive computer to your phone or iPad; but anyone, like the other reviewer, who expects this ought to be slapped upside the head for sheer stupidity. You can get the most of it by owning the Dive Log software for your computer, but it functions well as a stand-alone app on your phone or iPad..Version: 1.8.3

Great Dive Log App!!!For years I have tried different apps to log my dives and they all were too weak or too difficult to use. This app is the perfect balance for beginner divers to Tech divers. It is so easy to log dives on your phone then sync them to you laptop later at your hotel, home, or picnic table and add all the specific information that’s difficult to do at the dive site. I still use a traditional log book, but now I am able to have a digital backup and reference in the palm of my hands!.Version: 3.2.2

Great appThis is a great app. Simple as that. A must for all divers..Version: 0

Great ProgramEasy to use. Fun to use. Can add lots of divers. Sync with a MacBook or a desktop. When your Mac has the free or paid version. Missing is the programming for Nitrogen levels from dive tables. When you add times, depths and surface intervals, the program(APP) should be able to calculate the Nitrogen levels. Plus give warnings. Five stars if the missing programming is added..Version: 2.0.1

Awesome app, who needs paper!Just started diving and quickly fed up with paper log book when I plan on logging my dives via computer (suunto). Only thing missing is being able to sync to ipad without going via dive logs on the pc!.Version: 1.7.6

Wish it was a little easier to useGreat app, but it could be more intuitive. So many options are overwhelming but could be made easier--why is dive suit not under equipment? Also, I need the ability to sync with Google Drive..Version: 3.2.4

Almost perfectAlmost every feature I could ask for and I’ve been researching and trying dive log apps for about a year. The developer is also very responsive and helpful. Very impressed. My one holdback in buying a certain dive computer was that their dive log app was very lacking so Dive Log’s ability to download from that DC helped make my decision easier..Version: 3.5.5

Awesome and Flexible Dive AppGreat app with a lot of flexible features. Had to ask support a question and got a fast and helpful response..Version: 3.2.13

Great App - Fantastic DeveloperI love Dive Log! It is very handy to be able to access and log dives with my iPhone on the spot. Coupled with "Diving Log" and being able to sync with your PC, Dive Log becomes even more powerful! The developer is fantastic to deal with! I had a relatively small issue I was encountering and I got a response within hours, solution within a day and a new version of the software was uploaded in barely more than 24 hours! More Mobile Software and Dive Log have me as a lifelong customer!.Version: 0

GreatAs an avid diver I can see that this is going to be very useful. At the moment im recording my dive data when i get around to it but now I will definately be inputting my data at the dive site as my iPhone is glued to my body. Would also like to see photo support to attach pics to the dives. Overall I would recommend this to divers who like me enter dive data monthly and struggle to remember where you dived! Lol with this I can enter the basic profile at the site. I love my iPhone ;).Version: 0

Amazing customer serviceI needed to get a new iPad log book as my old one (DiveMate) was no longer supported, as a result of which I thought I had lost access to my old data as well. I saw a recommendation for Dive Log in a scuba blog. Greg, the developer, replied to my email within a few hours, offered to reformat the backup from my old app, including extracting air in and out pressures from text fields so they could be used in Dive Log. The new file uploaded easily into Dive Log which is easy and intuitive to use and edit and I can now use Bluetooth to connect my Mares Puck Pro to add new dives. So, amazing customer services, helped me restore my old date and the App is easy to use. 5 stars from me every time. Many thanks Greg..Version: 3.5.7

Great AppI’ve been using Dive Log for the last year. It is just an awesome app. I have a Perdix dive computer and it works perfectly with the app. I highly recommend..Version: 3.5.3

Missing logsGenerally not happy as all my logs got deleted once I switched the phone to a newer one. I am lucky I still had my old school paper logger and dive watch to roughly recover the amount of dives. Partially, my bad - I switched the Apple ID as well and didn’t save old backup. Partially, didn’t expect the app to be using local memory and not cloud. It’s 4 stars for great support provided by Greg. My situation is a corner case pretty much, people don’t change their Apple ID too often I reckon. Remember to backup guys and don’t delete your old backups. I am now using other app to log dives, let’s see how that works for me :) ********old review******** Hi team, Submitting a one star, while this may be my own issue, please get in touch: I have re-downloaded Dive Log after a while of inactivity and discovered all of my dives are gone. This is an issue because I was using this app as my primary dive log book. At the moment I am very saddened by this, but probably it is just some sync error (hopefully). I cannot find how to log off / log in in the app, I suppose the data may be at my different Apple ID but there is no way to check. Could you kindly help? Happy to put 5 star rating once resolved! Thank you, Denis.Version: 3.7.1

Can anyone explain how to sync logsOk the answer, Thanks Greg, is that ideally you have to start out with the fresh base log on the device you are trying to load your log onto. So delete the app, re install and then do a fresh icloud sync. That seemed to work. So all my ratings etc are on both devices now. Hooray T.Version: 3.1.1

Excellent app, and really helpful developerThis app is fantastic - I have now loaded all my previous dives onto my ITouch, including the profiles. Dive Log Manager worked perfectly - it converted the dive logs from my Mac and then synced them into this app. No more paper logs for me. I contacted the developer with some questions and he was really helpful and fast in replying - thank you..Version: 0

Stable, a few issues thoughGood timing as I am leaving for Grand Cayman tomorrow! The new iPad enhanced retina support is really noticeable. The text is much clearer (to my ever aging eyes). I can't seem to edit the default logbook name, however. Not sure if the previous version had the same issue, but I started adding dives and just noticed that everything is under "Unknown Name." It would be nice to either change that name or have the ability to transfer dives between logbooks (assuming I have to create a new one with my name.) There is standard Apple icon in the app that suggests the ability to share dives, but it appears to only be tied to Twitter. I have seen that icon in other apps tied to both email and SMS communication as well. Finally, I would like to suggest the capacity to add photos to individual dives. This will be my third trip to Cayman and the ability to see (as opposed to only read in my notes) the changes on dive sites or the shape of the reefs over time would be nice..Version: 1.7.3

So convenient and intuitive and can have two logbooks in oneIts a update Wanted to thank Greg for explaining logbook functions. It was long email which took time to write and I really appreciate it. I did not know I can set up two logbooks within one app one for freediving and one for scuba. It is extremely useful and this is one more thing why it is so far best logbook from all have tried. I think it would be useful to point in app description that it can be used for freediving and two in one logbook. Also instructions how to set it up, I am sure I am not the only one not aware about all functionality of the app. Once more great app, thanks for creating and maintaining it. Excellent app saves the hassle of paper logbooks.Version: 3.2.13

Excellent appOver the last few updates this app has matured into a stable, comprehensive and really useful logbook. I have now given up my paper log entirely. There are no bugs or problems to complain about here, but of course there's a wishlist for future features (eg more synchronisation options with desktop software and/or data export features). Well done to the developers, keep developing!.Version: 0

Great appVery useful, would be nice if it recognised gas switch dives (deco) also was iPad native..Version: 1.4.4

Amélioration à faireC'est très bien, si on veut continuer à améliorer, il devrait avoir possibilité d'ajouter plus photos, video maps cave etc..., bref plus de remarques sur un site de plonger, cave etc....Version: 2.7

Great Log BookAlthough not as smooth to set up as one might hope, it does integrate with the desktop app very well and allows you to easily import dives from your dive computer and sync them to the app in minutes! Once in the app, you can add lots of details, with many custom fields etc. Without the desktop and dive computer integration, this app would only attract 4 stars as the GUI is a little dated and could be easier to use. Best diving app I have though!!.Version: 1.8.4

My Favorite AppAbsolutely LOVE this app! I like the fact I can view my stats and easily find past dives at specific sites. Just a well designed app with zero failures, this far.Version: 3.4

Super applicationRien a dire contre cette application. 12$ est peut-être chèr pour certain mais a long terme sa vaut la peine. Facile a utiliser. just loving it.Version: 1.6

JackWould be great if you could add a photo to each dive log..Version: 2.0.1

Great scuba logbook, but other software needed to link to computer. This provides a first class scuba logbook, with almost all the information you need to hand, and "adapts" excellently to iPhone or iPad use, it will sync between them, though this needs to be done manually. The one niggle is that you need to download your dives to a PC or Mac and then sync from there to the iDevice, which is not QUITE as straightforward as it could be. There is a package which will connect some dive computers to Dive Log directly, but expect to pay $100 plus for it, or about $50 for desktop/laptop software. The gripes about connecting apart this is a terrific package and provides a brilliant way of carrying your logbook everywhere, and the electronic nature makes it pretty foolproof too as "evidence of your dive experience!. I like it a lot!.Version: 1.8.4

Excellent App!Does what it says it does, and does it well. Updated regularly with bug fixes and feature updates. Keep up the good work!.Version: 3.2.2

Perfect for beginners and pro divers alikeOffers a very large range of features. I tried a lot of apps and still keep an eye on the competitors and this is by far the best. I’ve been using it for years..Version: 3.1.1

Excellent AppI love this App. The only glitch I have is that even though I have switched the settings to PSI and feet, they don't save that way. I would also like to see it calculate pressure groups automatically. Otherwise excellent job!.Version: 1.7.9

Great dive logThis is the best electronic dive log I have found. Very easy to use and can be combined with desktop erosion (at extra charge). I have both and am very happy with how it works..Version: 1.7.2

Best Dive Log for mobileI’ve tried many, this one is awesome. My only complaints: -There’s a serious need to have an ability to set up favorite tanks, so you don’t have to enter capacity, material, working pressure every time. -it would be nice to be able to review all the data contained in the dive computer dive log (PPO2 for example),the desktop version does it, and it’s useful. -the statistics function is great, it would be even better if you could apply multiple filters. I really like the fact that it downloads from my petrel, and that it has an iOS sync capability. Also like the ability to track pretty much every detail and the statistics function is useful even in its current form..Version: 2.3

Excellent!Fantastic app for those that want an electronic dive log! I love the fact that it shows a map with dive flags where I have been and lets me include pictures of the dive site. It integrates very well with Oceanlog - so I can just import the information from my dive computer and have my profiles available whenever I want to see them - which comes up more often than you would expect when you have the ability to do it! I also like the fact that I can update information on either the phone or my PC and simply sync over wifi to make the logs "match." Excellent app!.Version: 1.6

Fantastic!!!I was a little skeptical about downloading this app at first due to price but I AM GLAD I DID, worth every penny! I'm a dive instructor and have been diving for over 25 years, many of them with dive computers (pretty much since dive computers came out) and was typically using the manufacture software, now I use this program with log book 5.0 all the time! This program connects to most computers, is super easy to use and has a lot of details not even found on the computer manufacture software! It's a great tool to take with you, share with friends and even has a signature area for your buddy to sign. Highly recommend, great program....Version: 1.7.1

Great app, great supportAs with other reviews I've been really impressed with this app and so have everyone else. Spent yesterday entering dives from 10 years ago - quick, easy and making me wonder about online sharing of dive sites. That'd be great :-). Had a couple of user issues yesterday, the dev got back to me within a couple of hours and sorted me out. Great app, great support. Cheers..Version: 0

Great appThis is a very useful app indeed, especially combined with the PC version so you can upload logs from various devices including rebreathers to your PC and then sync to the iPad. The functionality is great including keeping tabs of when bits of kit need servicing. I really like the Facebook integration but would ask for consideration in future updates, that if you have a dive site with it's coordinates then this can be included when uploading to Facebook and that way people can see where you have been. Excellent app well worth buying..Version: 2.2.2

One Fantastic dive log!I had to just say what a good scuba app this is. The Idear of keeping all your logged dives on the Iphone is fantastic. The one thing I really like is useing the pc software to import the logs from my old computer and mix them in with my new computer logs and then putting them in date order... Nice! This also does tons of other things... But! The only thing is you need to buy the pc software to be able to sync your logs from computer to iPhone, €28 if your want it. But who knows, you might find it for free if you look around the Internet, it's a big place ;).Version: 0

Very pleased !!Works great. I was waiting for a log for my phone. Everything works fine and is very easy to use..Version: 0

No Need for a PC Anymore! Now that it supports the DiveNav DCBuddy, you can just simply hook your dive computer up and download your dives with the log in this app. It will even merge with an existing manual entry. Brilliant app!.Version: 2.0.1

Lovely little App!I have been showing this app off on my holidays to the Divers/Instructors etc and they were gobsmacked! Along with Nitrox Tools and Trimix Tools this developer has got the right idea for the dive community! Just a couple of things need to be addressed tho, i would like the ability to add a photo to a particular dive, and for you to be able to add buddies without going to your contacts list! Other than that this is excellent! And I do like to show it off around other divers! I have something that they don't! Brilliant! All I have to do now is add my hundreds of dives to the log!.Version: 0

Hands down the best app with best support.I’ve now had this app on my phone and desktop for YEARS. I’ve tried others, but keep coming back to this one. The support is top notch (rarely needed) and always quick to respond. I love that I can record things on my phone or computer and synch then back them up in multiple locations. No danger of losing my log to a computer or phone failure..Version: 3.3.4

Successful import of old dive log from Suunto Dive Manager 3.1Received excellent and instant support from Greg, he managed to convert the Dive Manager 3.1 backup, all I needed to do was import the converted directly into the app. Very straightforward process, looking forward to using the app. Thanks once again Greg 😊.Version: 3.2.7

Great app for active divers and dive professionalsThis app has proven to be a great resource from both a personal and professional (Instructor Trainer) standpoint. The ability of fill out my log as soon as the dive is over, including GPS coordinates of the dive site is a great help. In addition, the most recent update added in the ability for your buddy to "sign" your log, thus creating a log book that is accepted by dive operations (a great feature for those of us who prefer electronic dive logs!). I have yet to have any problems with the app, but the developer has been quick to answer any questions I have and listens to suggestions for future updates. Great app and I highly recommend it to any diver!.Version: 0

ExcellentHaving recently upgraded from a Suunto to a Shearwater dive computer, I was looking for something new to log my dives. Before buying this app, I had a couple of questions and Greg was very helpful and prompt in his replies. So far it has been brilliant - downloading and recording dives is straightforward and makes keeping my log up to date a pleasure rather than a chore..Version: 2.2.5

Best Dive App...wouldn't dive without it!Seriously the best dive app ever. Very intuitive, user-friendly and for me at least one of the most effective and useful apps I have on my phone..Version: 2.3

Simply the bestAs a diving instructor, and a regular dive traveller, I place a lot of reliance on keeping a detailed log. Over the years, I've tried several, including the ones offered by dive computer manufacturers. Dive Log is superior to any I've encountered and it has the additional, significant benefit of accommodating practically every make of dive computer. Not only that, but it usually displays the available data generated more effectively and helpfully. The other huge plus for this app is the outstanding customer service from the parent company. Their team really goes the extra mile to meet the diver's needs and address any concerns..Version: 2.2.8

Apple Health IntegrationGreat App with regular cadence of updates with new features. Would love an Apple Health Integration so I can log the exercise, and heart rate.Version: 3.5.6

Great app, great supportThis app is a perfect dive companion. I no longer keep a paper log. Works well with MAC and always has. When i had trouble syncing when i was new to the app, the support was excellent and fast..Version: 2.1.2

Amazing dive log appThis app is easy to use as it is intuitive in its design. Lots of features to allow you to add lots of information about a dice very easily. Using the template feature is great to add dives easily because you don’t have to add the same info over and over again for repetitive dives.Version: 3.2.5

Awesome support!!!I had an issue with the latest version. It wiped all my dives and wouldn't download from diving log. I can't praise the guys more highly. Service was outstanding, lots of time and effort put in to make sure my problem was resolved. Got to say, thanks Greg! Well done, you won me..Version: 1.8

Awsome Dive Log App !!!I really love this app !!! Works awsome with my perdix ! There are so many options !!!.Version: 3.3.3

Best Logbook AppBy far the best logbook app out there. I have tried several with much frustration. This app is perfect. It integrates seamlessly with my G2 computer. Stop looking for the perfect dive log app, you found it. Now buy it and enjoy your diving..Version: 3.3.5

Very good but more neededOverall a great effort, I’d recommend anyone get it. Improvements I’d like to see; A way of getting a dive organisation to “stamp” the logbook to certify my dives. Also cloud connectivity is patchy and confusing. I’d like it to seamlessly and automatically backup to the cloud to preserve my dives and to connect to a desktop divelog app. I want to open either logbook and have my dives appear..Version: 2.8.9

Great App!Another great version! Love the push notifications!.Version: 0

Still goodStill using this after many years. Easiest way to update my dive log and it's always with me and never forgotten for my infrequent diving experiences..Version: 2.2.8

Great appI like this app and have enjoyed entering old dives and reliving memories. Syncing with a simple excel sheet would have made life easier but I gusss you want us to buy the pc version. I also use an app called divetime which is a database of worldwide dive sites. Pairing the two apps would make an awsome combo..Version: 0

Great app all aroundI’ve been using this app for about a year now and it’s been helpful. The dive log is well suited to my type of dives - beginner to intermediate dives with air and nitrox blends. As well, the support team is top tier. This is something I cannot stress enough as they will always be there to help if you run into problems. Great app and great people running the app. Thanks y’all.Version: 3.5.5

Excellent job! This app has made a lot of improvements over the years. Excellent job! I know really enjoy using it!.Version: 3.4

First rate app and support!I have been using this app for years and it does a great job! On occasion when I have had a question the developers have been helpful and very responsive. I highly recommend this app!.Version: 3.5.3

Finally - simple and compleBeen keeping dive logs for decades and finally have a simple and save archive of my records, equipment and logs in one place with a cloud backup..Version: 3.2.2

The best dive log appIt's the really best diving app. It has everything you may need and much more on top of that! You'll love it!.Version: 3.2.3

Great App already, even better supportSuch a great app to use, between all the ways to track and group dives, gear, activities, locations, it's incredibly useful. Great UI and functionality. What drove this app for great to awesome is the level of support and pride the developers show in their work. I had a minor inconvenient issue that was addressed quickly and the follow up was unbelievable. There might be free apps that does a few of the things this app does, but for the price and service, it's well worth the asking price. I only see this app getting better. Well done, and I am a very satisfied customer. Nothing in the app store comes close..Version: 1.7.6

Really goodI’ve used this app for a few versions and years now. It keeps getting better and I feel the developer really stands behind it. We use it to log all our dives, it’s great to have everything simply within the app. I have not imported logs directly from my computer as I lack the cable. The out of box app settings are great and it has all the features I’d ever care to have plus several I keep discovering. Very worthwhile download for a diver..Version: 3.2.13

EasyThis app makes life easy and provides a good talking point when out diving with friends.Version: 1.7.6

Excellent Dive LogI tried several apps. The is the only one I liked. This app syncs to my Suunto EON Core and pulls in all my dive data. I track all my equipment, certifications, dive locations, marine life, etc. I rated it 4 stars because I wish the user interface was a little more graphical / designed. However, the functionality of the app is 5 stars..Version: 3.2.4

BrilliantDoes everything you want it to. Perfect app for the job..Version: 0

Complete, flexible, thorough Dive LogSynchronizing with DivelogDT on my Mac, versatile and —knock wood— bug free so far. I’ve only transcribed a fraction of my dives (need them validated), but I find this the best of 4 so far... no reason to swap out now. Customer service/support has been Johnny on-the-spot too..Version: 2.7.1

Excellent AppI was looking for a Dive Log to use both on my ipad, MacBook Pro and that I could download from a Galileo Sol dive computer. This works superbly! I can enter dives either on the iPad using Dive Log or MacBook (using Dive Log Manager) and sync the logbooks seamlessly. If I take my iPad away diving my dive buddy can sign the log with a stylus, I can enter all dive info and then back it up to the MacBook, perfect! I can use the Scubapro Uwatec irda to transfer dives from my Galileo Sol either straight into Dive Log Manager or into JTrak and then transfer from JTrak to Dive Log Manger. There are still more features I have yet to explore such as adding photos, however, so far it really works well. I have had fast and helpful support from the developers to a small query which is excellent. I have to say I can't fault it and would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for an electronic logbook solution. Coupled with Dive Log Manager it's a really useful and practical dive log..Version: 1.7.9

Great app. Great DevelopersI was excited to finally find a dive log application! It works great and from the developer's quick response to questions it is obvious that this application will keep getting better as more divers use it..Version: 0

Great app, superb developer supportThis app has a range of features that make it a truly compelling alternative to a paper logbook. It allows for an incredibly comprehensive range of dive-related information to be recorded, from details of dive locations to equipment (history of use, warranty and more), weather, buddies and notes. There’s even a place for sign-off by an instructor. If you have a dive computer, linking device and compatible smartphone, your dive profile data can be automatically downloaded and imported. Everything can be backed up to protect your previous history of diving. The developer really seems to have thought of everything and has furthermore been super responsive and helpful with any support queries I have lodged..Version: 2.8.6

Excellent App!A great little app. Works well with MacDive to do away with soggy paper logbooks! Very good, fast customer support..Version: 1.6

Simply the Best!I’m a bit of a technophile, and love sifting through data on my dives. I started using DiveLog in 2012. I’ve looked at other apps, and none compare. I’ve got 1500 dives logged now, use the desktop version on my Mac, and the standard app on my iPhone and iPad. Great features (custom dive site map, equipment service tracking, support for all the major dive computers), and even better support! This is the digital dive log you’ve been looking for!.Version: 3.5.8

Best Electronic LogI have used this app to log hundreds of dives over the past several years. It syncs easily to my desktop and makes all the important info easily available..Version: 2.7

2 Thumbs UpI have used this app for years, primarily on my iPhone but also use it on my laptop to sync up with my dive computer for depth profile, times, temp, etc. I really love this app, it is so easy to use and you can put in whatever level of detail you want and leave the others blank. I update after almost every dive in 1-2 min so I never get behind. It really comes in handy when I am returning to a dive center and need to know what I was using for weight, who you dove with or the sites you liked best, my girlfriend runs a paper log and unless it’s <20-30 dives back she never has the info with her. Keep up the good work Greg, your a legend for keeping this app going..Version: 3.5.8

Best dive appI’ve been using this app for a few years. I used to sync with desktop to download from a Cochran and it worked great with plenty of info captured from the Cochran. Now I have shearwater so no longer use the desktop app. Just simply sync via Bluetooth direct from a shearwater Dive computer. Plenty of info captured. I prefer this app to shearwater’s own app. I have on occasion contacted the developer asking for features and so far I’ve got them!!! Fantastic support. This app is worth every penny.Version: 2.8.6

Great dive app!!Wow, fantastic app for logging my dives, exactly what I was hoping and looking for. Highly recommended! Synchronisation with an online account would be a great addition to this app, ensuring all this data is never lost. Maybe in an update in the future??.Version: 0

Great AppReally pleased with this app. In the past I have always relied on paper because I felt that it was the only way to truly customise the information that I wanted to record. With Dive Log I can add all of my own I formation to the pre-loaded content lists. Love the manual lat-long additions as well. Not yet tried the syncing with old dives stored on Suunto Dive Manager yet but if as slick as the rest of the app I am sure it will be good (will update when I have tried it). Also.... Great customer service from developers, who responded to a question I asked within 24 hours. I would seriously recommend this app..Version: 1.7.4

Awesome dive log apHighly recommend it. Very useful, especially when traveling overseas..Version: 1.5

Fantastic software for divers (and Diving Log users)As a user of Diving Log already, I downloaded this with much excitement since I've been wanting a way to view my dives on my iPhone. I sync my iPhone via iTunes on my Mac, but run Diving Log using VMWare Fusion on Windows XP. I had absolutely 0 problems syncing the dives from Diving Log to my iPhone since I could do it over WiFi. The software contains pretty much all the features I like when I view my dives in Diving Log, save a few. I've already emailed the developer, but I'd like to see when I'm using Nitrox, photos, and a more fleshed out statistics section. The ability to step through your diving profile for any dive is something I love in Diving Log, and I was pleased to see it here. I really like this software, and it's obvious the developer spent a lot of time setting it up..Version: 0

Great appI would like to sort dives by Last > First.Version: 3.5.6

Amazing log systemFantastic log that is so easy to use. Well worth it!.Version: 3.3.9

Love it !Brilliant app. Used it in the Red Sea last week. While other divers were scratching away at their forms, me & my buddy just used the last dive as a template and swapped iPhones to sign for the dive. Now I have my whole dive history in my pocket !.Version: 1.7.3

Super responsive developerI have tried a couple electronic log books and this is my favorite by far, though I have been manually logging my dives as my old computer didn’t support downloads. I recently bought a new computer (Aqualung i550C) and posted a note on the support forum asking if anyone had got Dive Log to work with it via Bluetooth download yet. The developer contacted me and within a couple days had a working beta of the software that supports my computer. Amazing! Thank you for a great product and top notch support..Version: 3.2.3

Amazing appThis developer had worked tireless to developing a software that works seamlessly on all of my devices ( iPad, Droid, and Windows). I can access my certification from my phone at the dive shop when I travel. I used it for years with my Sunnto Vyper and now with my new Shearwater Perdix AI..Version: 3.3.9

Great AppThis is a great dive log! The only request is that you update the option to be able to upload directly from a Garmin Descent MK2i. I used to upload directly from my Teric but I now have a Descent..Version: 3.4

First diving trip for nearly 3 yrsPost-Covid and back “on the dive bus”. I’d forgotten just how good this App is. Revisiting some favourite dive trips around the world and everything is in the log from before including geo-locations for some of the more obscure sites visited in the past. So easy to use and I’m glad I put the effort in to create the marine life library 4-5 years ago. A really, really good and well thought out App..Version: 3.5.6

Great appAs described although some minor issues with performance otherwise very good app/scuba log..Version: 1.8.4

Good logI too would like to see tank selector and I would like go back it up to iCloud or my iPad or s desktop app. Other than that great app..Version: 1.7.5

Great App.Great App I'll give it 5 stars as soon as you can sync it from the iPhone to MacDive on the computer as when I go diving I bring my iPhone but not laptop so all my dives are stored in the phone and not the computer..Version: 0

Finally!!!Finally, a dive app that actually works. Loaded and installed easily. Little bit pricey, and it didn’t mention that you also had to purchase your individual dive computer download, but I’m prepared to forgive that due to the ease of use. Graphics are well laid out. Especially like how map coordinates can be manually input using a map and cursor..Version: 3.3.9

Great dive logging solution. Better than more expensive competitionExcellent dive log. Allows great flexibility in creating logs, capturing signatures, documenting dives sites, storing images of dives, documenting countries, islands, etc that you have visited. Has a great section for managing your gear in which you can track serial numbers, service dates, and even get reminders on upcoming service. Has good sync support to desktop solutions and ability to merge dive computer info to logs. Unlike what another review said, on the PC i've found you can do this with the unregistered (free) version of Dive Log 5.0. You're just limited to doing 10 dives at a time. Unfortunately I made the mistake of purchasing a different dive log app for the iPad at twice the price that, while it had a nice Nitrox calculator, as far as logging and tracking your dives and equipment was concerned, did not even come close to this. I've put in a few requests for additional functionality in a future release of dive log (such as printing via AirPrint) and the developer responded within 15 minutes. Great program that is well worth the money..Version: 1.7

Done away with my paper recordsGreat to keep all my records with me now, rather than split over multiple books - and with it syncing through to my desktop log, I've now got over four years of dive data - fantastic for when people invariably ask "So where was it we did..." And having just splurged on an iPad- Dive Log as a universal app is great - really does the job well. On top of all that is an active developer who listens to suggestions, and acts on them!.Version: 1.6

What a find!!!!!!!!!Made the decision to move to Diving Log 5.0 and use this sync app after finding that the latest D series computers are not supported in Suunto DM3.1. DM4.0 is crap so this was an easy decision. Great app..Version: 1.7.6

Awesome LogSuch a brilliant app, although I still maintain a paper log to record ‘in the moment’ notes immediately after a dive, the DiveLog App is my main full record. I have been an avid user for the past seven years and it has evolved into a superb platform to comprehensively record all my diving activities. Thoroughly recommend this app to anyone looking for a way to electronically store their own dives.Version: 3.3.2

Great addition to PC softwareEasy to sync and lets you take your log book everywhere. I love it!.Version: 0

Great App, needs more computersI like this app. I could see it being a great app with a few improvements. First, add Genesis Centauri Computers. Second, have a national database dive shops rather than having people input the. Third, have the major companies equipment added to choose from rather than having people input them in..Version: 3.3.4

Great app, but needs tank defaults and a matching desktop appIt'd be nice if we were able to define defaults for tank size and pressure. I've dived Al80s (3000 psi), Steel 100s (3442 psi) and twin steel 130s (3442 psi). I'd rather select from a list of three options instead of having to separately select tank material, size and max operating pressure for each logged dive. I was only able to import less than a quarter of my total dives, a matching desktop app would certainly make it easier to get the rest of my dives onto my iPhone..Version: 0

Love itI use my dive log manager as my primary log book. I use my suunto with my mac air and everything works great. Would recommend this app. The only thing that would like added is the ability to add photos and also a button within the more section for gear and next service due..Version: 0

Great diving log AppCovers all the bits in a Diving log that I want. Fairly easy to sync with Diving log 6.0 on my pc. Would like to see a better search query on here - like how many dives have I made over 100 ft etc..Version: 2.5

Outstanding Product & Customer ServiceOutstanding support from Dive Log 5.0 and Sven. Sven was able to enable support for a new Liquivision Lynx dive computer within 2 hours of receiving my request. Subsequent bugs were tested and fixed within 24 hours. Would recommend EVERYBODY switch to Dive Log 5.0!.Version: 1.7.9

InsuranceGood mobile and pc app but still misses a place to put more medical details (e.g DAN, local life insurance).Version: 2.2.4

Wonderful applicationI love that I can sync this with Dive Log on the PC. That application will download from just about any dive computer including my Liquivision!.Version: 1.5

Superb appI have been using this for a really long time. This is a great dive log app. The developer regularly updates it and adds additional dive computers to the options list. A rare gem that has continued support where so many before have blown away in the wind. This developer truly loves this app and has continued to support it for years and years..Version: 3.7.1

Great App for iPod. You'll want to buy the desktop version too!App is great, handy and super easy to sync with desktop version. I bought the desktop version, then had to have this. Download dives from most any dive computer into desktop version then sync with iPod version or enter dives on iPod and sync to desktop. Doesn't get any easier. Awesome to have all my dives and the ability to add dives at dive site. Support is second to none. Wrote email last night got a reply this morning (the guy is in Germany, don't worry his English is great). Well worth the money. One of the only apps I've purchased. No regrets!!.Version: 0

Super appSuper app very useful and super easy to use great system to sync between different device like iPad Mac and iPhone, maybe it could be grate to have access to near dive site Thank.Version: 1.7.6

Great app with great supportExcellent compréhensive divelog that Links to loads of computers easily. Bluetooth sync is great. Every time I have had an issue support has been great and there is an active user forum. Wish all apps were like this!.Version: 3.5.6

ExcellentBrilliant app, synchs faultlessly with Dive Log 5 on Windows Pc, any chance of an iPad upgrade?.Version: 0

Works really well with divinglog.deGreat little app for carrying your logbook with you and updating while out and about. Syncs with divinglog 5. Nice work..Version: 0

Great appWorks great, easy to use although it would be nice to edit stuff on my mac before syncing back to my iPhone. Would have been handy as it's taken a few hours to add in all my old paper logbooks. Looking forward to trying with my new dive computer.Version: 0

"AWESOME"This app is AWESOME. I have been logging my dives on this app for a few years now and it has been on point every single time. It's very user friendly and as detailed as you make it. Janice at the support team is just as AMAZING as the app. Very helpful with any issues that may occur. Which are not many. You definitely can not go wrong with this app..Version: 2.3

Excellent appGreat app for logging dives. It took me a long time to consolidate my 600 dives but I did, and it was worth the effort. Integrates excellently with dive log 5 on the pc. I had one issue, posted a query on the forum, and the hug was found within a few days and an update released within two weeks. Top notch support..Version: 1.6

Just what I wanted!Great app for keeping dive logs digitally. The best bit is the free Mac software which syncs with your iPad, so you've always got a backup of your logbook in case of emergency (haven't tried the PC version myself). This app has so many features, most of which i probably won't even use, but it's clear that the programmers of this app have gone to great lengths to ensure that it is compatible with many standard data types to import from dive computers. I haven't tried any other dive log apps, but I can happily recommend this for price and usability. Very happy!.Version: 1.5.1

Well worth the moneyVery intuitive interface, loads of options like specifying equipment used etc, which really suits me for scientific diving. I wish I'd been using this for every dive!.Version: 2.1

Pretty goodWell I dunno what to say tbh it's a really good app with tomes of features just like a normal log but can do locations witch is really good, annoyingly it doesn't sync between iPad and iPhone you have to connect it to the computer to do this witch is annoying but still worth it.Version: 1.7.3

Apple Watch Ultra?Would be great if you add support for Apple Watch Ultra! Its always a great app and this could make it even better!.Version: 3.5.10
